resellerclub.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives resellerclub.com a fairly high trust score on the platform: 80.9. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Fair. Valid. Known.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 80.9 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to resellerclub.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Fair. Valid. Known. tags above. Long story short, we deemed this a known website, with a low scam probability. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning resellerclub.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between resellerclub.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of resellerclub.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of resellerclub.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. resellerclub.com is an innocuous suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether resellerclub.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether resellerclub.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, resellerclub.com.

Beware, we're spending a week to recover the domain of one client of ours. These guys are an absolute joke, their support team are Indian so you will find yourself hanging the phone first. They keep throwing ready-made mail scripts at you without any consideration. They are far all the way from being professional.
This is an Indian company. Of course, they're scammers! I just had a bad day today. I've requested a refund through PayPal, but there's nothing in my account, and their support is terrible. Then I searched on Google where ResellerClub's office is located. I was shocked to find out they're based in India, which I consider a scammer country with the worst people.Never ever buy from Indian companies!!!
Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Resellerclub is designed for techies - so it does require some technical know-how to navigate their systems. Yes their systems are quite outdated and we do have issues sometimes, however the support are very responsive, helpful and can usually rectify the issue swiftly. I have been using this service since 2009 to host all of my domains and have been very satisifed with the services recieved. I've never had any issues with billing, refunds or the overall hosting. Nor have I have any issues with blacklisted IPs etc. Overall, if you're tech savy - great company. If you're not tech savy, go to someone else more mainstream, you don't need all the additional features etc if you don't know how to configure them :) Hope this review helps.
I've been using their services for several years now and have had a great experience with them. I wish they had more payment options, but support has always been good. I host several websites using their products and everything runs smoothly.
I have been dealing with resellerclub for close to 10 years, and they have been quite responsive and willing to work with me. Their agents are helpful and I am happy with their service. I'd recommend them for sure.
Really clucky technology. Support was pretty decent, fortunately, so we were making it work, but then our account became unavailable and there is no way to get support unless you can login, but we can't login, can't reset our login credentials, and can't get support to resolve the issue. I fear they may be out of business, and I'm not surprised if that's the case.
We had a very bad experience with this company and would never use them again.Essentially, because the service was so poor, we discontinued our account, but they did not take note of this and kept charging us despite our complaint and our referring it to Paypal. The complaint was not responded to, and when we continued to refuse to pay, they suspended all our accounts, despite their having been prepaid. We are taking the time to post this as a warning to others to think twice before dealing with Reseller Club
Scammer CompanyThey Will Disable Your account after some day and ask for state ID and SSN number, which is a secret info and only financial companies are allowed to collect SSN Number. they will delete your customers domains and ask for 3x Money to activate them. if you deposit any money you can't withdraw it. it's gone. no support will respond to you.
Worst experience ever for support and refunds. My account on resellerclub.com got compromised after loading balance and registered 40 domains. After a month of following back, compliance gives response that domains money back period is already gone and hence cannot refund. They Simply wasted my time lingering for support.
I give three stars only because their chat support team was assume and gave you a free license for WHMCS. Otherwise I was not happy with their product. First off I signed up for a simple web hosting account and was upgraded to a resell account without notice. This was very confusing until I spoke with their support. Second their Free SSL Certificate was not automatically set to force http:// to https://, I had to contact support and they gave me that HTML Code to paste in my ".htaccess" file. That only fixed my main site URL. Non of my sub domains like webmail was forced to https://. Being dissatisfied with their product I cancelled my account and they refunded my money within their 30 day guarantee.
Worst support. Only bothered to sell and dont care for the service. Most of the time server is down. Business emails are down. No direct payment gateways. If you use paypal you end up paying almost 4-5% on transaction and forex conversion charges. Better stay away, Even if they have serious issue they keep defending till you exhaust and leave them. They are forever fixing their services.
They charged me funds for nothing and when I confronted them they wanted proof of transaction. I sent them email with proof from my paypal account and after that no response, it's been over a month. Also their storefront couldn't be customized, I added my brand logo and it wouldn't update. The reply I got from customer support was that there is nothing wrong their services. Not recommending anyone doing business with them. Terrible support and thiefs.
No live chat support. No immediate email support even after 12 hours in urgent priority no one will concern. There SMS for two-factor is poorest as you will not get any verification code even you resend it dozen time. Resellerclub is a white elephant on the face of hosting services world.
I have been a RC customer for more than 3 years. I never recommend anyone sign up for a dedicated server or reseller hosting package. Every 3 months they will have a network issue or intermittent issue. They have live chat for support, but it's very bad service.
Worst service and worst reseller hosting company, fake advertisements, the guys don't go to this company, they are not providing perfect service and Important they don't give full money back amount, they will tell foolish reasons that account manager is not available, GMT & IST Times. don't believe their words before buying. i lost money because of their neglecting. low grade company.
Very bad experience with support response (the most important hosting factor). They can't unsuspend account after payment. I waiting more than 7 hours without any answers from them. Just stay away because they will hurt your business and they are not reachable at all. Not worth even 1 star. I will come in India to talk with support. Unbelievable. Answer me and i will think again about that feedback.
Total nightmare of a webhost. Demanded I upload personal documents to verify who I was. AFTER taking payment. took them 5 days to get domain online then told me upload photo id documents or have account closed. Sorry if you value personal information avoid them, they are not legally entitled to demand documents after you signup
The hosting didn't work at all. Nothing but errors. When I tried to contact support the numbers and online chat doesn't work. Most of their phone numbers are disconnected. They say there is a 30 day refund policy, but they are denying me. This is a total scam!
Worst technical support and always increasing pricing.I regret choosing this company as a domain reseller. Their system is full of bugs and their technical support reply your support ticket once per week without solving the problem (every time a different person and you have to explain everything again because it seems their IQ is not high enough to handle "complex" issues)... Moreover, their pricing keeps increasing for many or maybe all domains and other services.Worst company.
Very Good support, really appreciated the suggestions and support provided by reseller club. The plus point of the company which makes them better from other companies is, they give what they said, no false flag promises.

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
