Is revolutionrace.at Legit?

Good quality products and good customer service who reply quickly. Unfortunately the problem is with delivery to the UK. Ordered on three separate occasion which have never turned up (customer service have given a refund) On the last order both items have been lost again and customer service have quickly replied unfortunately one of the items is now out of stock which is disappointing. Hopefully the other item gets delivered this time

I have purchased multiple pants (all styles) and jackets (cyclone 3L). I cannot say enough about the quality of them! I use them for Search and Rescue and while providing medical support for wildland firefighting (not actual fire fighting). They are of the highest quality! Love the RECCO if I ever get into a situation of needing found.

£35 to return the varying sized trousers? I have several RVRC items of clothing, more trousers than anything and have become more frustrated by the varying sizes of the products. Some I've had for years, but measured against recent purchases of the same sizes, they are quite different dimensions and fit.I recently ordered a couple of pairs through Amazon too (Norwand), as they were in stock but weren't on the website for some reason. These are very different sizes to my old and newer trousers, so all had to go back. Pretty annoyed. This has cost me £35 in return postage. I won't be doing that again that's for sure!

All good, I’m used to the slow delivery but it would be nice to have a faster option if possible. The fleece waistcoat is very cosy, surprisingly as I have always avoided fleece!

The quality of their trousers is excellent! I had a small problem with exchanging 2 pairs as I needed a size smaller as RR sizes in their trousers at least come up a little larger than other manufacturers. The system messed up a little but Aleksander at customer services was absolutely excellent! She responded to all my emails within a few hours and tried her hardest to correct the issue. She really is an absolute star and a credit to the company. I have no issues with buying from them again..which I already have..not only because of the quality but because of the confidence that if there is an issue there is someone to turn to! Happy with the Sherpa Hoodie. Very warm, and seems to be good quality. The delivery time was a bit longer than stated but not too much of a problem. Would potentially buy again if there is any discount or a points system for loyal customers going forward.

Seems odd that the website says free delivery from 100 EUR onwards, yet my order of 106 EUR was not delivery free?

Top quality products that rival the best brands, but at sensible prices and in real life sizes. Can't fault the products and customer services have always been responsive when contacted.

First time buying a jacket from Rev Race so little unsure on sizing, but ordered the size recommended and it fits a treat. Very very pleased with the quality of the jacket, soft material and quiet, plenty of pockets, not tried in the rain yet but looks very capable of keeping me dry. Bought wife some trousers before and she loves them, well worth the money.

These are pretty amazing trousers. I can't justify paying 120-130 pounds per pair, but when they're on sale I'm buying another pair. Best pair of hiking\climbing trousers I've owned.I'd like to replace my everyday jeans with these & provided I can buy them at a similar price to what I paid, I'll continue to buy more pairs.

There is no doubt that the product quality is first class, I have bought 2 pairs of trousers, one jacket and one kit bag. I love the brand, the design and the quality is outstanding. HOWEVER, the time it takes to receive the items is terrible, I'm still waiting for the bag and to be honest it may make me think twice about buying more products. There should be an option to get express delivery via a delivery service (I'd be happy to pay for it!) but waiting 10 days is just too much.

I ordered a pair of 2xl pro shell trousers, but when they arrived, they were too tight, upon measuring the waist, they measured 19 inches ( according to size guide should be 21.3 inches ) this translates to size L. In short, it looks like a pair of size Large trousers had a 2xl label sewn in them. Customer service was OK, but told me to send back and re-order, but I wasn’t willing to do that and risk the same thing happening again.

Further purchase from this excellent company. The walking trousers I bought 2 years ago are still going strong after lots of use. Super comfortable and warm (wind resisting too!)

I buy outdoor clothing on a regular basis and I'm happy with most of the puchases. I've had an issue once where the address went wrong, but the problem was solved very nicely by RR, they just told me to re-order again and gave me the items even with the discount from the first order that would not have been valid by the time anymore, without any additionnal cost.Returns are uncomplicated as well.Tiny little criticism for the fact that the sizes differ from time to time. I have shorts in L, but can't wear long trousers in L, need XL. I have jackets that are quite tight in M but other that are just fine and one in L which is too large. So in general, once you've found your size it's okay, and even if it doesn't work, there's no issue to return sth that is exceptionnally too small or large.

It's been hard for me to get all the boxes ticked in one coat; warm, long, waterproof, thoughtfully designed, nicely styled, well made in good quality fabrics, with a truly decent hood, (why are they usually so poorly designed!?), and in a beautiful colour. Someone has thought carefully about all the details here. I now feel cocooned and protected for winter, whatever the weather. It's a joy!

Ordered 7th October, nothing turned up, "technical error", replacement sent, looks like the same thing has happened again as no scans after first dispatch. My partner ordered something a few days before to the same address which has arrived fine, you would think they would make sure the error didn't happen again on a replacement product.UPDATE: item arrived today but is the wrong colour! I ordered green and got grey, almost 4 weeks wait and it's the wrong colour! No time to replace before my trip, now I have to rush around shops trying to find a replacement in the next 48 hours 😡
