Arriving at the shop to buy the roof racks I was met while parking the car & taken to the show room .
A very polite & professional man that was interested in getting me the right roof racks & explained what was best for my car & myself.
He offered to fit them straight away at a very fair price which they did & also did a great job.
( I would normally would fit things myself) but I was so impressed with the service I thought … I trust these guys!
If I need any other accessories I will be going back there for sure!

Was unsure of a bolt, so when was in the area stopped in to ask/enquire about, Justin (I think) was very helpful to answer my query, even came down to check the rack on my car. With that, I loaded the bikes up and headed off to Thredbo for the weekend. Needless to say, the thing didn't move at all. Very impressed with the design and ease of use that the Dirty Possum offers.

Easy to fit, operate and swingaway to access the rear doors easily. We carry two 20+kg e-bikes and it handles it just fine. Well built, designed and robust, with a nice locking feature. We use a cheap trailer lightboard but probably should have just got a purpose made one from the online store. Great service from the Roof Rack Store; ordered online and it arrived in record time and at the best price I could find anywhere. Very satisfied.Rockymounts An Awesome Design by Suzie Molloy (04 Dec 2021)Purchased the RockyMounts backstage swingaway in January 2021, and later the Rhino-Rack Lightboard and Number Plate Holder. Both were sent promptly and arrived super quick, and appreciated the free delivery as the RockyMounts rack is very heavy!
Rack is fantastic and fit for purpose. We were able to pack two sets of scuba equipment, multiple surfboards, full sets of kiteboarding gear, camping equipment, plus two bikes into a Hilux. Not having to take the bikes off the car every time we wanted to get into the back was the main reason for selecting the RockyMounts, and it was ideal.
My only criticism with the rack is that I think the tongue that inserts into the towbar would be better if it was a bit longer. Given the weight of it, it would strengthen the connection, but the design of this rack is awesome.Amazing Customer Service 5 Stars by Judy Ford (26 Nov 2021)Shopping around for roof racks for my new car I came across The Roof Rack Store online. Not really sure what I could get I messaged and so began a back and forth with Justin, who was always helpful and very quick to respond. After being advised of which racks I was able to get for my car I shopped around locally to try to get them closer to home. The stores up here I contacted had to order them in and were in some cases much more expensive. The Roof Rack Store had them in stock, at the right price and fitted onsite within 20min. A trip down the freeway was well worth it and I would not hesitate to recommend this store. Fortunately my son is a handy man and had to fasten the tray as the clip could not be found in the package, I also owned a small number plate for my car and it was put on securely and easy. The electric plug had to be changed on my car as it was hidden to far underneath. An Auto Electrician fixed that in no time. I am able now to use the platform at ease and I am very pleased and smile from ear to ear to cycle to different destinations in Tassi with my bike on the platform if needed.
