Is resellerratings.com Legit?

Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. I used them in paid service for quite a few years. The problem is - when you try to leave, they still rank your reviews and if you get 1 bad review in a year then it looks like all the thousands of others are bad reviews as well. This is underhanded and deceptive .Warning to others! If I had known this at the start I would never have signed up in the first place.

They used to be great, but they must have been bought out, maybe several times. It's just a for profit site now, that doesn't care about you or me, it's customers are now the very stores we used to be able to review there. Conflict of Interest...of course. Try adding a store or contacting them as to why you couldn't. I couldn't nor could I get anything but an automated response when I tried to ask what the problem was.

Partnering with ResellerRatings has worked really well for our company. They work with us biweekly to ensure our platform/dashboard is working correctly and to address any concerns or questions we may have. They are always looking to improve their system to ensure all their clients have the new and updated technology. My first choice for a review site platform will always be ResellerRatings!

I'm 99.999% sure this website is a scam. I recently had a horrid interaction with the worst customer service rep on the planet, from Adept Powersports. According to Reseller Ratings, this lovely company gets 4.2 stars! According to every other website (google, Yelp, trustpilot, etc) they get between 1-2!! And even that's too high.And these lunatics use this "4.2 star" rating as an advertising point on their website to lure wary customers in.Thus, I must conclude, RR is a lie.

FactoryOutletStore.com, Scammers, products are outdated items, returns are charged and there's a language barrier for English speaking customers. Highly recommend and suggest that you avoid purchasing anything from them but if you feel that you really want to PLEASE read some reviews before making a purchase. This is where I messed up. Learn from my mistake and save your money and the frustration. A thrift store is better than this.

I received a correspondence from these clowns:1) Before I received the product in question2) They 'OBVIOUSLY', hadn't run the questions parallel to see, 'IF', the recipient could read the fricking thing.3) Asked to fill out their questionnaire, which you couldn't read, if you wanted to????4) Sadly had to delete the whole thing, after getting a 'NO RETURN' from the sender???

I left a review for a company that does business with Resellersratings.com. The review was a 1 star review. The review was posted to the companies web site but then disappeared. I went and looked at my profile on Resellersratings.com and it showed I had posted the review but for some unknown reason it is not showing. Makes you wonder if they are pulling negative reviews for paying customers? They state on the web site that reviews can not be removed but guess what?

I've only a not-so-smartphone to do any/all web activity, and have been asked before to write reviews concerning sites from whom I've purchased from! I had to edit my rating since any quotation marks I used, were printed as jumbled up letters/characters-up to 4 to 8 units in length when it was printed prior to completing the written portion of the review. I don't know if this was due to my "not-so-smartphone" or not! Otherwise, it's a great way for potential customers to get an idea of what any site has and how they operate! This dress is extremely beautiful! Just as pictured, the detail is intricate. I was a little nervous to order from another coutnry, but the customer service was impecible! The dress shipped ahead of schedule and arrived early. The sizing was perfect, but if youre in between sizes I would recommend sizing up.

After attempting to research Classic Firearms reviews, I have figured resellerratings.com site's reviews are BOGUS because unlike all the rest of Review sites that say the opposite of what their site depicts. Their site doesn't show any negative reviews which I could read about The store Classic Firearm .So,I notified Resellerratings.com : your reviews are bogus! And I doubt you will post this review which I am posting You and that I am going to Copy and repost on accredited sites!!!!! resellerrating.com receives PAYOLA which is payment for great reviews from their enrolled Clients

Resellerratings is a sham. Shame on Google for even allowing this site to be featured in search results. They use a proprietary algorithm that weights current reviews so much that even if you have hundreds of 5 star reviews, but they all occurred last year, a single one star review will render your store 1/10. I live for the day when someone creates a class-action lawsuit and sinks the company!

Reseller ratings is fake. I posted a negative review of a seller. It doesnt show up. I read 2 recent negative postings with 1 star. Yet the summary page shows no 1 star reviews and all are 5 stars. Clearly it is a fake web site. Dont bother looking at the reviews. It clearly is out to make money from companies by showing only 5 star rating and deleting negative postings. That is the way they make money.Oh, and if you find a store that recommends this website, stay away from them!

I needed to publish my views on Acronis True Image.I hadn't bought enough on amazon.com for a year, so I used reselleratings..Acronis gets very fine reviews on PCMAG and other sources.On reselleratings they get only very negative reviews. I suspect most come from the competition. reselleratings doesn't show their email address.

Submitted a review on resellerratings and it was posted almost immediately. However, after two weeks or so, it disappeared. I submitted the same review and it has not appeared for over a week. Asked resellerratings what is up and have not heard from them.My beef was with HyundaiPartsDeal.com because the wrong part was sent and they would not refund or exchange because it was an electrical part. Their website stated the part fits my car as per my VIN#. It does not.

You asked for my opinion on a reseller, I have it, then it said a minimum of 25 characters, that's bull, I shouldn't have to more than what I want to say to write a review of a company. Your forcing people to write crap they do not want, if they want to write more, fine, but don't tell them they have to write a certain amount to appease you.

If your business doesn't subscribe to their service they will deliberately push the bad reviews to the top and bury most of the positive reviews. a quick look at some very popular stores that do and don't use their service will reveal the truth
