Excellent company does exactly what it says on the tin

We are actually in shock. They deleted three negative articles pretty quickly (2 months). We’ve already tried a few different companies. Nothing was working And these were unfounded lies. You guys helped us get our business back. Some links had to be buried because deletion was impossible.

Our daughter was being bullied for something that was put on TikTok. We tried reporting it but that went nowhere and we needed help. Reputation-quards are nothing like they present themselves. I have a little company with a little bad links in the search engines.I found out this company and they made a great first imprison, which made me believe in their professionalism. They even cut the cost to make it more affordable for me. They began working on eliminating the site.Well it didn't worked out, even that they were constantly in touch with me.When the last day from our agreement came and nothing was done, I was asked to sign a new contract... When I asked for a refund of the first one, so I can pay for the next one, the contact with the person, who worked with me, stopped immediately.I would not work with them again.

I accidentally called Reputation-Guards trying to contact my privacy manager at Reputation Defender. I told the guy that it was a misdial. They have since called me dozens of times (including 7am on Saturday), filled up my voicemail, and sent just as many texts to "fix my online reputation". I DO NOT HAVE AN ONLINE REPUATION ISSUE. I called to complain today and the guy was extremely rude and pushy. Don't accidentally call them! Service
