Terriblemente malo. ComprĂ© 2 productos por mercado Ripley, ambos productos me llegaron errĂ³neos y uno de ellos llegĂ³ despuĂ©s del plazo que se indicaba. PedĂ hacer el cambio por Internet, no obtuve respuesta, me dirigĂ 3 veces hacia ripley, al servicio al cliente de forma presencial, porque no contestan el telĂ©fono y me decĂan que no se hacĂan cambios ni devoluciones, me fui a exponer 3 veces al covid-19 y no daban soluciones. Finalmente, despuĂ©s de insistir tanto me devolvieron el dinero. En conclusiĂ³n, no volverĂ© a hacer una compra en esta empresa. Gracias.
