Is ritohobby.co.uk Legit?

It was super easy to order on the website, having lots of stock of the particular yarn I was after. The package arrived quickly and efficiently with reassuring notifications along the way to keep me informed of its whereabouts. The product was great, am very pleased.

I needed crochet cotton for a small project and I couldn’t be happier with the variety of beautiful colours and grades of yarn. The small order arrived in double quick time in a useful drawstring bag and I know the staff at Ricohobby were more than ready with help if ever I needed it. I was looking for affordable 100% wool and alpaca yarns and found exactly that on the Rito website. A huge selection of weights and beautiful colours. My first order arrived quickly and the yarn is smooth and a delight to knit with.

Product arrived as described on time but honestly it's useless. There's only basic instructions and by following them and looking at the photos you end up with a wobbly, barely useable swift that self destructs after a few turns. Hopeless.

This company is not in the uk. 2-5 working days delivery became 9 working days. So consequently my yarn arrived after I had left for my holiday. I also contacted them twice in Denmark as I could see the order was not moving. When the parcel arrived it was damaged, however the yarn seems to be ok.

I was hoping to get the yarn in time for my holiday but Rito then informed me that it was out of stock. Their email asked me whether I wanted to cancel or wait. I replied saying i wanted to wait or have it sent to a friend if it was after a certain date. A real person replied and was very helpful. Luckily the yarn came into stock and I've now received it. The yarn is lovely and soft and I think it'll look fab crocheted into a shawl. Thank you Rito Hobby.
