Great service price & deliveryGood communication regarding vat at 22% which FDX collect once shipping has commenced.I bought a Mahle x35 range extender with bottle cage and connecting cable included.

Great range of products, good website, accessible friendly customer service - pretty good in the circumstances apart from what appeared to be a warehouse hiccup that delayed shipping. I first ordered 3 items in April 2023. One part, a chainring, had an "Expected" delivery at the end of May 2023. Ridewill still did not have the chainring by July 2023. Due to the availability uncertainty, I changed the order and substituted items that were in stock. I expected the items to be on their way in a couple of days but the shipment has remained in packing for a week according to their website! Priority shipping should start in the warehouse I thought.I pointed this out and received an apology. The items were immediately shipped arriving in my hands (New Zealand) in less than a week.I will probably deal with Ridewill again.

This company is a scam!They shipped an expensive Mondraker Dune RR with no name front wheel instead of e*thirteen as per spec. Box came broken. I suspect they noticed damaged wheel and replaced it with a chip alternative. And shipped it as such.And they do not want to refund or replace. Keep away from them!p.s. - yes report of the wrong supply was 3 weeks after delivery (I did not notice until I started having problems with breaks - chip front rotor). I also have photos (presented to them already) taken at the day of assembly - a couple of days after delivery. This does not change the fact that they replaced the wheel with chip replacement! Keep away!!!

A bit dubios ... I first got lured into buying here with free shipping; but at the last step in checkout I'm finally presented with a fat shipping fee of 16€. I hope the experience doesn't get worse.11.01.: It did get worse :-( Since my order more than a week has passed, the promised delivery date too, and there's no sign that my order has been shipped. The ordered article however is still advertised as "in stock" on the website. I've given the shop the chance to ship immediately or refund, since I wasn't provided with any options how they want to handle the unfulfilled order.12.01.: At least on my intervention the service reacted promptly and did refund me the full amount the next day. Still an unpleasant experience and it remains unclear, why they advertise an item as "in stock" that is not, but "indefinitely delayed" from the supplier as I learned now.

The site is great I've found most things I've needed BUT u have to over spend or the VAT goes way up and expect to pay extra import fees on top of the original delivery fee.Just saying expect to pay more then you think 😅😭

Next time when you see the only delivery option company gives you - like ridewill - just know - they don't care about you at all!The second time I deal with FedEx/TNT second time it was the worst possible delivery you can imagine.And if you check those companies rating on Trustpilot or anywhere else - it's really close to 0!!! It's impossible to receive anything from these guys!!!You always end up in a situation when you receive it with a weeks delay and have to go to they remotely located office unreachable by public transport to take your order - if you a lucky and it's when you paid a fair amount of money for "express" delivery.Now if the company Ridewill.it gives you the only delivery option - FedEx - this company says straight in your face: "We don't care about you, just give us your money, and maybe, someday, if you are lucky, you'll receive your order"Or they are blind. Or they are crazy.Chose for yourself one of the options above.I'm not gonna order anything from them ever again, and don't recommend you if you value your nerves.UPD.Received it with a week delay at my office, would be so much easier if TNT/Fedex send you an SMS/Email with an option to chose day/place as many other companies do

ordered rear mech plus other stuff late on Sunday evening and the parcel has just arrived the following Friday lunchtime. everything as ordered, brilliant. I have waited longer for stuff coming from uk suppliers!! plus the components are competitively priced. thank you ridewill,my first port of call for stuff in the future. thanks again

Their prices seem to be too good to be true for a UK buyer and that is because they do not mention that the courier will email you an Import Tax invoice a couple of days after you have bought the goods from Ridewill which added 24.35% to the final cost of the final total. You have to pay the additional invoice otherwise you will not get the goods. Express delivery mentioned i.e. 24 hours is not available for UK customers so I will not get my Powerpack 500 battery until 8 days after purchase.

Poor delivery service coupled with poor communication. If you're looking to order something for quick delivery and immediate use, I wouldn't recommend this site. I ordered a tyre on 24th April and it was delivered on 13th May. Website says for items in stiock ships within 24-48 hours. Item was in stock so I don't know why it was shipped only end of day on 26th April. I paid for FedEx delivery (which turned out to be FedEx economy). After my delivery was being delayed, I had to email the shop twice for support to get my shipment moved by FedEx as it was still in Italy. All they could tell me is that there is nothing they can do. Even though they knew that FedEx had not delivered my product, it was me always reaching out to Ridewill to enquire. They should have been proctive in communicating that their courier was running late with shipment. No compensation was offered by Ridewill despite almost 3 weeks delay!
