Customer service is absolutely awful. They string you alone with no intention of resolving your problem.I purchased a set of nail varnish, which turned out to be sticky and lumpy. Got in touch with customer service, they asked for photos, code numbers, proof of purchase. Even after several emails, they wanted more and more. I got feedup and exhausted. I emailed them to say it was ridiculous how they were conducting themselves. WERE THEY BOTHERED NO NO!!!I won’t be buying any of their products again.

I've been buying Rimmel cosmetics for more years than I care to remember! I recently purchased a Scandaleyes eyeliner. I had great difficulty trying to open all the security material, to the point where I cut my finger on it, wish I could post a photo of how bad the cut was!I understand Rimmel have to keep their products safe & secure from thieves, but what about the safety of long standing customers? I won't be buying Rimmel products again until they review their unsafe packaging and act accordingly. I'm sure I'm not the first customer who has hurt herself trying to open Rimmel cosmetic packaging!

Your ‘Scandal Eyes’ 003 Brown waterproof eye liner. Loved the colour, the smooth application. Used about 8 times the needed to sharpen. Makeup pencil sharpener just kept breaking the tip.Total waste of money.

Rimmel 60secs is a myth and a marketing gimmick take it from someone that owned at least 15 useless nail polish by Rimmel. The polish NEVER dries I mean even for days they still smudge. I was thinking of investing in gel polish at home when I found Essie. To my surprise I didn’t have to use my fan to dry and I didn’t have to walk on egg shells to not smudge my nails. Now gonna bin all 15 of my useless Rimmel polishes. What a WASTE of money would NOT recommend at all.

Scandal eyes mascara waterproof. This is the first time I have used this, thinking because it was more expensive it would be great. Unfortunately, it smudges and takes ages to dry. I really would not buy this product again. Very disappointed.

Boycotting Rimmel now they have the insufferable and irritating attention seekingTom Daly on their new advert. What a tozzer! Why can’t you offer it to Rylan Clarke at least he is not self obsessed!!

Bought this from Boots it was sealed etc and no product or applicator in the tube it was completely empty. Contacted Rimmel to let them know they really didn't care that much sure what does my custom mean to them?

As I have not been able to get my nails done for the past months, I thought I would I would try Rimmel’s super gel polish. Do not buy this product. I bought two different colours for my mum and me and they both chipped within 2 days. This was after following the instructions for two coats and their top coat. I complained and all they were interested in was a photograph of the product (don’t they know their own products?) and batch numbers. It is clearly a problem with the product generally and not the two bottles I purchased. Their CE0 - Pierre_Laubie also doesn’t care about his customers - he has ignored two emails.... bad product and even worse customer service

Rimmel Wonder Extension MascaraIt took a long time to dry, and made my eyes water. I have never before had an allergic reaction to mascara. Don’t see what all the hype is about. Not worth the money.

Been using Rimmel cosmetics for over 30years and they're still one of the best in town. Great nail varnishes (no-one can better their brushes), great foundations (doesn't clog), great lash stuff (goes on like a dream & stays there...all in all...keep going..you're doing great 👍 & thank you for providing consistent high quality at reasonable prices.

I regret buying their blushes and powder products they never stay on my face They have a vry cheap appearance

I recently bought the rimmell glameyes professional liquid liner and it just takes so long to dry! On too of that, it comes off really easily. Cheaper brands provided better quality.

I bought Rimmel on my gloss lipstick in Boots. Be careful I don’t know what’s inside it burns my lips and it smell toxic. I got 2 for 1 I dont know how to get my money back. Cant use it.

You will always find Rimmel products in amongst my cosmetics.I've always used the good old Coffee Shimmer lipstick as my daily go to lipstick. Love it .Shade matches beautifully with my skin tone.I've recently bought a new what I would call 'foundation' for my holiday abroad.Match Perfection.Invisible coverage .Shade 303- True Nude.I always worry about trying a new foundation.However, this product is a masterpiece in perfection, at an affordable price. Well done Rimmel!!It is very silky to the touch. It smooths,or should I say glides over the skin thinly. Doesn't snag in the skin leaving any lumps to work on which is so important, especially around the eyes. I applied with the tips of my finger.This week I'm in Turkey. Temperatures of 29.It has remained in place all day, I've napped in it and still had to remove it with make up wipes at the end of the night.Brilliant product.I'll be buying it again.

I have been using Rimmel products for 20 years and love the foundation and the eyeshadows and eyeliners. Great quality at a great price. I highly recommend it and have had no rashes or reactions to any Rimmel products .

I love their eyeliners I have scandal eyes and glam eyes I prefer glam eyes as it’s easier to apply for me but they’re both so good and are very long lasting

usually, never complain but used a mascara that really irritated my eyes and when i mentioned it to them directly (as a complaint but also for them to be aware) i received no empathetic or decent customer service. poor response.

Bought a liquid eyeliner that was entirely dry (and useless) and they refused to refund my money. Not cool.

Wonder lux mascara is my preference. It's definitely better than others which I've used. It doesn't afrad of water so you should not afraid of getting into rain :)

As someone who has loved Rimmel make-up since I started using make-up, I decided to try some new products from them that I have never tried before. I bought three products - lip liner in Cappuccino, lip liner in Tiramisu and also the Extra 3D lash mascara. For someone that doesn't usually wear mascara as I am an eyelash extension kind of girl, I have loved trying out new mascaras. However, I didn't get on so well with this mascara, I found that it didn't really do anything to my lashes so this was disappointing. On the other hand, I have absolutely loved using the lip liners and they have become part of something that I use daily. They feel lovely when applying and the colours are lovely. I would say that the Cappuccino colour is quite dark and being quite pale, I find this has the potential to wash me out. Other than that, I have loved these lip liners and would highly recommend these. I have given 4 stars based on this and also the quick delivery that I had from Boots.com. I ordered to store and was available to collect within 2 days.

I liked the Rimmel Matte liquid lipstick. It had a nice feeling on the lips and applied smoothly. The other products are pretty good too, but the liquid lips are my favorite

The new matte loose powder is actually quite nice and a little does indeed go a long way. I just wish the container was a bit more bigger

Some of there products are ok but most are extremely cakey. Yes it's cheap but you could find better products with the same price.

The powder is the only thing I have tried that I like. Other then that I don't like any of their products! Do not recommend.
