The customer service was incredibly fast, reliable, helpful and overall lovely! Offered me a full refund when the dress I bought unfortunately lost quite a lot of sequins after a first wear. Let me keep the dress and also gave me a %15 discount for my next purchase. Completely hassle free and I did not have to push for a refund at all, best company/customer service I have ever dealt with.
I received my dress on 6 of August, i returned the dress to carrier on the 24th and was received by Revolve.com on the next day. After multiple followups they decided to ask for the return shipping tracking number on the 11th of Sept!! (which means the dress has been already received but they were unable to relocate it) The dress has been in their custody for the 23 days and then informed me that the dress has stain. 23 days!! They don’t know where they inspected it in which country. They refused to give me pictures. I’m so mad and frustrated. I have contacted more than 17 customer representatives everyone of them is saying something contradicts the next rep. Horrible website
Its a been a month since I made an order, shipment has not been received till now, they keep on giving misleading information. And as of today UPS has informed me that revolve has stopped the shipment from being delivered.Worst customer service ever.

The return process is such a mess. There is no return button on the web to initiate a return. I had to email customer service to find out how to return. Turns out the return address on their website and the the same return address confirmed by their customer service was an old one. I had to send another email to customer service to find out where is my return. And they told me I posted to the wrong address. What the hell? The only good thing of my first Revolve shopping express is their customer service does respond fairly quickly. But that’s it. I won’t shop on this website again.
After sales customer service impeccable. My jumper came out its first cold hand wash (as per washing instructions) with run ink marks all over it. Revolve paid for it to be dry cleaned and when that didn't work, exchanged it for a new one as soon as back in stock. Whilst slightly worried same will happen again, I can not fault their unquestioning helpfulness in replacing what they tell me was a one-off faulty jumper.
What absolute stars! I happened to need to return an item way past the date but when I explained the circumstances they offered to let me return the item for a full refund. I have NEVER had such great customer service, they even came back to me on the day I sent them an email so the whole process was dealt with within 24 hours. I would certainly use this company again, in this day and age online companies can be a minefield when it comes to returning items so it was a total pleasure to find them so easy and obliging to deal with.
Not giving one star because despite all what happened, I was given generous discounts to place my order again. Based on my experience, do not buy pre-sale items, I’ll tell you what happened to me; placed an order in June and received a notification that my item had been received but then was lost in the warehouse. My order was cancelled and I was told to order again. I complained and got an additional discount to placed the order again. We are now mid-Aug and still nothing. I have been waiting over two months. First time customer and unlikely to ever order again from them despite how the staff have been trying to appease me.
The product is fine, but the packaging is not so much. The clear plastic box that wrapped around the product to protect it was clearly opened by someone, but the cardboard box that is used to protect the clear plastic box on the other hand is untouched so clearly someone messed up the packaging process, but I don’t mind because the product is still intact. Everything is fine so minus one star

Every year I buy myself a birthday dress from revolve. The shipping is very fast to the uk and I never had problems with returns, the refund was always processed fast. Quality can be hit and miss depending on brands but it’s usually very nice ☺️
I had bought my daughter a similar aviator nation jacket on the actual aviator nation website and they LOST my order. It was the only birthday present my little girl asked for. By the time they realized their error, they no longer had the jacket. They did their best to rectify the situation, but she wanted a specific color set that they no longer had. So, I searched and found a cute one on Revolve. I ordered, we had it within 2 days as promised, and you even sent an email to make sure I received my order. One of the worst experiences I've ever had and the worst shopping site.. All shopping sites show the size accurately.. I bought four sneakers and chose the size I always choose.. But when it arrived it turned out that the size was US and not UK and there was no specification next to the number.. When I wanted to return it cost me $343 and I talked about this matter with customer service who offered me $50 as a one-time assistance!!
I have been a Revolve customer for some time now. They certainly have everything for all occasions, great customer service, fast shipping around the world. I am leaving a review for a particular brand, that is Camila Coelho Collection. I love Camila the influencer, and also love some of her beauty products. I did buy a few of her clothing collection because her design is modern, stylish, trendy, Instagram worthy. However the quality of the materials does not match the price point. The fabrics wear out or fall apart relatively quickly compared to their cost. The brand relies on the influencer marketing to justify the high price tag rather than offering genuinely high quality , long lasting products
I ordered a dress here recently - they carry higher priced items/designers, but I find the majority are competitively priced based on where you find them elsewhere. The dress was stunning and amazing quality. Shipping was super fast (I’m in Canada) and it arrived within a few days of placing the order; I was also provided with tracking info so I could stay up to date with where the item was during the shipping process. There were some issues with the dress (missing belt loop, etc.) but when I reached out to customer service they were super responsive and more than resolved the issue promptly (like, within an hour of reaching out to them) - honestly some of the best customer service I have ever had. They made a point of emphasizing that receiving an item not in perfect condition was not the experience they wanted a customer to have or in line with their company. I was reluctant initially to buy such a high priced item online from a company I’d never dealt with before, but my experience was amazing and I will 100% go back. Amazing customer service!!!

“Worst return experience”
I received my dress on august 6th and returned to the carrier on the 24th and was received by revolve on the 25th.
