Is revoamerica.com Legit?

Cameras crash excessively. If someone walks by, the cameras go offline and then come back on. Someone drives by, the cameras go offline and then come back on. Sometimes they disconnect by themselves and start back up, but mainly, I have to unplug the system for a few seconds or the individual camera itself to reset it. I have sent messages through their app - no response, I've left voicemails - no response. I bought this system from fingerhut back in 2021 and have regretted my purchase ever since. I should have known if it came from fingerhut, it was the bottom of the barrel, cheapest system Revo ever made. For revo to make it right, refund my money I spent on this BS. I'm pretty sure it was less than $400 (my credit limit was only $400 at that time).I'm pulling out my wired Swann system (hubby don't like the wires, and I don't care about the wires showing).

Purchased a system to work with 16 cameras. Received in a timely manner and did not open immediately due to time receiving. Inspected delivery and found that five bundles of wire were not enclosed. Emailed on the weekend stating the package was short and received an email first thing Monday morning and received the product on Wednesday. Have been very happy with service at this time. Have not had product long enough to give a valid recommendation on it.

The speed of the delivery and signature required to receive package. Easy installation. Quality of the picture and smartphone app. The video play back. If you want to transfer a file to your flash drive it gets a bit complicated. The older system you type in the time from and to that you want to transfer. This doesn't work like that. I bought a system without audio it should have been it the advertisement that the system didn't have audio

After helping with a recent purchase for a mutual friend.I got assistance from REVO tech support during the set up with his new DVR.His best friend also wanted to purchase a system also.I also been helping him to setup and wire his new system.The tech support is fast, efficient and spot on.

Revo America is a great company to work with. My old Revo SD video system Windows 7 finally died after I rebuilt it a couple times. I ordered the new Ultra system, 4T, 16 channel with starlight. The first unit had multiple problems. Revo sent a new one the next day! The video system display is amazing. Revo has never disappointed with their technical support.

Got camera working on my own. Called customer service to ask if could place camera on hold so wouldn’t record while in home ( inside usage) and customer service couldn’t answer so I figured that out on my own. Go to smart detection and swipe button off .

The cameras arrived quickly with free shipping. They were well packaged and worked perfectly.

Camera was delivered by FedEx requiring signature. FedEx driver threw the box in front of garage, not at front door. Good thing I noticed the box in my other Revo camera and retrieved it before it could have been stolen. Secondly, Revo omitted the 100' CAT-5 cable from the ordered which was advertised being part of this order. Revo still owes me a 100" CAT-5 cable. On the other hand, camera is great!

The packaging and shipping of the DVR and Cameras was very good.The ability to talk to your technical team both pre-sales and after the unit arrived was superior. The promise for other browsers will be welcomed in the future. I understand more videos will becoming this will help new users install and setup the system and remote viewing platforms.Very very pleased would recommend Revo to all.

Really happy with the quality of the system. My only issue is not with that but I had used a credit card that had just been renewed/activated the day before (other one expired). The only purchase made on the new card, yet in 24hrs, it was hacked 4 times and the credit card company cancelled it and I had to wait another 7 days for another new one to arrive.

Cameras are trash. System was doa and support wasn’t much help. They ultimately quite talking with me. Cameras were cheap rebranded ones with loose REVO stickers over cheap Chinese manufacturer name. I’m seriously amazed this company is open for business. Sad.

Tech support was great to work with, with my new wireless cameras. My new security system was easy to set up by myself. I like the features my new system has to offer. My new system replaces a 12 year old Revo system that worked very well but I was ready for an up to date system. Very satisfied with RevoAmerica. I would recommend Revo Products to anyone in the market for a security system.

Cameras keep going out. I have the wireless cameras. Contacted support they told me readjust antenna informed them that if I unplug them let them sit for a couple of minutes plug back in they work for a couple of days. Not convenient since they are 3 levels up on the house!!!!!

Excellent Products. Excellent Customer Service. Excellent warranty. What more could you ask for! I've been running this system for a couple of weeks now. The picture quality is way better than I expected. The remote software is fairly easy to get set up. Once set up, it's easy to use. I'd recommend Revo America systems to any of my friends and family.

I own a medium sized college bar and having cameras is almost a must.I've used Revo systems for 10 years now starting with the small set I first bought at my local Sam's club. Recently I've replaced my old equipment with one of their HD systems.Set up was a breeze. A few months later one of the cameras quit working and they had it replaced almost overnight. Their tech support and sales people are super helpful and easily accessible.I've looked at a lot of other systems out there and Revo is hard to beat for their selection, performance, and ease of set up. Anyone with basic DIY skill can be up and running all on their own in little time.

Well, actually I did call Revo to see if the cameras I ordered (2-solar wireless ones) were compatible with my gateway system already in place. Customer service told me they were or stand alone if needed. Easily installed and work great.

The cameras are good and the DVR is good. Revo replace several faulty cameras I had., but I’ve always had trouble with them sending me the correct cords and connectors. This is the second Revo system I’ve had. I have issue with my Revo cloud not having any storage or the option to purchase storage. But the real problem I have with Revo is their system only works with Internet explorer. What’s going to happen to my security system when that dinosaur browser goes extinct?

We ordered two cameras which arrived just a few days after we ordered them. We had one that was damaged and Manuel was awesome. He diagnosed the issue and was able to send a return label and get it replaced in a timely manor. Thank you for all the help and the great customer service Manuel. Much Appreciated!

REVO is still the best for my security purposes. I love their products. I only give 4 stars because it was a little scary when I ordered online and the third party did not give me a confirmation code for my order which made me keep trying to charge it again and again. I could not reach anyone by phone but I did leave a message and they did cancel the other two charges of $599 and send me a confirmation of my purchase.
