rj.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives rj.com a medium-high trust score on the platform: 71. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Standard. Valid. Common.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 71 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to rj.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Standard. Valid. Common. tags above. Long story short, this site's trust score still warrants a little caution. Use common sense when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning rj.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between rj.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of rj.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of rj.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. rj.com is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether rj.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether rj.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, rj.com.

Not worth even the 1 star. Worst experience ever a transit that was supposed to be 1h it became 20h gave us an hotel room that's disgusting. On the way back they canceled the flight and book us another one after 6 hours without any excuses. First and last time I book with this unprofessional and unrespectful airline
I booked a flight with my 4 year old son and wife. They separated all of us with no option to be all together (even if we wanted to pay for it). They only allowed us to select seats for the first connecting flight, but not the second). This meant that both myself and my wife were separated from our sick 4 year old child - a hardly believable situation. They pleaded with other customers to allow my son to sit with my wife. The question is: why does the airline not have the common sense to automatically place a 4 year old child with one of their parents? Why the need to always separate out everyone for no reason and create chaos with lots of people trying to swap?We had to beg people to allow mother and 4 year old child to be together. Humanity is reaching new lows. RJ’s way of dealing with it is asking you to ask other people once you are on the flight, instead of sorting out the problem themselves in the first place. A stressful experience. Just to also state that on both flights yesterday, not once were we offered tea or coffee (one was short haul and the other a 6hr long haul flight). It’s a basic thing that should have been offered.
Best airline ever pilots handled turbulence well and I didn’t like the chicken with mushroom so they replaced it for me even though I ate from it crew were very nice and understandable and I enjoyed the ride! ROYAL JORDANIAN!!
They repeatedly changed my flight’s departure time to the point where I had to cancel the trip. The call center was extremely expensive to contact, making the situation even worse. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
Booked return trip from Manchester to Bangkok leaving 28 Dec. After booking my hotel to match my arrival date Royal Jordanian changed my connecting flight in Amman to arrive 4 days later!!I assumed the flight had been overbooked or cancelled, but I can still see the same flight being advertised for sale now but at a much higher price! Disgusting behaviour, they should be punished for this as I along with other passengers will lose money on hotel bookings now.
Had a bad experience on a recent flight from Amman to London and was instructed by the stewardess to contact RJ on arriving home. It when trying to do this that I discovered that you cannot give negative feedback to them or make a complaint, their customer survey & website are cleverly designed to block you from doing so - which is great for them but not so good for you! Both avenues ultimately lead to dead ends so you can't contact them about your bad experience. RJ are probably proud of themselves for doing this but at the end of the day it doesn't work - customers just won't use them again.
plane was in so bad condition... airport hotel in Amman was so so dirty...Is really a very bad airline and ticket cost was at same level of Qatar, Finnair.. How comes ?
Worst Airlines ever, they kept us in the airplane for 6 hours straight at Amman airport with no air conditioning, no food , no water, without letting us go outside the airplane, why ?? As they said they wanted to change the captains and the crew, lot of people PASSED OUT in the plane and then they sent us the fired department to give oxygen and help the sick people. NONE of the crew member wanted to answer 1 question. no never again , and NEVER AGAIN, when you have the option of taking a serious conpany why we take this insane company
Never book with them they are cheap for a reason. Booked flights to Bangkok via Amman they changed the timings at first then they changed the return date by two days but only for the first leg so I would of arrived two days after my connecting flight absolutey useless DO NOT BOOK with these chancers!!
The worst airline ever!!! Do not book any flights with RJ. They sent me a confirmation email for my flight only to stand in the queue for one hour and then they tell me i have no reservation!!! And the my reservation is preliminary. They also have the worst attitude.Worst airline everrrr!!!!!!!!!!
The travel date was postponed by one day by the airline. from 25/11/2023 to 24/11/2023The Royal Jordanian is not prepared to offer an alternative or compensation. This is not the first time something like this has happened to this airline, Royal JordanianStay away from them, there is no safety on this flightDas Reisedatum wurde von der Fluggesellschaft um einen Tag verschoben. von 25/11/2023 zu 24/11/2023Die Royal Jordanian sind nicht bereit, eine Alternative oder Entschädigung anzubieten.Dies ist nicht das erste Mal, dass dieser Fluggesellschaft, Royal Jordanian, so etwas passiertHalten Sie sich von ihnen fern, es gibt keine Sicherheit bei diesem Flug
Worst airlines I've ever flown with. Unprofessional staff, dismissive and unhelpful. Most of them don't know answer to simple questions and default to "call customer helpline". To top it off, the prices are ridiculous, and god forbid you want to take snooker qué with you, it will cost £145; because it's a second bag! A bit of common sense is needed. Stop money grabbing ever chance you get.
I dismissed the bad reviews for this airline. I thought that the reviews were just from disgruntled passengers who didn't get what they wanted or expected a first-class experience. That was my mistake. Royal Jordanian Air is a total disaster. We got on our flight early Saturday morning from Cairo to Amman Jordan. The plane took off and 30 minutes into a 1 hour flight they turned around and went back to Cairo for "electrical issues". After an hour on the tarmac we were asked to disembark. Total chaos after the disembarkation. It was fend for yourself until the next flight goes out which was 12 hours later. No instructions, no place to rest, go back out of security and start over. Second flight was over an hour late and that fight was just to take us to Amman where we had to spend the night in a disgustong, smoke-filled airport hotel and then catch our flight to the US the next day. We had upgraded for extra room, nope forget it. Middle seats, no room. Royal Jordanian Air had no ability to work with other airlines to get you home in a timely manner. We had to wait for the next international flight which was exactly 24 hours later. Total and absolute chaos. Even the Egyptians and Jordanians called it an absolute "Shiz Show". Royal Jordanian Air demonstrated both incompetence on the front end and an inability to make it right on the back end. Either they chose not to put any effort into making it right or they had no ability to do so. Either way it makes for very unreliable international travel. I will never fly this airline again.
They destroyed my suitcase. The day after arriving filled in the contact form online about the damaged suitcase, no response. Then trip in Jordan started, i went to some places without internet reach. Finally found internet acces after a few days and they answer directly... they dont consider claims more than 7 days old, in my case it was 8 days. Also the plane was 2 hours late and many things inside the plane was broken. It was the dirtiest airplane i have ever been in. There is no entertainment on board. Check in staff was rude and unprofessional. However the flight crew was friendly and good.
Bought business class tickets for Madrid to Bangkok via Amman 4 weeks ago. Since then they have rescheduled our flights 4 times already! Now they are expecting us to fly from Madrid to Amman on one day and then fly Amman to Bangkok 4 days later! What do they expect us to do during those 4 days? The problem is, although I can probably reschedule everything (all 9 hotels and 1 train journey), how do I know they wont change it all again? And who is going to pay for all the changes and the amount of time it is taking me? I have already had to reschedule it all from their last change!
I am absolutely appalled by my experience with this airline. After a long and exhausting flight, I arrived at my destination only to discover that my luggage—filled with irreplaceable items and medication—had been lost. This was not just an inconvenience; it was a complete disaster, and the airline staff offered no real assistance. The customer service was shockingly unhelpful. I was met with indifferent attitudes and vague responses when I inquired about my luggage. They claimed they would look into it, but I received no follow-up, no updates, and no real apology for the situation. It felt like they simply didn't care about my belongings or my distress. To make matters worse, the process to file a lost luggage report was a nightmare. I spent over an hour navigating through a maze of paperwork, only to be told that I might have to wait weeks for any resolution. I can't believe that an airline with such a supposed reputation can't manage something as basic as ensuring passengers' luggage arrives with them. This airline has completely failed in its responsibility to its travelers. If you value your belongings and want a stress-free travel experience, I highly recommend avoiding this airline at all costs. My trust in them has been shattered, and I will think twice before booking a flight with them again. Absolutely unacceptable!
Phone number online in bkk doesn't work, international email support copy pastes a response without any remarks to mail sent.Extremely unprofeccional when we have bots literally for free doing the same.Their saviors was the personal working in bkk office that have very little freedom to recompesate their companies weird system.Don't pay for the rebooking alternative couse their internal system will not compensate you if you choose to use the service they provide but with small optionality.Food on flight was worse then the prison meals, halal .. lol
This an edited review. I was wronged by Royal Jordanian airlines but they made a great effort to correct their mistake. I am satisfied in the end, however I still don’t appreciate the rude representative that initially handled my call.
I booked a flight recently with Royal Jordanian from London to Bangkok via Amman. With in days i had notifications of flight time changes, the flight was then going 24Hrs earlier then booked. Then I was notified the layover had gone from 4 hrs. to over 24 hrs. in Amman Then a couple of days later the Bangkok to Amman Flight was cancelled. this all happened in about a 2 week time frame. I duly cancelled the flight as per my rights and am having to wait for a refund. Make you own mind up, but if you want uncertainty for your trip, and don't mind being messed around then RJ may be the airline for you !
About 1 year ago we board 2 tickets Copenhagen Cairo and back, Royal Jordian changed fliget with 48 hours, we shouldt wait 48 hours in Aman. We did make a complain, and expected money back. And did buy new tickets. Now here close to a year after they keep writing same mail, for about 4 time : Dear Mr. Alstrup ,We apologize for the delay , as we informed you in our previous emails there are some legal points to be solved and until now, we didn't receive anyinformation from the legal department .Best regards ,Before you travel: All Passengers are required to visit below links prior to departure: Jordan Travel Updates - Royal Jordanian (rj.com) Spain Spain Travel Health (spth.gob.es)YASMIN ALABSIRoyal Jordanian Reservation & Ticketing SupervisorDont use Royal Jordian

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
