ordered 1 raincoat paid by paypal for one coat which had a discount for being a first time buyer so the amount for this showed in paypal so I paid got confirmation by email but as I schroled down they had altered my order and charged me for 2. how they did this was they put the second through as a automatic payment. This was mid day, tryed to contact them to cancel second coat by emailing rosely london direct plus there customer services untill they closed at 5.00pm got no repose. Then at 3,06 the next morning they sent me an email which said my order was on its way. tried all day to cancel but was advised once the order had been processed nothing could be done.but the replys were automatic pre recorded replys they had not read my emails so much for customer services. still not received my order but reading other complaints that not unusual.

Still waiting for my order after many weeks. Tracking states a delay ……. They state they are a family run U.K. business and that they care about customer service. Totally not true. All I receive is standard emails apologising nothing personal. I have requested them to call me however I won’t hold my breath. I will not be buying another item from them. They are not cheap either !!!

So I ordered a jacket looked lovely online but when it eventually got delivered it was absolutely awful. Completely different fabric that was advertised looked like a piece of cardboard. I contacted customer service and requested a full refund and they first offered a 15% refund and I can keep the jacket. But said this is the cheapest option as sending the jacket back to china would cost me more. As the jacket wasn’t nothing like what I ordered I want a full refund and they pay the shipping costs as I don’t want it. I’m still waiting a reply so buyers beware clothes are shoddy and you don’t get refunds. UPDATE I have since been offered 2 options they are trying there hardest not to give my full refund back. All of a sudden they can now offer a 30% money back or a 50% voucher to buy more stuff from them. Totally swerving the full refund which the advertised on the web site. So please avoid like the plague. Got better things to do than chase my money over rubbish goods.

This company is the same as LOUVICO Manchester. Based in Asia. Products are cheap, nasty and their return policy means the customer pays for returns to Asia. They boast a 4.8 star on Trustpilot which is fake. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Reference my order number #3689. Much regret in writing this review however very very disappointed with my product and customer services at Rosely London. Firstly my order took over 6 weeks to arrive and this was after a number of emails and requesting a full refund they said they would reorder it. Upon eventual arrival the quality was very poor and no labels. I then requested a return and full refund to be told it would cost me more money to return the purchase to China where it was manufactured, so I would be better off accepting a 10% discount off my next order within 14 days. Not happy and feel totally ripped off and will not be buying from Rosely London again. Be warned to read the small print.

Nothing to do with UK!! Goods come from China. Take ages to arrive. Website is totally misleading. Avoid.
