Is rocwood.co.uk Legit?

I bought a cordless power washer and for 49.99 I wasnt expecting much but I am gobsmacked by the quality of the product, its fabulous, get one you wont regret it, the battery charger stopped working but it was replaced without any fuss, 1 email, I also bought a garden cart and thats great quality too, wouldnt hesitate to use them again

I fixed the grass box no problem if you start from the back to front. I have had issue with one of screws to fix handle to body doesn't seem to line up. I think the height adjustment for cutting is very fiddly my other lawnmower just had a handle to raise and lower wheels. Also the pictures in manual need brightening as it just looks like a black blob not at all clear.

Bought a pressure washer used it no more than handful of times it was ok . Dragged it out this summer and there’s a large hole in the pump . Sure this could have been caused by water / frost … there were other items in garage which contained water but they never had issue . So it’s broken these things happen . No problem let’s get a replacement pump ! Rockwood on occasion did respond to my repeated emails . It’s now been a month no pump . At a guess the replacement is made in Asia, so sure it could take a while … WHEN DO I GET THE PART ? Selling a product requires support when it fails !I was informed at one point “ the pumps will be in stock in two weeks “ I called and was fobbed off with “ parts arrived but not the pumps .On another occasion I requested a call when parts come in please .. I was told “ please forgive me if I forget to call you ! .All I want is a pump …

Ordered from them, came in a moderately timely manner. Due to terrible handling by the courier i was missing everything but the machine itself. Contacted them to rectify and they sent out all the missing parts. Due to using a sub par courier service this took 10 days to arrive. Very Happy with the response and rectification by the company, the people they use for deliveries however are useless.

I ordered a 8 litre air compressor, packing was very good, only problem was the air hose, split at one end, and arrived in a very shabby box, looks like you have just thrown any old bits in. On requesting a replacement, and supplying proof of damage, a email asked if I was happy with a new hose, that would be great I replied, 1 week on. Nothing! Great service, thanks.

Lawn mower brilliant but no instructions about how to put together

Ordered a refurbished trolley jack, on delivery found the jack to be damaged and unable to be used. Courier arranged to collect and then didn't hear anything. After 8 days I sent an email requesting an update, update was sorry we don't have anymore in stock we will refund you. I asked whether a new unit could be supplied (around £40 more expensive) it was but they'd charge me the difference. No offer to try and resolve my disatfication of being without something I needed for over two weeks. Poor.

A first class company selling low cost but powerful pressure washers and other machinery. I bought a 3000psi petrol washer about four years ago and it is far superior in performance to any electric model. Spare parts readily available for next day delivery. Easy to service and simple to start, even after six months in winter storage it always starts first or second pull. Electric start models also available.

Easy purchase, quick response hassle free. Definitely reccommend them.

Receive my goods all intact was delivered in good time packaging was sealed correctly and all round happy with the quality of the goods

Great service from Rockford, I ordered my power washer last Saturday the 1st and it was processed on Monday and had it delivered on Tuesday 4th . Now that is a good service👍🏻 today I filled the engine with the required amount of Oil and filled the tank and pulled the cord and away I went. Brilliant. I have to say I was very happy with the pressure, I have a very large slabbed patio area in my back garden and we live next to a large Forrest so the slabs get very grimy over the winter but the new power washer was a treat. It took me less than half the time to clean it than what it did with my old power washer. Very happy. The only thing I would say is, I feel the lance is a bit short but to be fair I haven’t checked to see if Rocwood do an extended lance for. So far so good👍🏻. Cheers guys

Arrived fast and well packaged. Was simple to put together 1 spanner and screw driver required. Filled with the recommended amount of oil and started on second pull. Has plenty of power for cleaning have done paths drive and decking and didn't take long at all. Is a little noisy but as it's a petrol engine it is expected. No louder than a lawn mower. Has a nice long cable included but can buy longer ones. Neighbours have already asked to lend it as they seen the results and family now want theirs done. Will definitely buy the attachments for deck cleaning for future. Starts and first pull every time after it's first use. Now looking for a trailer bowser to become the local jet wash nutter and clean everything in sight for free. Definitely recommend.

The delivery was fast. The order process was easy enough but could be a lot better. The saw horse seems sturdy and well thought out, however the instructions are woefully inadequate and do not explain the main saw horse build, only the chainsaw holder.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU SAVE ON PRICE YOU WILL SPEND IT CHASSING THEM!Rubbish customer service! After 3 weeks of emails and stupid questions (like is the battery charged?) ( note my wife send videos showing battery charge , filter fitted etc...) the decide that they want battery back for testing, we decide whuold be quicker and more pratical to send all vacuum to be tested as definitely notting wrong with the battery. They found out that the vacuum was faulty ,they refund the money but not a apology not a choice to send me another one. Missing the basic of costumer service.

Went for the RocwooD RWHPPWES Petrol Electric Start Pressure washer, really pleased with it, very powerful and great value. Easy to put together. used it a few times and starts first time each time. Just ordered a turbo nozzle as I gather this is what the Pro's use.Glad i went for the electric start model, although i did initially go for the pull start, thanks Adam for sorting the change in order. One tip, when starting is to hold the pressure hose in as it puts less strain on the starter so starts easier. 5 stars...

Didn’t have too wait too long and looks good value charger included so good value

I was looking for a electric start pressure washer for some time and Rocwood machine filled the bill perfectly. I did a lot of work with it at first, and was delighted with it. It was not used for a couple of months and on reusing it there was a lack of pressure, so I contacted Rocwood by email and found communications very good. It was decided that it was a faulty pump and a replacement was sent , arriving the next day.I cannot fault the company’s service and would recommend wholeheartedly

My on-line order was quickly processed and dispatched. The truck is nice quality and easily assembled with excellent instructions and parts. A practical and useful design. I’m very pleased!
