Is rosalique.co.uk Legit?

I used to LOVE the Rosalique colour correcting cream it was 5 stars! I covered redness and had a great consistency. Unfortunately since a reformulation it is much thicker and doesn't work at all. Customer service was very good and refunded me, but PLEASE revert to the original formula.

I saw all the many 5 star reviews on Instagram and prone to extreme redness, I bought it immediately. Very prompt delivery. However, it was gritty and sandy and whilst my redness was combatted, I turned green and it was impossible to rub in. I never complain but based on the 5 star reviews I wanted to find out how it didn't work for me. Lovely customer services got back to me immediately asking for the batch number and apologising. Within a couple of days I had a new tube and it was PERFECT. Utterly totally wonderful. So IF you've ordered and by chance have a pasty tube write to them as it could be the same batch as mine. And it's worth persisting as the good tube is AMAZING.

*STAY CLEAR*I had been using Rosalique since it first came out back in 2019 because I suffer with rosacea the redness part. Was an amazing product for covering the red and wouldn’t go without it . I ordered a new one 2 weeks ago like I always do when my id one is coming near to the end and oh my god let me tell you awful . As applied just broke like it was dry and then disappeared leaving no coverage . I called Rosalique and the lady I spoke to told me she’s had lots of complaints and that it was a “manufacturing issue “ and kindly sent me a new one . Sadly the new one is the same but this time when I emailed got a really rambling reply completely theown out the manufacturing issue and that the Ingriedients have changed . They gave me a refund and i won’t be buying again . Such a shame as they had an amazing product . If you look below most reviews are the same . I’m going to try arborian cc red correct now .

WHY did they change the formula!?! I bought this in 2023 and it was the most phenomenal product to correct redness & Rosacia. I would give it 100/5 stars. The formula changed at some point in 2024 and its terrible now. Its 5x as thick, so thick you can't get it out of the tube easily, makes me look a yellow/orange colour and doesn't blend in to my skin at all. Do not buy this thinking you're getting the product everyone was raving about from 6-12 months ago. Its night and day different (and 100x worse!!)

The product worked well at first and hid my facial rash really well, however as time went on I developed an allergic reaction to it. Every time I use it, my face gets itchy and red. I also work in a cleanroom environment and have to wear a hood and face mask and the cream rubs off on to the hood and mask and am back to square one again.I certainly won't be using it again.

Having tried many products both mid to high end I can honestly say that this is the best product for me. It may be thick, but it applies well with the fingers and the colouration left on the fingers isn’t a problem to remove with soap or a wet wipe. I have a medium complexion with slight spider veins on the cheeks and whilst it doesn’t completely eradicate them, it smooths out my complexion, reduces the redness and leaves my skin looking radiant and fresh.

As with other reviews, I bought this hoping it would help the redness on my face I have recently been experiencing and awful itchiness of my skin. The product is very, very difficult to get out of the tube and trying to rub it into my face is hard work! TBF it does cover up the redness, but I'm not sure I can go every day with trying to rub it in so hard. Plus the green tinge left on my hands afterwards?? Even with really scrubbing with soap to get off, it's still there. Sounds like they've changed the product ingredients (probably to cut costs) and it's all gone a bit wrong.Onto the next product.......😑

I’ve used many different anti-redness products over the years & found Rosalique to be a game changer, it is by far and away the best product to blend away my rosy cheeks & nose - I’ve always been blighted & teased as ‘rosy’ as a child into adulthood. I was however dismayed to find the formula noticeably different this order (thinner, gloopy & coverage not as good). I contacted Clare who listened to my concern, waited for a new batch to come in & sent me a tube. I’m very happy to say it is back to being fabulous. “Please ensure the formula doesn’t change again Rosalique!”. A+ service. Female….age 56 young….happy with blemish free skin again;

I have used this product for years and have always been so pleased with the results. It has always been easy to apply, covers redness and leaves a nice silky finish to the skin. However, I recently purchased 2 tubes (to save on postage) and I can't believe how the product has changed. Just as others have reported, it is thick like clay, gives no coverage over redness, and leaves a green tint on the face. I have also tried to mix it in the palm of my hand with a small amount of moisturiser but still useless. A total waste of money. Very disappointed!

I've used Rosalique for a long time and it was an excellent product. I have severe rosacea and it was fantastic to use, great natural coverage, didn't irritate the skin and looked very natural. It's such a shame the product has production issues, I've exchanged my cream twice in the last few months because it's just not the same anymore. Thick, sticky consistency and gives no coverage whatsoever. I'm now looking for an alternative product unfortunately.

I would normally give this a five star review however my last order of this product has been extremely disappointing. I see there are several other reviews saying that they feel the product is completely different. I cannot fault Clair at customer service they replied promptly and apologised for the problems I was experiencing but I was not offered a refund or replacement as the batch they had in stock was the same as I had been sent. The product now is too thick in consistency, difficult to get out of the tube and almost impossible to apply and does not cover the redness as it has in the past. I recently took out a subscription because I was so pleased with the product but will now unfortunately have no choice but to cancel this. To enable me to use the tube of Rosalique I now have to mix a small amount of Dr Jart+ Cicapair tiger grass correcting treatment as this then makes it possible to apply. Anyone who suffers from problem skin or Rosacea knows that we always have to pay more for any product to help with the problem and therefore expect the product to work every time and unfortunately Rosalique has failed this time and will now be looking for another

Used this over the past few years and was great for my rosacea. As per other reviews my order was a faulty tube of oily separated liquid which was replaced and faulty again. The third tube had a better consistency but really does not spread on the skin like it did originally. For the price it is not worth it. I’ve tried 3 other colour correcting creams - sorted spf 50, altruist spf 50, erborian spf25 varying prices and textures.

All such amazing products within the Rosalique range! The bamboo cloths are super soft and perfect for sensitive skin! Would definitely recommend!

The anti redness cream I bought had separated and was oily. I emailed Rosalique and had an immediate, personal and positive response with two replacement tubes for me and my daughter received within a week. The cream is brilliant and how nice to deal with such a good company.

I have been using Rosalique for a while now and am on my third tube. The first two have been fantastic with excellent coverage on my red areas. I could even use it on its own. However the latest tube was very disappointing. The product was ‘clay like’ and just didn’t blend well. I contacted customer services who replied very quickly, informing me that they had experienced problems with a batch including mine and would send me a new tube. I’m very impressed. Thank you.

First of all packaging and delivery were very good. The product however does not suit me. The texture is very thick and hard to get out of the tube, with the consistency to be, what I can only describe as grainy. I purchased the brush thinking that this would give a better application but unfortunately the cream just appears to stay on the brush using this method. Using my fingers is a better option but after applying to my face I found it very difficult to wash from my hands - leaving a strange greeny grey hue on the ends of my fingers. After using the product a couple of times, even when applied by hand, it unfortunately did not cover the redness around the nose and on my cheeks. I’m sorry to say that this is a fail for me.

After humming and hawing for a long time I finally bought the cream and cleanser balm. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement 😔 the product doesn't do what it says on the tin basically. The cream is thick and difficult to get on and the balm is virtually impossible to totally get off!!! I came into reviews and facebook as I wondered was I doing something wrong but I can see that roselique have a huge problem and if they don't rectify it soon they're definitely going to suffer 😔

I have been using Rosalique for 2 years now, it's superb for my rosacea and easily flushing face as well as providing great sun protection for my fair freckly skin! Light but effective, beautifully absorbed and gives a healthy fresh faced glow without the unatural hue that some other colour correctors give! I save on the subscription and apply every morning as part of my skincare routine. Helps me feel fabulous in my over 50's, thank you Rosalique!

After meny years of trying different products and not really seeing much improvement I found Roslique. Not only did It help my rosacea but it gave me back my confidence. Its very light weight yet gives you great coverage, treating and protecting at the same time. I couldn't recommend this product enough, I definitely Wouldn't use anything else.
