Scammers. This is a prime example of scamming being the best crime. They keep scamming, everyone knows it, police doesn't care because the victims are normal citizens. Enjoy paying your taxes and supporting a system that only protects rich. So keep happily scamming, Rivalenti. You will keep getting away with it.

I think AI is replying on emails, that's why they reply so fast and generic. When I wanted to cancel the order it said "it's not possible, because my order is on its way" and when I asked for the tracking number it said "oh we probably forgot to enter it, but the package will come soon" :DWell, good job on scamming people.I've read other reviews, so people either never received the item or it took months and came from China.

Scam e-shop which shall not exist today. Ordered and paid the order - after 4 weeks they have sent the e mail with a delivery time of 4 months - instead of 3-4 days and when you try to contact them, there are just chat box and noone at customer service - just legallt approved template responses. What a horrible shop, what a horrible experience - avoid at any cost. I lost 80 euros ...well wait. it will be delivered in 4 months isntead of few days......they are just joke!

The reason is the same, i.e. it is not unequivocally clear from the website who is the seller, i.e. with whom the consumer concludes the contract and against whom he can exercise his rights. The Czech Trade Inspection registers a high number of complaints related to these different portals of the same operator. For the stated reasons, the Czech Trade Inspection also classifies this version of the website of the same operator among risky websites.(24/03/2020)

SCAM, DON'T BUY!I ordered some products on December 3, 2023. Some products were delivered after 5 months, some of them were not delivered and they don't issue refunds! They said to start a claim, and i did. Claim no: 159083.Still nothing today after more than 6 months I don't have the goods and no refund!

Definitely not a czech website and doesn't ship in 24 hours. 40 days after order I still haven't received anything. Their support is a BOT which will never connect you with a real agent.

If there is less than one star, I would give less. It’s a scam. I wouldn’t recommend! After the payment is processed, they reveal that you can expect your product in 2 months. They don’t send your money back if you disagree. Nedoporučuji, je to podvod. Až po zakoupení zboží Vám sdělí, že zboží možná přijde po 2 měsících.

Absolute scam. I ordered a mattress for my 10-month old baby to crawl on: the website mentioned CE-certification and specifically highlighted was "express dispatch within 24 hours guaranteed". After not receiving the goods for several weeks, I managed to get hold of the tracking number: the items are BEING SHIPPED FROM CHINA. I highly doubt it is CE-certified: and if there is no certificate when the goods arrive, I will proceed legally against the company. Also, after confronting the customer service and demanding my money back, I was told that by purchasing the goods, I agreed to their terms & conditions, which specify that the goods can take up to 180 days to ship (my daughter will be almost 2 years old by then and won't need the matt any more!!!). This company scams people by posing as a reliable EU-based company selling EU-based products, but it is just a Chinese resale.Also, when googling the company, I have found many complaints that after eventually receiving the goods, CUSTOMS DUTY needs to be paid due to non-EU origin of the goods. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!

Its a SCAM, they will sent you like 500x worse , different goods, then say, its not their problem and refuse to give you back the money.

ZERO stars, they úretend to be a local site, meanwhile ordering goods from China. Unfortunately, I went to read reviews only after having made an order, and I attempted to cancel the order immediately, meaning minutes from completing the order.They said that by making the order I have accepted their terms and conditions which means the order cannot be canceled once completed (and payed in advance, obviously, also, theres no warning about that anywhere unless you go read the temrs and conditions which NOBODY DOES and the know it) and that I can return the goods to some address in UAE :D Its a scam and I am reporting them to local authorities if I dont see my moneay back in my account post declining the delivery. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE.

Zeroooo.. I need shoes for some wedding party, I choosed this site because they say will send 24 hours after order and it's local web. After ordered, I waited for a week, and they still didn't sent info about that. After sent many email they just answered need at list 30 days for send it.. okay after 30 days no wedding party again. This web ruined my plan. Don't order on this web please.!!!

More than a month after getting email "package has been sent" nothing arrived. Scam website. Do not use.

Ordered a dress back on May. Never received the items after 3 months. Filed a complaint and requesting for money back. 2 months after still not received my money back.

Do not ever buy from this. The things they will send will not work at all and then when you ask for refund, they will send you just 20-30% of what you have paid.

the worst website ever my mom bought like hoodies and stuff im glad she was smart and didnt like buy too expensive stuff she wanted to test if its legit and well here we are 2 weeks and still no email on delivery thing we wanted to check the tracking number or something like that and on their website we put it there and yea it does nothing no email just says received and shipping in progress it was so fast thats like not even okay it says 24/7 support no thats lie also the payment was so sketchy like very much so weird they accepted only direct bank transfer like she got in email link to pay it didnt work it didnt accept the card didnt even say error then she paid using the weird qr code they provided and yea no we cant get money back at all i recommend not going to this site at all we gonna check next time on trustpilot if website is legit.

Scam!! Don’t shop here, it looks like a normal eshop but it’s a scam.
