Is rentacompany.com Legit?

I want to share my experience of working with the Rent a Company (site: rentacompany.com, Company: STANLEY & HOLLISTER LIMITED, Company number: 12523384, director: Nicholas Henry THOM) and strongly warn everyone against cooperating with them. It just so happens that we've been working with them for about two years now, and it's just a nightmare. The constant delays in accepting payments could last for several months, but in the end the money was still credited to the account of the leased company, after which we withdrew it, although with delays.However, the situation has deteriorated significantly in the last six months. There is practically no hope that we will be able to withdraw money. The support is disgusting: they respond extremely rarely, sometimes once a week, or even less often. They may not respond to constant messages and demands to deal with payments for a month at all. At the same time, they create the appearance that they are trying to solve the problem, it is not their fault but someone else's, they are doing everything to solve the problem. But obviously, this is a complete lie. Thus, the company systematically violates the agreements signed with us, which is an illegal activity. Our activities are absolutely legal, we are engaged in affiliate marketing. I want to warn everyone to stay away from this company. We are already consulting with local lawyers and plan to contact the authorities in the near future

This "company" has scammed me of about 4,000 EUR. After the first payment I cancelled my subscription, which was confirmed by the support agent "Alex" and I was promised a refund of 2000 EUR within the next 45 (!) days. After 45 days I did not get a refund but another charge under a different name of another 2000 EUR. They do not answer to my questions and requests to refund me.

Be careful!They are scams!They have been processing incoming payments for 3weeks! Explain that they check it.And the outgoing payment is now 4 weeks -support, no more answers!Don't use this service!

with starter packet i was hoping to run my business for at least few months and than to open own company. all the invoices that i send has ben paid, but they simply stole my money, i have worked whole month for nothing. dont use it ,it is a scam, purest form of it

I rented the company Erlano.B.V , worked hard and charged for my work via the rented company, and the stole my money, i have press the charges and i ask you all who has the similar experience,please contact me, let us stop this, we have free lawyer to support us

The best words I can use to describe this company is "Selective scamming".They might provide the service for some time, then when you get comfortable and process higher amounts, they vanish. First they might reply saying stuff like the payment is still processing, it's undergoing compliance reviews, etc. They literally make you beg for your money and then, if you lose your patience, they stop answering to you completely.I was really lucky to get out of this situation without a loss, but this service is complete rubbish. I will never use them again.My advice is do your research before working with them.

Hi rent a Company,Can you prove my "criminal past"? I'm talking about real proof that will be put to test in court and not that fake artical that you have provided my details and foto taken from my registration and verification on your website.Unlike you I can back up each and every claim of mine with hard evidence and I'll be happy to meet you in court.You don't have any compliance department nor a security department, you're just a scam operation and I can prove it, try me!

I can NOT recommend this company at all!They charge the rent for the company, but the support is the worst I've experienced.It takes over two weeks to confirm the incoming payments sent by the customer and an outgoing transfer from two weeks ago is still under “compliance review” even though the invoice and all information have been submitted.The customer's ordered services cannot be processed because the payments are not made to the supplier.NO ONE responds to emails.

I "rented" a company from this company on November 2019 and paid $49. Now, 8 months later my account was disabled without any notice. I contacted support and they said it way because of inactivity and I should repurchase (with a monthly fee). There are no TOS with this clause. Furthermore there is no information on the site about this.I asked this question to support and got no reply…here on Trustpilot is a big yellow banner "we discovered a large number of fake reviews and removed them"…that is all you need to know about this company. Stay away.LOL now we received a negative review from them saying we are fraud. Is this your art of doing business?

This is a SCAM, do NOT use it. They promise that you can bill and use the rented company in 2 hours. This is a lie. I paid for their services almost 1 week ago. I'm still unable to use it. I tried to understand how this system works but nobody from customer service was able to answer simple questions e.g. how does your service work, VAT recovery, provide information and proof about their fictitious legal entity, etc. This is a SCAM. They do not have a legal entity at all and do NOT provide any service. Their receipt does not include any information on the legal entity that is providing the service. Don't be fooled by these scammers and do NOT buy or pay for any "service" that they are supposed to provide.

How can we trust company who can not provide Terms & Conditions or contract to read?Do you really think I will buy the service from Your website if the only information about the content of the service is the text on the website?Contacted them several times and they never couldn’t provide terms of service of contract to read.Also note that they are giving discount to customers who give good reviews;)

I am still trying to figure out how come unverified reviews about rentacompany are being allowed!!!!It is easy to pay off marketing guys to login with different IP's and to post GREAT reviews about rentacompany whereby they never deliver against the payment..After taking your money, when one comes to put review against them then they come to deny it by treating you as CRIMINALS and FRAUD..I made a payment to them which they received and even denied to refund by official mail with a condition that I need to remove my negative reviews against them!!! Can back up the previous negative, thus obviously the only real review.The company runs on a very shady basis, terms of service are not public and you need to sign a contract without being able to read what you are signing into. You need to go though at least a few representatives to get to a request form for them to send the conditions, and in the process try to redirect to a person that would simply answer questions. Whos to say the conditions are the same for everyone, when they have to be requested.Caught on to their schemes before signing and within the refund period so thankfully got the money back,Anyone registered with this company as client should definitely look into their legal pages, as you may be liable for a lot more than you bargain for.EU Directive will be very much interested in the experience that we will share.UPDATE. When they cant get the only honest review removed, they fabricate a false ridiculous story to discredit the review and violate GDPR policy by using the private information collected. Reported to the authorities.If you are a client you can expect this level of service, would recommend reevaluating.

It's a scam!No claim to who is behind them, not in there privacy policy or anywhere else. On Google Ads they claim to be from "BlauStein B.V", a company that doesn't exist!

I found the page and the idea was not bad. I Ordered it for a month for testing.1. Lie. Easy to use. After buying. You must fill many informations. 70% are not important. 2. after filling. you get an email for sign a contract with rent a company. i signed it. then i got notice something is not correct. i write them, they sayed, my email account cant receive emails from rent a company. i answer. no thats is not true. i receive it. you see here. make it again. write the support. no answer.write support again. no answer.thanks god, i booked only one time for a month with paypal. so case is open.so i found a another service. there is free. and faster support and working fine.

WARNING SCAMMER !! I HAVE PICTURE PROOFThis company is very bad support and service. Every time when I need suuport I have to wait more than 2 day. And the answer didt help anything. I create invoice and waiting for approve more than 24 hour. After that my invoice it reject Second time I create invoice sent to my customer untill now more than 24 hour my invoice still pending and customer cancel order already. Support from live chat said I have to contact support on whatsapp. Then I message in whatsapp I can see their status it online but never read and answer.I paid almost 1500 usd for nothing. The company provide me XERO.com with username and password and free account from creditblu.com for access online bank account but you can register both website for free by yourself no need to pay Rentacompany.comI remember I paid for company bank account 299 or 399 euro and I still not admin of xero.com I cant add and create my product. I have no Idea what to do. Now they not provide me any service. Support said I have to delete this review that y another review in here maybe it fake.
