Is resume-now.com Legit?

I've progristated for a few years looking for a new job because updating my resume and the thought of interview process was to hard. Mental health and confidence is nil. Resume Now truly helped me get motivated to do it. Simple to use, affordable

I didn’t know I was being charged & they were so helpful to help me cancel 🤍 although it is a GREAT website , I no longer needed& customer service offered a discount & were super helpful . Definitely a great website, I got the job !

The website is easy to navigate. I was able to select templates fast and customize them. I like being able to overwrite the suggested text and edit the formatting like font style and colour palette. It offered me all the tools I needed to use to generate the cover letter and Resume the specific way I think they should be prepared. The flexibility of the template to edits is the biggest win for me. I also appreciate having the different file formats for download.

The resume builder was easy to navigate and offered suggestions for duties for position titles that was helpful to add.The only complaint was the inability to print it until you paid a small fee at the end...so not so free of a resume builder.All in all however I would recommend it.

This was the easiest most effective process I have ever used with high quality professional templates. The resume parsing and AI is spot on. Usually when uploading a pre-existing document it stuffs all the information up, but this was precise. Exceptional value for money - 10 stars if I could!! Absolutely brilliant!!

Honestly carlos was really friendly, did all the things he had to do, all the things i asked. Provided help as well. Overall, 10/10 dude. Call lasted 5 minutes total, so there was no delay or anything.

I canceled subscription within 10 minutes of signing up, was concerned over how they charge and fees, and 3 weeks later I have a 28.85 charge after I was told it would be canceled. I called Customer Service person,very rude.

When I paid, there was no mention of a trial. I only paid for a template to use for a dollar and now I’ve been charged $28 last month and this month. I found out just yesterday that they’ve been charging me this monthly. This was very sneaky to not upfront mention it’s a trial and then sneak it into the message you send once the purchase is done.

The customer service was great. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He communicated well throughout the entire call.

Resume now is a scam. Resume Now doesn't have a policy to remind the customer before subscription renewal. I forgot to cancel the subscription. Within 6 hours of renewal, I asked customer service to give me a full refund. They denied it.

Rosie and Valentine are gracious composed knowledgeable lovely human beings. I am an Engineer using g and designing and developing software since 83. They both glidedme through steps that I wasn't familiar with. They are excellent client support personnel. Without them I would never completed my resume' today. Thank you all Cam Clarke

The Customer Service Agent who spoke with me on the phone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had no further issues. I do have to mention that using the 'Chat Now' option through the website, did not work. It said I connected with "Jair A", but I did not receive a response. Disappointing. “Monthly subscription billing scam out of India”

The "tools" at this site are really not much above what you can do on your own if you are even moderately proficient with MS Word. But the point of the site is to get your credit card number and billing authorization, because in the fine print, this is a monthly subscription for $24/month - which of course, is silly. No one knowingly subscribes. The punchline is, when you call India to cancel, the pretend to cancel - but don't. The only way to cancel is to cancel your credit card. This Company had wonderful suggestions that I did not think of. I made a few edit adjustments and began sending in my Resume. Had 30 plus offers for jobs.

“Scam, its free then they got ya with nowhere to unsubscribe on website unless you contact them”

My wife and I have no idea how we subscribed to this, and now have been charged for their basic plan for quite sometime. The say its free, then in the very fine print, it will auto subscribe unless you unsubscribe from their service. Here is their catch, there is no way to do this on the website. Your trapped. The only way out is if they respond to your emails, which they have an aversion to answering. We contacted them twice, and the first time they wanted proof of auto charges in bank accounts. Then when we sent email with all the proof, we got crickets. No answers, no appologies, no refund no nothing. We have to cancel our credit card to get out of this mess.
