Bought some ankle boots for work about 4 months ago. I walk a lot but not more than a well-made pair of shoes should handle. I have a similar pair of boots from Kmart that I've had for a year and the soles are worn but otherwise they're fine. In contrast, the Rivers boots are completely falling apart - holes worn in the soles, and the soles separating from the shoe. Horrible, I'd give 0 stars if I could.

First and last time buying from this store. I should’ve checked reviews before making my purchase as it seems I’m not the only one that won’t be buying off them again. I ordered pants and received the wrong colour. They expect me to pay to send it back when they got it wrong in the first place. They have not been helpful AT ALL. Never buying from this place again and I’ll make sure everyone I know is aware of this experience so they don’t go through it.
I've bought a black jacket with silver buttons. They sell these in different colours. As I was taking it overseas on holidays, I cut off the Rivers tag. I handwashed it and allowed it to drip dry but immediately it was wet, it wrinkled terribly. The collar went out of shape and there is now tiny elastic threads popping out of the material. When i get home I'm taking it back!
Worst service in my life!!!I ordered online on a sale item, paid and received a confirmation number but no further communication. After waiting 5 days of no communication nor any parcel receipt, I phoned the 1800 number. I was told their system cancelled my order. No reason given. There was no problem with my credit card. No communication/email received to inform me of this and why. I was told I could re-order online at the full price and if and when I received the item, I could apply for a refund of the balance. No guarantee as to how or when items are mailed.
Once upon a time, a LONG TIME AGO, I bought something from Rivers online. It required me to give my phone number. Since then Rivers has continued to send me UNSOLICITED phone messages regarding sales they have. No matter HOW MANY TIMES I texted STOP, they continue to send them. They are SPAMMERS because when you actually ring the number they texted from, it is, you guessed it, not connected/not available etc. BAD business practice and guaranteed to make me NOT BUY ANYTHING anymore from this company.

Rivers (Mosaic Brand Ltd) happily allow 'third party vendors' or 'partner vendors' to sell their wares on the Rivers site (of course they do, they charge for the privilege) however when the customer receives unbelievably poor quality products that are faulty and dirty, Rivers want nothing to do with their partner vendors. I've been trying to resolve this for over a month. I've even asked PayPal for help yet still no refund. Don't buy from here - your money will just go down the drain (or River(s))!!

Most unbelievably poor service both in store and online! Slow deliveries, missing items, no answering emails, socials messages, when you call to complain they just hang up on you. This company and its subsidiaries (millers, Katie's, autograph, beme, rockmans etc) are doomed to fail. Head office, Mosaic brands; you should be ashamed of your service and work ethic.

I contacted Rivers a few weeks ago because I'd noticed that all the sale/discounted items in my online purchase bag had calculated the sub-totals and totals based on the original price. So instead of calculating 2 items multiplied by $5.00 they calculated all the totals as 2 items multiplied by $29.99!I contacted them by phone twice and sent copies of the incorrect calculations twice.Today I deleted all the items in my on-line bag and re-entered them, one by one. But shock horror the same issue was still present - luckily I checked before submitting the entry and once again the original prices had been used to calculate all totals, not the discounted prices.Why aren't the clearance prices being used? My feeling is that they get your money then argue that you agreed to the inflated total leaving you no recourse but to fight them in court for a refund. Most people won't so they rip off customers with no penalty.Really abysmal service utilising a crap on-line site that can't calculate prices of discounted items.
I ordered 2 pair of mens shoes. Rivers sent them to wrong address after confirming they had the correct address. Took approximately one and half months to finally arrive after having to organise the redirecting from South Australia to Tasmania. Picked the items up today only to find they sent the incorrect size. Far too exhausting to deal with. Will not be placing any more on line orders with Rivers. Shame on you Rivers.
I ordered a couple of polo shirts online, but when they arrived they were too big. I travelled into my nearest store, and even though I'd forgotten my purchase receipt, the staff were super helpful and assisted with my exchange for a smaller size and a colour change.I would have given them 5 stars, but they don't have free returns, and their exchange system didn't work very well and the staff had to process it several times.
Order placed 6th jan rang 17/ 1 and 21/1 advised both times will be notified when order is despatched.Then emailed both Rivers and Mosaic the parent company to Rivers and many other stores.Received email blaming everything except them. Then on 31st jan a parcel arrived from rivers, except...i ordered 2 size 12 black shorts and received 2 mens check shirts size 4XL. Have emailed mosaic yesterday and not heard a word. Will NEVER order from them again!

Just left River's Casino in Philadelphia on Delaware Avenue, patrons leaving by the dozens as I park, secondary to casino not paying out anything. The slots will give you a little just to keep you playing, but make sure to take your winnings (chump change) right back. Rivers Casino has been tight on paying out for some time now. Think twice before going there to have a little fun time off for yourself. They are just taking your money. If they weren't so greedy, they could be the no#1 Casino in Philly that people would flock to. Once people catch onto your game, they rarely come back anytime soon. People work too hard for their money. That Casino needs to loosen up. Save your money people.

“Delivery of goods”

Have been ordering online with rivers for about 3 years, so I have a login that has my name and address attached and it has been the same address since I started using it. I always track my order through Australia Post. I went into check and said return incorrect address on item - please contact sender (I have lived at my address for 9 years and use the same address on all my online purchases). When I went to Rivers they just refunded my money as they do not redirect. I advised them that is was not a redirect as they have been sending goods to this address for 3 years. They didn't care and just said they could not redirect. I suggest that if you order from Rivers that you have it delivered to a Business Address using the Business Name that way the address will exist

Just got my order, a pair of shoes and a shirt, fast delivery, very happy customer. What you see is what you get. I buy a lot of things from this company never had any problem, fast shipping and what i buy is what i get.

I thought Rivers was a reputable company. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I returned an item and 3 months later I am still waiting for the refund. They do no reply to email correspondence and don't answer calls.

“Non existent service”

Initially tried to contact rivers as I hadn't received any dispatch notification or tracking. Just got automated responses saying they will contact within 24-48 hours. No contact. Follow up again, no contact. Pm in Facebook, no contact. Comment on a Facebook post, a copied message saying to pm them. After zero contact to any of my attempts, the order arrived. They'd sent me the wrong product. Should be simple right? Most companies would send you a return label. Not rivers, I've emailed including photos of the robot vacuum I ordered, and the incorrect one they sent me is ncluding a photo from their site showing they'd sent a cheaper advertised product. Still nothing, I commented on Facebook, they say please pm us, I put in a PayPal claim, they have still not responded to that. I decided to persist on the phone after waiting on hold and being cut off on multiple occasions, and get through to someone and they tell me they will send me a link to fill out, I fill it out, no response from rivers, I call again, they need a photo of the bar code, I send it, no response from rivers, I call again, they still haven't authorised the return! They are a nightmare! Am about to contact the accc, hopefully between them and PayPal I can get it sorted out because rivers clearly have no intention of fixing anything!
