Restuffs.com is a rip off seller
Restuffs.com is like a cheap car maker showing pictures of a Mercedes to sell nothing but a poor quality product. The first two photos is the product on their ad that they are selling. The third photo is their guarantee (which is TOTALLY UNTRUE) I sent several emails stating I was not 100% satisfied with the item and want a full refund only to receiveone reply that states "it was what ordered". The fourth photo is what you will receive "a smaller cheap piece of s#@t". Nothing like the pictures in their advertisement. Avoid disappointment, DON'T BUY ANYTHING from Restuffs.com
Rip off company
Do yourself a favor and buy it on Amazon and you might get it in a timely manner. This ships from Hong Kong. I purchased it on December 2nd for a Xmas present and didn't receive it until January. The package was damaged and opened. The box said a pair but only contained one and it was not packaged well. It was in a zip lock bag. I would never buy anything from them again.
Items as pictured and packaging used are not what you get
Don't let the pictures mislead you! My items came from Hong Kong, not the US but they did say that if their US stocks were depleted they would ship from other sites. However, they did not say you would get an "International Trans Fee" charged to your credit card. They also said the charge card statement would show "Restuffs" but it did not! It shows the name of the Hong Kong company. The box was crushed and put in a mylar envelope, not the nice foam lined box they showed for the item. Also, one item sent (Adjustable drill tip) was not as pictured but of poorer quality. Picture of Lifting Jack shows background with Milwaukee tools but has nothing to do with that brand or quality.

Buyer Beware! I feel like I fell victim to the Restuff website through a Facebook marketing page. I purchased 4 tools of the same type which did sound too good to be true for advertised function. Sucker right? Well maybe, I still hope they work, time will tell. My Issue is that one of the tools was broken in shipment, and when attempting to contact the company, and looking at their return policy, I find I have to pay for sending back the item and they recommend that I buy shipping insurance. Another note is they place all types of restrictions on refunding, such as if items are on sale no refunds are allowed. Do I send back damaged item or do I send back all 4 items. I have contacted them once with no response. I have run out of patience dealing with these types of advertising sites, think I will stick to brick-and-mortar stores for my tools!
My one purchase from Restuff was a scam. They advertise within YouTube videos. The products that they sent were toys and a fraction of the advertised size of the real tool. They will rip you off and PayPal will not help.
I ordered a pair of "LABOR SAVING ARM - HAND LIFTING JACK TOOL" and received a pair of lifting tools much inferior to the ones depicted on the sales website. I have e-mailed their support address 3 times (no response) and tried their 'live chat' feature from their website, which gives non-answers like "We typically reply within a few minutes", which never happens. If you do happen to get some relief from restuffs, their return policy says you must pay return shipping. I recommend avoiding restuffs.com completely.
Restuffs came to my attention via ads on Instagram and Facebook. They are advertising an absurdly low price for a tool, the Viking Arm, that I use. I bought the tool from an authorized retailer. Restuffs uses the “bait and switch” method to sell a sub standard knock-off. Their website shows pictures from the real Viking Arm site, but the product is shipped from China. Their slow to respond customer support emails originate in China as well. In spite of all the “seals” or “badges” promising 100% satisfaction etc. they refuse to refund the money, as “they shipped what I had ordered”
I ordered a pair of Hand Lifting Jack Tools from Restuffs based on their advertisement on Facebook, which looked as though it was an American company. The items arrived in about 2 weeks, but they were smaller and didn't look as substantial as those used on the website. Also, one tool had a bent foot. I sent an email with photographs to their support website asking for a replacement tool or a refund and their reply was "you received what you ordered". I sent a reply saying that I was entitled to a replacement for a damaged item and they replied "you received what you ordered". The items were shipped from China and the reply from their website was written in bad English. If you value your consumer rights, avoid this company.
I purchased the "Labor Saving Lift Arm" from "Restuffs" The item I received did not match the picture or description shown on their website. Attempts to contact "Restuffs Support have gone unanswered. Do NOT deal with this company!
I wholeheartedly recommend everyone AVOIDS this scam outfit. I ordered two of the lift thingies and the order never showed up, despite having a tracking number and emails stating the box had shipped. Chat box is no help whatsoever and I never get a response from their support@restuffs email - they are simple stealing money from people by the look of things. Do the FBI investigate this shit??
