Is ritchewatchbands.com Legit?

I have never received my order. Also, online sources say "Made in America." However, other reviews say shipped from mainland China -- disappointing-- if I ever receive it!

Ordering process very easy. Communication following order was not so good. The order was acknowledged but virtually no communication for almost two weeks. The watch bands are very good quality for a reasonable price. This is my second purchase of a Ritche band which is a credit to the bands quality.

Hard to say. Ordered a watch band on November the 28th. Still haven't received it yet. Customer service on checking on the order is ridiculous.If I ever receive the order I will let you know.

Product is good easy to install and seems like good quality. Only issue is how long it takes to get delivered.

High quality product both in materials and finish. Very professionally made look. Excellent for the price & the added feature of quick install with the spring pin bar built in. Shipping was very slow however due to non-USA manufacturing

No communication and very slow shipping. It's been almost two weeks and finally got a response on shipping status and it hasn't even shipped yet

Shipping was fast from halfway across the planet. Straps are high quality and priced way less than competitors products. I've contacted their customer service twice for minor issues and they've always gone beyond what you would expect.

Service is great and communication on point.Unfotunately, products can't be shipped to my country (Serbia) so I couldn't recieve your watch bands. Hope there would be a possibilty to ship here as your products seem really nice.Refund has been sent and recieved, really appreciate it!

Quality was as good as described, wife loved it and pricing wayyyyy better than same item on AMAZON do by on this on line. 👍😊 Also, their tracking and customer support re shy questions is awesome!

These bands take a LONG time to soften up and become easily usable. They are pretty rigid when new and do take a few weeks with daily wear to loosen up. The clasp started out feeling solid but after 2 weeks now, it feels cheap and so sloppy/loose that the pin is now hard to line up with the holes in the band. For now I'm going with 3 stars only because the material FEELS like it will hold up and last but only time will tell. Either way, I think 3 stars is fair as long as things don't get any worse. If it does, the three bands I purchased will be returned and I'll look for another brand for a replacement

Just fabulous great products and delivery. Over delivered in my opinion nothing wrong with that🤣 two top grain leather and a black sailcloth strap very pleased and one was free👍 keep it up highly recommended

Outstanding quality for the price. Took 2 weeks to get to California from China, but can't fault Ritchie for that as shipping was free and the strap arrived appropriately packaged and looks great. I find Ritchie a cut above the other economically priced strap providers and plan to use them almost exclusively in the future

I decided to order another Ritchie band because the previous one had held up well. I couldn’t pass up the “buy 2 - get 1 free” offer. Very pleased with the black nylon and olive green canvas bands I ordered. Changing bands brings a new look and to an old watch, so it’s like I have 2 new watches.

The color of the watch strap was nothing like the photos shown on the site. This is not a case of the item looking different based on which monitor you view it on because I checked the item on several devices. The blue advertised was a medium ocean blue. What I got was a deep navy blue. Won't be purchasing from them again.

It’s kind of hard to rate a product ordered two weeks ago which just got shipped one day ago. The logistics of this company cause a pause. The product just left China mainland today with no expected arrival date. Will hold off rating the quality of the watch band until it arrives.

I had an excellent experience with Ritche Watch Bands. The quality and finish of the leather watch band I received was outstanding. Ordering was easy. Shipment arrived quickly and in good shape. I definitely recommend Ritche to anyone looking for a quality product at a fair price. I’m a happy customer.

I still haven’t received my watch band. Apparently it was shipped from China? Would be awesome if you guys invested in warehousing in the US to help cut down on shipping time. It’s been so long I forgot I ordered this and was only reminded by the email asking for feedback.

Revised review to 5 stars - I have a large wrist (~7 3/4") and unfortunately the sail cloth bands are too short/tight, however the black alligator leather are fine. I had to return the sail cloth bands and Suzi was very helpful and responsive. Quality of the bands is very good.

Alligator print leather, dark brown. Very happy with my purchase. This is a great quality strap for the price. Love the colour. Matches my Bulova BVA dial perfectly. Very fast shipping. Ordered the strap on a Sunday and it arrived the following Saturday. Recommended!
