“It's a total SCAM”

I contacted them to recover an investment made with an overseas investment broker. He made promise after promise and after the first payment he asked for another 6 payment, what came to a significant amount. They give you guarantees, promises, but after no results, they refuse to explain anything and avoid contact with you. I have taken another lawyer to check out Resch Rechtsanwälte out and got told they are a scamming company, abusing people that made losses while investing and taking money from them to do nothing. They basically scare people and tell them they have a problem, that they can solve so they can take your money. TOTAL SCAM! Resch Rechtsanwälte is a shameful company and I would advise people to avoid it at all cost if you don't want the same happening to you that happened to me! Service Value Quality

“SCAM ALERT - RESCH RECHTSANWALTE”

I have been recently scammed by the law firm Resch Rechtsanwaelte which is headed up by Jochen Resch, and I believe his brother Manfred Resch. I want to make other potential victims aware of their wrong-doings. Since August 2018, I have been a victim of fraudulent activity in which I have lost a considerable amount of money. The company had been mentioned a few times by Resch Rechtsanwaelte, more specifically via YouTube videos with Jochen Resch speaking in detail about the wealth management company themselves and advising against investing with them. Having invested a lot of money, I began to panic and felt it best to contact Resch Rechtsanwaelte for an explanation. I was met with a barrage of advice along the lines of "your money is lost", "we will recover it", "leave it to us" and more. The representative at Resch Rechtsanwaelte continued and convinced me to part with a large amount of cash with the promise they would return all of my investment capital. This was due to administrative costs and legal fees I was led to believe. Reluctantly, I transferred the money to Resch Rechtsanwaelte as they assured me that nearly 100 percent of their clients had got their money back. The weeks have passed and no further good news came, only more stories of how the case was nearly completed but needed to provide more money upfront before they could continue and made it clear that without them I would not get my money back. After a few months and 8 transactions I had depleted my financial resources to zero. Resch Rechtsanwaelte informed me about my case', demanding more money. After making it clear that I had no more to give time went on for updates, none of my calls were returned. I have since tried calling, emailing, messaging through their website with no avail. This company and their service is purely a scam. Resch Rechtsanwaelte is advertising on the internet offering a fake service which will entice you in with fake scam info about other companies when the reality is, Resch Rechtsanwaelte are the scammers. Do not contact this company. Do not give them your money. Please do not fall for their scam the way I have. I have now researched this type of scam, and it is known as a Money Recovery Scam'. Be aware!

“Resch Rechtsanwalte Runs An Asset Recovery Scam”

I am writing to let people know that I have been scammed in a Asset Recovery Scam' by Resch Rechtsanwaelte. I have done my research on this and all the evidence is there. I recently saw online that Resch Rechtsanwaelte was mentioning a company I had some investment dealings with. The law firm Resch mentioned several other companies as well, advising they are all fraudulent. I contacted Jochen's team at Resch Rechtsanwaelte, and they advised me that the company I was working with were syphoning my money through fake investments however, I did not believe this to be the case. At the time though, Resch Rechtsanwaelte were very convincing and I have now stupidly parted with a large sum of money for them to recover my money'. I feel like an idiot. I have not heard anything back from Resch Rechtsanwaelte in over a month and I have done some recent research and I believe this company and its staff is fake and it is what is called a money recovery scam'. I have tried to contact the Resch Rechtsanwaelte endlessly via telephone and email and have not heard anything back. I am met with an answer phone and have left several messages over the last month with no response whatsoever. I guess they have given me a number that just diverts to a voicemail/answer machine. I have emailed them a lot as well, and nothing has come back. I do not believe I will be seeing any of the money they took from me. I do not believe I will hear anything back. Resch Rechtsanwaelte have scammed me. Does anyone have any advice on who I can call? Has anyone experienced a similar scam? Does anyone else know of Resch Rechtsanwaelte? I am writing this to make people know about Resch Rechtsanwaelte. I would recommend you do not contact this company. Jochen Resch and his team are scammers.

After a poor investment decision, I decided to use Resch Rechtsanwälte GmbH lawyers to investigate and retrieve my investment losses, something they confidently explained to me over the phone was their expertise. Having paid their upfront retainer and waiting for some time, I was subsequently told "The matter was a little more complicated than they had initially thought" Resch Rechtsanwälte GmbH lawyers then asked for more "retainer" money so they could carry on their investigation. This went on for a month, but I had hoped that with all the requested documents and extra money they would be able to move forward effectively, I was mistaken, and when they then asked for another payment to be made for the ongoing investigation, I began to get very concerned. I decided to refuse to pay Resch Rechtsanwälte GmbH any more money and asked them where they had got to in the situation, and they said they were at "the investigation stage." I thought this was unsatisfactory so I told them to get on with it, after all wasn't that why I was paying them? I started calling them more frequently hoping to hear updates on my situation but all of a sudden, the person who I had been dealing with was out of the office all the time and no one knew where my case file had got to. When I formally wrote an email of dissatisfaction, they couldn't even bother to send me a reply or a work in process update. All correspondence with me has now stopped, and I would not recommend them at all and have now taken advice from a more reputable German law firm. Still, I am sadly getting told by these new lawyers that they have heard many stories of German legal companies with fake lawyers setting up one minute then disappearing the next so please don't make the same mistake as me! “Reputation über Mandantenzufriedenheit”

Herr Resch klang zu Beginn wirklich freundlich und überzeugend, aber die weitere Kommunikation ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Honorarvereinbarung wurde von mir am 17.11.2022 unterschrieben, dennoch musste ich 4 weiterer Male bezüglich einer Gegezeichnung und den Zahlungsmodalitäten nachfragen bis ich dann am 05.12.2022 endlich ein unterschriebenes Dokument (datiert auf den 18.11.2022) erhalten hatte. Alle weiteren Fragen wurden jedoch rigoros ignoriert. Erst weitere 4 E-Mails und 2 Wochen ohne eine Rückmeldung später kam dann am 19.12.2022 die Übersendung eines Graphen zu den bisher erfolgten Ermittlungen, doch auch hier wurden all meine offenen Fragen nicht berücksichtigt. Direkt am selben Tag hatte ich noch um eine Erklärung des Graphen und auch nochmals um die Beantwortung meiner Fragen gebeten, doch als ich dann eine weitere Woche später wieder keine Rückmeldung erhalten hatte fühlte ich mich verpflichtet Herrn Resch auf seine anwaltliche Informationspflicht aufmerksam zu machen und dass ich bei deren weiteren Nichteinhaltung die Anwaltskammer informieren würde. Hierauf hin erfolgte zwar dann direkt am nächsten Tag die schriftliche Erläuterung der bereits übersandten graphischen Darstellung, aber auch mit selber E-Mail die Kündigung des bestehenden Mandatsverhältnisses. Ich kann absolut nicht verstehen wie Herr Resch es als angemessen erachten kann seinem Mandanten 5 Wochen lang so gut wie keine Rückmeldung zu geben, insbesondere wenn der Mandant sehr beunruhigt ist und ein Vertrauensverhältnis zu seinem Anwalt aufbauen möchte. Man kann wohl erst eine Reaktion erwarten wenn die Reputation auf dem Spiel steht, wirklich höchst unseriös und unprofessionell. “RESCH RECHTSANWAELTE VERPFLICHTET GELDWIEDERHERSTELLUNGSBETRUG”

Ich habe mich kürzlich von einem großen Geldbetrag für Resch Rechtsanwaelte getrennt, um etwas Investitionsgeld zurückzugewinnen, wenn ich es nicht brauchte. Ich habe jetzt das Geld verloren und keine weitere Kommunikation mit ihnen gehabt. Ich bitte um Hilfe in dieser Angelegenheit. Kennt jemand diese Firma und hat sie ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht? Im April dieses Jahres (2020) sah ich, dass Resch Rechtsanwaelte im Internet Werbung für Unternehmen gemacht hatte, die Betrug begehen. Auf einer der Websites gab es eine riesige Liste von Unternehmen, Investitionen, Bitcoin. Ich sah dort eine Firma, mit der ich Geschäfte gemacht hatte. Es gab viele Informationen über das Unternehmen auf der Website und es sah legitim aus. Ich habe die Anwaltskanzlei Resch Rechtsanwaelte kontaktiert und mit jemandem namens Thomas gesprochen. Ich denke, er könnte Thomas Kohler sein, der Typ auf ihrer Website, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher. Er klang, als wüsste er, was er tat, und er sprach viel über Investitionsbetrug und dass ich sehr schnell handeln sollte, um mein Geld zurückzugewinnen. Er war fest davon überzeugt, dass ich sofort mit ihnen arbeiten musste. Thomas bat mich um einen Vormund, den ich für seltsam hielt, aber er sagte mir, dies würde meinen Fall zu einer Priorität für sie machen. Er sagte, er habe mit vielen Fällen zu tun und meine würden ganz oben auf der Liste stehen. Ich habe das Geld bezahlt. Es war ziemlich viel. Ich habe keine wirklichen rechtlichen Unterlagen erhalten, nur eine E-Mail mit einigen kleinen Details und einer Fallnummer. In der E-Mail stand, dass sie mich innerhalb von 5 Arbeitstagen kontaktieren würden. Ich habe seit ungefähr einem Monat nichts mehr gehört und meine Anrufe werden nicht beantwortet. Ich habe auf ihre E-Mail geantwortet und sie gebeten, mich anzurufen. Nichts. Ich habe einige Nachforschungen über Resch angestellt und festgestellt, dass einige andere Personen betrogen wurden. Am besten erzähle ich den Leuten auch von meiner Situation. Wenn jemand einen Rat hat, lass es mich wissen.
