Is reship.com Legit?

Shipping costs are too expensive it cost me $70 to ship a $10 tv remote control. I was going to wait until after Christmas to ship but they started to tack on storage fees. This isn’t the first time using this service but the experience was the worst I’ve had using this service I don’t know what has changed.

Amazing service. I ordered a Christmas MUST-HAVE plushie for my kiddo that was only available for purchase in the USA. Not only did it arrive to me in Canada via Reship, but it was so quick and efficient I was shocked!! This would have been impressive under normal conditions but considering the Canadian postal strike and deliveries being bottle-necked and delayed all across Canada, Reship’s service was absolutely amazing!It is wrapped and under the tree, Reship really came through for us!

WAY overcharges to send to canada via USPS. It cost me $252 USD to ship two 6 lb (according to them) ebay parcels. Normally I would say ebay overcharges for international shipping, but in this case i could have saved over 150 USD just shipping straight from ebay. Do not use this service unless you are absolutely desperate and no other options. They charge a lot of extra fees even with a paid membership, I knew I signed up for that part but the USPS shipping is artifically inflated and a total rip off.

Where I wanted to order from didn’t deliver to Australia so I used Reship. It was longer times and more expensive but they did everything they were supposed to do and I found this company to be very good at what they do.I have used multiple times and would use again.

I had relevant answer to my questions immediately. The answers were very useful. I received my parcel from USA to Europa within 2 days as indicated.

Really fast service, very impressed with the speed of combined packing. The box was basically a bag by the time it got here, but luckily it was covered in plastic.

First time using a package forwarding service, and I did have some reservations to begin with. The process with Reship was fairly simple, easy to set up, the address was provided in detail with multiple locations for initial delivery. My package was received and then forwarded on as soon as I confirmed. Awaiting the final leg of delivery to destination, and I have to say I am feeling very positive about the whole experience thus far.

They have created the easiest most streamlined process for re-shipping packages. This year, for instances they have saved Christmas for a 10 year old boy with a single request.

First time using a service like this, the set up process was quick and easy. And once my package arrived, my account was updated and I was notified I can now have my package shipped to me, within a day or so of it arriving at their warehouse. There were options for couriers and delivery times, it was simple to complete the process. I knew going in that using a service like this would come at a premium, but I think accumulating a number of packages and having them shipped all at once would still cost less than paying the higher shipping costs from US to Canada for each item.

Fairly quick turnaround to ship to Canada. Consolidation service saved on shipping and worth the cost but takes a few days to process. Overall good experience.

The staff are always available to answer questions & requests. They work together with the customer to resolve problems.

My item was received and delivered quickly and they posted a picture of the product in the box before it shipped. The thin plastic wrap around my item (keeps it clean during shipping) had been removed by someone during the shipping process. Thanks to the picture, I know that Reship wasn't responsible for that. Thankfully, despite the removal of the plastic wrap, my item arrived in great condition with no damage.

I had 2 packages at Reship and needed to enquire how to add the consolidation service. The customer service was SUPER fast in responding to my email. Clear instructions provided. And the turn around time for the consolidation was less than 24 hours! Really helpful in the busy Christmas rush! :)

It took them too long to even show the products up on my account. When they all showed I couldn't even combine 3 products into one package unless I pay for a membership. Then it asked me for an EORI number, which I don't have registered. Reship assistant had to give me a code to submit in the tab instead of my EORI number. The shipping is too expensive, not worth it if you came here to just order a product from Amazon unless you have a lot of money to throw in the air. Even the slowest shipping cost me $30 for one product. I didn't receive my products yet but I'm sure I will. In 15 business days. Cool service, but very slow for the prices.

Reship enabled me (Australian) to buy a gift that was only delivered within Canada. My shipment was processed during the postal strike which I am very grateful for. Will use again.

The shipping process was faster and cheaper than I expected compared to the competition. I am pleasantly surprised, and I highly recommend!

There was some delay in arranging for shipping - I kept getting a error, or on the app the only option was to print a label? After a few days that was corrected (somehow) but the shipping costs were atrocious.

The service worked well and as advertised. I would use Reship again if I need to order something from the countries that their service operates in. Communication and status updates were a little slower than they could be.

My package was apparently STOLEN from the Reship facility in Portland. It is a 10kg box of roughly 1m x 0.5m x 0.5m, the official statement I received is that it is "missing" - how can such a box go "missing"?The package was received and photographed. Eight days after paying to ship the package, I had still not received any notification of shipping or tracking information. Instead, I received an email that the package was "missing".Five days later (after the 8 days), I have not received an acceptable explanation nor a refund for the amount of the package that was stolen. I provided an invoice showing the amount of the package. Reship are being extremely difficult.A shipment was never created, it was presumably stolen by a Reship employee before a shipping label was created. It was to be shipped domestically within the USA with USPS, no shipment was ever created.I suggest that you do not use Reship and instead use Shipito. A friend told me he has not had any issues with them.
