Is rieker.co.uk Legit?

I have been buying for over 15 years, so happy now a shop in Worthing, staff have been very helpful. Especially now taking both parents who have feet issues.

Excellent service. Ordered online, next day delivery. Unfortunately too small so reordered, delivered in 2 days. The return of the first pair was so unbelievably easy. Tracked all the way and refund was very prompt. I used to buy Rieker from a local shop but they don't do returns so decided to try direct, cheaper and much more efficient. Highly recommend. Oh! and the boots are amazing, my 3rd pair 😍

Delivery was a day earlier than expected, which was great.Boots excellent quality, very roomy as i ordered wide fit plus a half size up to allow for thick winter tights, socks etc.

Boots were excellent quality and very comfortable even first time wearing them. Customer service fantastic. I sent back wrong size by mistake and they couldn’t have been more helpful.

I'm very happy with my recent purchase. Rieker has plenty of great styles to choose from, the craftsmanship seems good, the delivery was fast and best of all the shoes are very comfy :) I'm already a repeat customer, and I'm sure that this won't be the last time I buy Rieker shoes.

Online information on sizing was good & delivery quick. The shoes are just as shown, well made & fit really well so I'm pleased with the whole experience.

Arrived on time, was bought as a present for my husband he absolutely loves them he says its like walking on air and so comfortable and has told his friends about them

Site is easy to navigate. The delivery is very quick , & there are instructions in the box on how to return , if needed ( I didn't use this part of the service. The sandals are both very comfortable. as are the other shoes I have purchased . Good value for money

I bought 2 pairs in the sale. They came promptly. These were my first Rieker shoes and I will definitely buy from them again. I have fairly wide feet and these are really comfortable. The leather leisure shoes can be worn without socks and don’t rub at all which is really unusual for my heels. I have only worn the sandals once but these too were really comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately the shoes I ordered were not comfortable for me and I had to return them. The service and web site however are safe, user friendly. I would certainly recommend Rieker

Easy to order my purchase, arrived within the time frame and well packaged. Ordered two sizes and returning my unwanted purchase was very easy and lots of pickup places.

I have had some shoes etc from you and believe me I have very bad feet and all these shoes etc have more than enough room. I haven’t worn the ankle boots yet but I’m sure as always they will be absolutely ok.

It's a rare thing these days to find a retail outlet that has enthusiasm, excellent customer service and with staff prepared to go that extra bit more to ensure that the customer is happy. Rieker Shoes at Cirencester is one of those rare shops. They didn't have my size of a particular boot in stock, so having established the correct size I returned home with another pair of shoes and the out of stock boots were put on order to the shop. I don't live close to Cirencester and as the weather was so bad on the day the boots were delivered to the shop, I called back to ask if they could be delivered. Not only did Sally process the order in a very pleasant and helpful way, but the store manager offered to take my boots to the Post Office after finishing at work, so they arrived two days later and I am delighted with them. The packaging was good and inside were receipts and a stamped card so that I wouldn't miss out on the offer of basically a free pair of shoes or boots when the card is fully stamped.This brand of footwear is comfortable and I love the detailing in stitching and the fancy coloured cuffs and finishes. They last a long time too.I hope that Head Office picks this up and rewards the staff accordingly.

Great product but frustrating website when attempting to pay. If you choose PayPal as choice of payment, it prompts for your telephone number. If try another payment method, it repeatedly prompts to provide a telephone number even though you have. There is no other prompt box to add your number.

I love your shoes I can’t comfortably wear any other shoes I always know they will be comfortable I have dozens of pairs and love them all

Placed an order and paid for a pair of shoes for my husband. The delivery company claims they delivered to a back garden (not my garden). The photo is of someone else’s garden. The company does not want to give me a refund as they are believing the DPD driver delivered it to my garden. I have asked for my money back but they said they need 6 days to investigate. Which I had to go out and buy a pair of shoes for my husband. This is terrible customer service

I ordered two pairs of shoes one was out of stock. I was informed and received my refund within two days. The other shoes were delivered a day earlier than first stated. The quality is first class and they are so comfortable.

I loved the style and quality of the boots I ordered but sadly the fit wasn’t right. The return was very easy, with a free return label included, no going on line to print your own. The refund of the cost happened very quickly. I give full marks for customer service.

I have large feet and have difficulty buying shoe anywhere especially fancy shoes these where fine .I have the confidence to buy more on line now from Rieker a 43 EU flat feet wide at front as my second toe is longer than my big toe Thank you Kathy

I have used Rieker before. so did not hesitate in returning for a pair of winter boots.The quality is great and price is competitive. Boots are wonderful.
