As someone who is process-driven the course was absolutely perfect for me. The spreadsheets provided to calculate deal & portfolio analysis were the resources I found most valuable. However, the videos are also very detailed and provided a lot of value too, especially when compared to other training courses I've completed. The addition of the weekly 1-2-1 calls also provides the more personal touch and I picked up some very useful nuggets of information from these through tapping into Rich's wealth of knowledge. Since joining the course in the summer of 2020 I have scaled my property business from 2 properties/5 units to 6 properties/28 units, with many more to come... Worth every penny!

I started working with Richard 3 Years ago when I joined the Financial Freedom Programme. The training is well written and easy to follow.The content gives you enough info to build your knowledge in bite size chunks. There are also templates available so the effort to get on your journey is reduced. I often attend Richard co lab calls which are extremely helping when you you hit times of uncertainly. Richards knowledge and support is exceptional. There's never been a question he can't address.

You might think that RN is about properties, but it goes beyond that. It’s about personal fulfilment and going further than you expect or even contemplated before. And that’s achieved not just by the knowledge it provides, but mainly the support and “student obsessed” mentality where everyone wins. I can not recommend enough!

Great course with lots of details. Brilliant for first time investors with lots of explanation and worksheets.Also great to have the option to ask questions in a knowledgeable community or participate in bi-weekly calls where you can take your own deals along to be analysed. Much better value than other property courses

I joined Richard’s programme a little over two years ago and am now on my 5th property all from using the detailed spreadsheets and buying tools given when doing the course . I am now part of a community with an option to join a call twice a week , unfortunately I’m not able to participate as much as I’d like but I’ve jumped on a couple and literally got one to one support for over 45 mins each time . Richard’s really switched on and so knowledgeable within this field . My wife has also gone through the course and taking an active role in our business with confidence because of this .

Rich and his team have been the best investment we have ever made. If you have any issues with IHT or property structuring in general I would highly recommend him. He is so authentic and genuinely wants the best for all his clients. His co lab calls are priceless, he not only guides you but also motivates and inspires you. Richard Norris is highly knowledgable in the property area. I have been looking for the right type of course over the past 10 years but once I had the first one to one with him I realised the training program is nothing like I have seen before. You train at your own pace. They have twice weekly live calls and many useful templates depending on your own thoughts and strategies. I can highly recommend Richard Norris as the best. Im not in the habit of leaving reviews from products and services that i buy, but i feel the need to share that Richard and his company delivers.They do what they say and have made huge efforts to set up this program so that you each person of this tribe can acheive finacial independence through property for most in under 5 years.Every circumstance is diffrent and they dont work miracles they guide and show you how to work, to achieve your goals with constant support.I am still early days in my journey (6months) but have found my btl investment area, set up my team and now am picking out properties to give me a strong return per annum.If your lucky to get into the community my advice is not to hesitate.

I want to know why you only mention men in your YouTube video? Strikes me as misogynistic and makes me feel this course is somehow dubious. Please can you clear up.

For someone new to investing, Richard's course has been invaluable in teaching me the full overview of how to invest the right way and to identify the best opportunities and investment areas. What makes this course truly unique is how there's a whole section of training dedicated to changing your mindset to fully motivate you into making the right changes to get to where you want to be. Highly recommend!!

Still very early on with the course, but I'm impressed with how thorough the detail is and how Richard lays down the important foundations necessary to start a Property investing business. Time will tell how how well I can adapt to the strategies.

Having looked at various property courses over a period we eventually agreed on joining the program created by Richard Norris. The course itself, is very thorough and provides excellent analysis sheets to assist when appraising projects. Personally we are not as far on in the program as we would wish but that is due to our work commitments currently. If you are looking for an informative property program with in depth knowledge and a community of like minded people then look no further.
