Is rockandroses.life Legit?

I find their products very good and when I made a mistake in an order their customer service was excellent. They sorted the issue without any fuss and were very easy to deal with.

The effect is amazing. I can see my pores shrink less wrinkles and my nails ridges have significantly gone down.I feel more energised too. They supply on time and I had my next batch 3 days before the previous one finished.

Feeling very disappointed with this supplement. It arrives with nearly expired date. When asked the customer service to sort it out this what they have said for me “To be honest the BD is a guide but they will be fine for at least another year yet.”I will Never back again.##Moreover they said that they will take me to the court for this review and I can help myself for removing this review###

I am very sorry to say disappointed. Cancelled my subscription as was not getting through the collagen supplements in the time period but the next month the packets turned up. Sent 3 emails no response and no refund. Had to contact my credit company and dispute the payment to get a refund and STILL no response from this company. Customer service is questionable 🤨

Great service and great product. I’m just starting on the collagen drinks, which all taste lovely. I didn’t get 10% off my 1st order as the ‘voucher’ didn’t arrive in my inbox until after I made payment. I emailed and within 24 hours I had a response and received a refund within a few days, and this all happened over a bank holiday weekend. Fantastic service all round and I’m a very happy customer.

My nails improved visibly after 2 weeks, and my hair too. Cannot say anything about bones as I haven't done any analysis. For a person like me who wants to have healthy and tidy hair and nails, this product is perfect. I also do eat healthy, practice sport (usually), do not colour/dye my hair and I do not use nail gels.

Customer service is excellent in my case. My discount code for 10% did not arrive in my inbox until I had already paid. A speedy response was received by customer service by email and the discount was honoured. Im looking forward to receiving my order and feeling better. Recent surgery has left me lacklustre - I’ve heard positive things about the slow release of vitamins, enabling the body to absorb more of the product

So long story short, I had heart surgery in September and when that happened, they pumped me with antibiotics through the IV which (notoriously) causes thrush due to killing all the healthy bacteria etc. So I treated that, but it came back, and then I had BV, and more than one UTI, it just didn't settle down. That went on for months. I got tested, everything was clean, so it was just my body all out of whack, which was when I got desperate and luckily found these supplements... That was around December time, and since taking them, I've not had any issues at all... until they went out of stock! Since ive stopped taking these I've had two UTIs in a month! So, its a testament to the quality and effectiveness of these probiotics, and a plea to re-stock soon please!

So far so good!I’m one of those that will always be skeptical about supplements but I was getting to a point where I was desperate to help/alleviate/stop my recurrent BV. After 8 months of continuous BV I came across these and had nothing to lose! I’ve only been taking for a month but I’ve already noticed a massive improvement in my symptoms so have purchased more. These little pills are the best! I've used other Biotin brands and noticed little difference. Since using these however I've noticed new hair growth and my nails are stronger than ever. My hairdresser pointed out the amount of new baby hairs coming through since I experienced significant hair loss.Their customer service is amazing too. Can't rate them highly enough. I did a lot of research into collagen supplements and this came out top, so I decided to try it. Don't expect to see the results straight away. I'm into my 3rd pack and am now seeing the benefits. Nails - my nail are stronger and longer than ever before. I have never managed to grow my nails successfully but I'm so pleased with them now. Hair - I have yet to see anything much because I have super slow growing hair. Skin - I feel I am seeing a more youthful glow and plumper look. My husband said to me yesterday that my skin was looking amazing (despite my hormonal spots!). I'm very happy with the product and would recommend it to others. I would love an unflavoured one without sweetner though. Rock and Roses customer service has also been great.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the Peach and Pineapple flavoured marine collagen powder, and it has quickly become a delightful addition to my daily wellness routine. Not only does it great and mix really well it has improved my skin to no end! Delivery was fast and got my 6 week supply within 24 hrs.I have also tried the pink coconut which is also good but not my favourite.

Ordered late on the 25th of May and emailed early on the 26th to cancel my order. Within 7 minutes received an email to state that my order had been shipped - yes it’s one of those companies!Despite a tracking number with Hermes the package has not yet been received, so they could refund my order and not send.Please check out the numerous reviews stating the lack of customer service when you contact them.Facebook link does not take you anywhere. Highly suspicious. No customer service telephone number. If it looks like a scam and feels like a scam then it is a scam. A good company with a good product does not behave in this fashion.

I have been trying to find a product to help my hair loss and weak nails - I have tried numerous products over the past couple of years with no success- in less than a month of using Rock&Roses Biotin the improvement has been amazing - my bald patch is reducing- new hair growth is evident and my nails are stronger, firmer and have stopped splitting. The worst customer service everIts been three months waiting for a refund as they said customer will pay postage to return products. I have sent email with proof of postage and calling everyday on their customer helpline but no response and even their voicemail is full they can't even take your voicemail Extremely disappointed DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

Placing and receiving order was fine. However I have an allergy to this product and they don’t answer emails. Really poor experience It warrants no stars in my experience A lesson learned

I needed a multivitamin following a surgical procedure. After some Googling I came across Rock & Roses. I have been taking for 3 months now and feel great, especially my hair and skin has improved and overall well-being. What I absolutely love about this company though is the very helpful and friendly customer service. I buy a lot online and this company is right up there at the top for amazing customer service. I have ordered another 6 bottles through their amazing subscription programme. It is now part of my healthy lifestyle ☺️
