Is revivesuperfoods.com Legit?

I live 15mins from Tampa,FL and was consumed with trying to evacuate 10/7-10/9. I came home to water damage and flooding, so revive was the furthest thing from my mind. Then I’m charged $121 on 10/12 which I desperately need right now for shelter, food & gas. I called 10/12 asking for refund and they offer credit to my account even after knowing I’m a natural disaster victim. What heartless care for people. I will never recommend them to anyone. I will spread the word of how they feel about these situations.

I, personally, do not like the taste of many of them. I ordered 14 containers to start and just unsubscribed. Also, it does not have the vitamin content I was expecting.

I have been getting boxes from this place for almost a year now… and I really enjoy their smoothies.. they have so many to choose from and you can pick from different categories.. they have ways to earn points and helping you get free items.. plus the convenience of putting smoothies together without having to do the work.. often times I blend my dry ingredients and then add my liquids for a smoother sip.. I have recommended this to several of my friends who have all loved trying their free box out.. I have added the “Good Protein” powder to some of my smoothies to add flavour.. such as the strawberry and cream and the vanilla Chai.. I usually drink one of these for breakfast along with maybe a bagel or something and that does me for the morning… I highly highly recommend them. My favourite is the dark chocolate and cherry and of course the banana and pumpkin spice.. but there is so many to pick from.. plus they have excellent customer service!

I signed up for Revive with a special coupon so I didn't have to pay the ridiculous price of $9 a shake. I was curious, and it was a good deal, but when the shakes arrived I found them bland and flavourless. I canceled any future orders, but unfortunately I did not delete my account or remove my credit card. Almost a year later, they decided to send me an order, with no notification and no choice of what was sent. They charged me the full price for the shakes and they are definitely not worth $9. I should have contacted the company to return them ask for a refund, as I was not informed that they would randomly be sending me an order and charging me. Instead, I followed the steps on the site to cancel my account but was told that I needed to call them to complete the cancellation. The person I spoke to did everything they could to try and convince me to stay, but I kept repeating that I wanted to cancel my account and ensure that my credit card was removed.I can't figure out how they can manage to remove so much flavour from the fruit and veggies. Maybe it's part of the freezing process they use. I really have to doubt for views they have other site, as it seems to me that they fillter out anything negative and only allow five star reviews.

I was unaware this was a subscription service until after I received my first box. When I found out I called to cancel all subscriptions because I did not like the product. The person gave me an extremely hard time and I was not happy I am going to eventually dispute the charge for the second box that was already shipped out . I would stay away from this company.

The shakes are good but anytime you need customer service they are absolutely useless. I canceled my acct on August 28th and got billed again on September 28th so I called and was told there's nothing they can do. The order hadn't shipped and wouldn't for 2 days but they wouldn't refund me or stop the order. BUT they could hold the order and ship it another time...you can stop the order to do that but you can't stop it and refund the money when it was your mistake my acct wasn't deactivated. Terrible customer service!

Tasteless. Surprised by the too sweet comments. I've tried many of their flavours they're so flavorless. Not even slightly sweet. Think of iced down diet coke when you get to the last flavorless sip. If you prefer bland over flavourful these might be your cup of tea.

I really love getting their smoothies delivered for a fast and easy snack between meals. My favourites are the high protein mocha and the Pina colada!

I never had any issues unsubscribing Their customer service is great and they’re really helpful Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews , I ordered on 4 separate occasions and I never had any problems cancelling my subscription I’m resubscribing now because they have a 50% off offer :)There ARE better options but you’ll also pay the priceI think this is the best price/value out there

Smoothies are fine, they are reasonably priced and generally arrive undamaged. I've ordered from Revive for a long while now. I just needed a change in brand for a while and I was tired of remembering to go in and skip upcomming orders because they definitely DO NOT send out a reminder a day or two ahead of time and if you don't remember, you will end up with a freezer full of smoothies like I did and I'm just sorta tired of them.They also used to send you a nice, reusable metal staw or two with your order. what happened to that? There has also been a growing inconsistency in the filling of the smoothie cups. So I decided to cancel and forgo my $115 account credit. I log in and go to cancel my subscription and go through the prompts that try to keep me only to be hit with "call this number...."I ABSOLUTELY DETEST this sales tactic that preys on the people too busy to call or to timid to say no when they do. It's dirty and falls in with telemarketers and door to door sales. I will do not business with any company whose aim is to make me waste more of my time to cancel anything by having to call and go through a sales pitch. If that doesn't bother you? Like I said, smoothies are good, their customer service is above average and the prices are fair in today's ecomony. Just be prepared if you need an extended break because the boxes will keep coming and the charges happen whether you're ready for them or not because it's automatic and they will not remind you a box is about to ship.

THEY MAKE DECISIONS ON THEIR OWN WITHOUT CONSULTING YOU AND GETTING YOUR APPROVAL. THEY STOLE MY MONEY.

I gave Revive a try. DON’T DO IT!! The shakes are way too sweet and if you’re on a diet it won’t help. Additionally, I cancelled and yet received another box 2 weeks after I submitted my cancellation. This company and the product sucks!

It is a bit expensive, but the smoothies come exactly as described and are tasty and there is a good variety of flavours and ingredients. Makes mornings a lot quicker!

All the smoothies have tasted delicious. The package arrived quick and in great condition. When I was ready to cancel my subscription it was so easy. All I did was hit unsubscribe on the site. Make a call. Then send an email letting them know I wanted to cancel my subscription. It was cancelled within 24 hours of emailing my request. Due to my satisfaction with them I will likely be restarting my subscription. I cancelled right away after I read other reviews of people complaining that it was difficult for them to cancel but I did not have that issue at all. I had nothing but good experience here.

I would give a negative star if allowed. This is the second time that I have received a box I was completely damaged and I made sure I was home both times to receive them. The box came completely destroyed. The packaging was destroyed, and some of the smoothies had even been punctured or open and melting all over the box in my front porch….. I tried in the past to cancel, but it makes it impossible to cancel when you have to wait 45 minutes over the phone to get your cancellation to go through! This company prides themselves on fresh picked foods and they do not offer refunds as their products are “high-quality” this was actually a terrible experience and I ended up stainingmy hands and my deck and don’t trust the product. I have many many photos to prove. I tried to skip my delivery in the “processing” stage and was successful but still charged and told it had already been shipped. In the past I liked their products and never had an issue. Don’t know what happened but 2 times in a row is too much for me especially when they don’t offer refunds! Buh bye!

I've been a loyal customer of Revive Superfoods for years, and I absolutely love their smoothies! The convenience and quality are unmatched. I have my favorite flavors and always make sure to fill my box with them. Blending them with vanilla almond milk adds a delightful extra touch of flavor and sweetness. If you're looking for a tasty and healthy smoothie option, Revive Superfoods is the way to go! Highly recommended! The website is easy to use and if you don't want a box to be shipped out you have to make sure you unselect your shipment with enough lead time, so set yourself a calendar reminder ;-)

I thought the smoothies were delicious. Shipping, however, is a major issue. My order came badly damaged twice. When I reported it to the company, instead of offering to replace the unusable products, they offered me a discount that didn’t cover the cost of the damaged product.

The smoothies are great and there's a good variety. However, the delivery is almost always late, the box is always smashed and some of the cups inside are broken open.

Great smoothies that make healthy breakfasts or snacks in a pinch! There is an option to skip weeks in advance so you can avoid being charge for and sent another box when you are not ready to. I would recommend trying them if you enjoy smoothies as there are some delicious and unique flavours.

Very deceptive marketing and they make it extremely confusing to cancel your plan. I ordered my first box for a decent price and then a month later they charged me more than double and put my credit card over its limit. When I reached out to customer service, they did nothing but offer me excuses. Seems fitting why they have such low ratings. Will never be buying from them again.

“Tasty if expensive”

I went through several orders of smoothies through Revive Superfoods and was overall pleased with the results. I found various ways to get discounts on them - referrals, reviewing their products and the general introductory discount - overall I didn't find it so worthwhile to continue at full price, but it's definitely a fun treat to have the smoothies pre-made for you. I also found them a bit difficult to blend unless you mash them up a bit, and the liquid level they request isn't always accurate, but they are still tasty and I get a lot of fruits/vegetables in my diet I wouldn't otherwise get. It was also very easy to sign up, cancel and make account changes. Tip for consumers:Make sure you get in on an intro rate, and any referrals will save you money! Products used:Smooties

Terrible customer service. Terrible attitude handling customer complaints or any problems in general. Be aware there is no customer phone number. Everything is through online chat or email. They are just like thieves stealing customer's money and run. Very unprofessional. Never received any formal confirmation emails or reminder from them for my order. They purposefully hope you just forget you had a subscription so they continue to charge your card. It will take forever they will never refund you or do anything to help. Their products taste awful compare to other brands I tried. STAY AWAY! ALL FAVORABLE GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE CREATED BY FAKE NEW GOOGLE ACCOUNTS. NOTICED THEY ALL ONLY HAVE 1 REVIEW FOR THIS COMPANY?
