Is ridemovi.com Legit?

You’ll see all their scooters perfectly lined up gathering dust. No one uses them as they can’t get logged in. App is useless. We tried to go thru their help bot which was worse than useless. Don’t even bother downloading this app. There are far better scooter hires about. My guess this company will fold soon

Scam! been charged 2x€20 for wrong parking, but I park in the same place where I took this scooter from and this was parking area, after 20h and few complaints, they give me €40 back, deleted account with them now, w a n k e r s

Terrible company brought a week pass when I was away then we couldn't use it half way through as they restricted the areas. Come home from hoilday and 2 months later take £25 out of my account for no reason. Take ages to contact customer service there was lots of random transactions in-between. Stay well away do not use unless you want to spend ages trying to get your own money back. When I was hoilday parking was terrible the scooters was dead and would be charged for a ride when needing to swap too avoid at all costs just another scam company

Charged me and my girlfriend both to use scooters that weren't working. We told them (not very nicely) to refund immediately which they did after a while - as app credit... then we (not very nicely again) told them to refund the money to our bank asap because we're NEVER going to use them again. It's over a month later, and they tried to charge us €25 each out of nowhere. Lucky we blocked payments for them after the first time we used them. Avoid, block their payments, report them and never look back.

Skørt firma. Har autonew på deres tilbud, så de trækker automatisk 8 euro hver måned. Man kan derudover kun bruge deres tjeneste i det land, som man har cyklet i selvom at deres tjeneste er i mange lande.In english:Crazy company. They have autonew on their “offer” so they automatically deduct 8 euros every month. In addition, you can only use their service in the country in which you have cycled, even though their service is in many other countries.

I have never been so angry using a bike service - I live in Copenhagen and they use Donkey Bike there SO much better - this company are a JOKE. Terrible app, broken bikes /batteries and then NO customer service- AVOID. I hope the owners are ashamed but I fear they are laughing to the bank because they don't care about people.

The battery went flat. It was not possible to reach a place to place it correctly based on the short notice of reduced battery. Then the bicycle was locked and unable to ride without battery. It was impossible to carry the heavy bicycle and impossible to contact this horrible company. Now I am charged 524 NOK extra. Stay away from this company!

I didn't even know what this company was about when I suddenly started getting charges from them on my credit card. I don't live in Europe, I don't drive there and never use rental bikes. How come they say I have two accounts with them. Requested several times, in different ways, with different agents to cancel any product they think I have with them. They just keep saying "those charges are normal and will disappear. They are basically stealing and pretending all is okay.

Wrongfully take money from your account and then claim its a technical issue... Horrible company with awful customer experience.

absolute scam artists , keep taking money out of my and my husbands credit cards , €100 gone already (have had to block our cards ) hopefully will get refund.Local councils should be throughly ashamed of themselves allowing these scam artists to operate , ripping off tourists wholesale , a shame because its a good concept . thought Italy had moved beyond this

even though bikes are quite good and the system works fine there are a few issue that make me give a low score:- A few times the automatic payment went off automatically even tough I didn't set it- I parked in good area but they still charged for wrong parking just because was 200m close to the not authorized area-THEY ARE ROMOVING ALL THE STANDARD BIKE TO MAKE YOU TAKE THE ELECTRIC ONES AND PAY MORE

Misleading billing, and charges. Very expensive journeys unless you subscribe to their daily / monthly plans. Billing by minute incentivises dangerous travel in order to reduce the price, instead of responsible cycling. Auto top-up of your funds in the app is automatically checked so that unless you specifically change it they'll happily take more of your money than needed. Supposed to have a 1 Euro sign-on deposit that never seems to be returned. Stay away from this service.

We recently hired 2 ridemovi bikes for 1 hour total in Portofino ,they dinged my c card for $150 dollars managed to get $60 refund ,had to cancel my c card so no more charges .I will never hire an E Bike again ,I can see way they are thrown into canals ,oceans and run over by 4WD vechiles never hire from this company ever

Bikes are constantly broken. My partner and I went through **seven** between us in the space of 30 minutes. You don’t always notice what’s broken until you get going … batteries or brakes are broken, gears are gummed up…. Don’t waste your time

It’s a scam; I can’t access my purchase history. Every time I want to use a bike, I’m forced to top up my balance by 5€. My wallet ends up empty after just short 10-minute rides. It seems they’re intentionally reducing my balance, compelling me to top it up repeatedly.

When I was in Stockholm I used the Ridemovi bike services but it seems their business model is a bit sketchy compared to services like Lime, Bolt etc. We had rented the bikes, did out tour. When we retuned the bikes we placed them where we found other bikes, and scooters but were charged a penalty fee of 500 SEK for illegal parking (it is possible to end the trip contrary other companies where you cannot end the trip if the parking is illegal). We immediately moved the bikes to a bike stand and appealed our including a photo showing the bikes were placed correct but appeal was rejected and it is not possible to do further.To me it seems that their business model is build upon being able to charge the fee.I will strongly advice against to use this service – use Lime, Bolt or any other services.

The escoters are good and they go in a good speed but they need to fix the map problem when trying to find a bike it will show u where it is but sometimes the location isn’t right as an experience first it’s a little bit hard learning the app but I don’t think it’s a scam personally cuz lots of people say “oh yea it’s a scam” “ don’t Download it” and blah blah but personally i haven’t got scammed by it but ! Be careful on the offers read them correctly! As an advice yall should buy the 7,99€ offer I’ve been using it and its perfect!! Plus I also was trying to find an escoter and when I found one and started using it it didn’t go fast it was stoping and going like 5/7 km and it had an alarms saying danger something like that and the battery was full but yea I stopped it just be careful in the roads!

I had my bike not release after charging me then finally got a new bike then when was stoped bike was stolen the app did not help me and got charged 13 euro and still can not communicate with anyone the bike is still being used but they will not support me. The worst experience ever do not use I am being used terrible experience

Helsingborg Ridemovi is new company. My bike rear tyre is done and I thought I'll give this a try until replacement comes. I bought a package stopped at my friends place the app said no parking here so I rode away to my destination and took a photo locked and all then 10min after the first stop I get illegal parking penalty 10€ ?????
