Is remote-controls-shop.co.uk Legit?

The remote control arrived promptly, and as it is an original, it is far better then the previous replacement (bought elsewhere). The old replacement has dodgy buttons, and only sometimes works - very frustrating. The new one is reliable and works every time. Many thanks.

My Panasonic remote was kaput and no longer manufactured. Remote Controls Shop supplied me with a substitute Panasonic-branded remote. They promised it would be fully compatible, and so it is.

I recently bought a little Samsung TV from a neighbour and the labels had worn off the remote. I searched for a replacement and found one at Remote Controls Shop. Very good price, quick turnaround and it works perfectly out of the box. No more guessing which button to press!

I needed a replacement remote for my Panasonic TV. It was easy to find what I wanted on the RCS website - and, unlike other places I had looked it was the exact model made by the original manufacturer.I placed my order at 11am on Friday - it was delivered at 10:40 on Saturday morning - less than 24 hours.

The remote control worked straight away as soon as the supplied batteries were installed. The remote is larger than the original which for me is an advantage.The button layout is different to the original but this is not a problem, all functions covered on this remote

Purchase having read reviews of company, looked around at others (including the usual main suspect) and decided to opt for the more expensive but genuine one (especially as Samsung no longer list it!). Well worth it - with the free next day delivery brings the cost right down plus it arrived before 9am. Would really recommend!

I had purchased one for all remotes from different companies which didn't work. When i saw this company online and was asked for a serial number of tv. I thought I would give it one last try before purchasing a new tv. It arrived promptly and although it looked totally different to my old remote control I pressed the button and it worked, brilliant !!

Found a replacement remote (not original) for a Samsung HWS-800B Soundbar, I was a little sceptical as it was the 1/4 of the price of the branded one. Ordered over a Bank Holiday and dropped them an email after a couple of days after to find it had already been posted the first day back from the BH and it actually arrived that same day. They where very quick to give an update and they couldn't have physically sent it any sooner. Highly recommend if you need a replacement in a hurry.

Ordered the wrong remote for my you view box, when i realised i rang the company and spoke to a really helpful and very nice lady, she talked me through finding the right model number and she said that the one i ordered was wrong and it had already been dispatched, she then said not to worry she will post the right one out to me with a pre paid envelope to return the one i ordered back to them. What fantastic service, to be trusted to send the first controller back to them. When the correct one arrived it worked straight out of the box. Cannot recommend enough. 😊

Problems with LG 43UR78006LK remote controls as advertised by Remote Control Shop and Remotes 4UThe following info is with respect to my new TV.Model was announced 2023Serial No.409MATWHPX89Manufactured 09/24I have found three remote controls on the web in relation to Model LG 43UR78006LK TV. Two of these are on the Remote Control Shop website and one on Remotes 4U.The first on Remote Control Shop website states “The LG 43UR78006LK remote control is a direct replacement for the original remote, and provides all the functions to control the device” at a cost of £25.08As previously stated in my previous Trustpilot which has now been taken offline, this is not true as there is no voice control or Alexa.The second states “All the functions of the original remote control that came with your LG 43UR78006LK (exclusion of re-programmable buttons, voice or pointing features)” at a cost of £17.94As can be seen this product does mention the exclusion of re-programmable buttons, voice or pointing features.The third from Remotes 4U states Remote Control Original but does not mention the exclusion of re-programmable buttons, voice or pointing features at a cost of £48.95.Having spent well over one 1.1/2 hours on the phone to various companies (Domestic & General, Sky Protect, Equinox and LG) I was eventually informed by LG that the correct control Part No. was MR23GN and if I wanted one I would have to pay for it.As of Tuesday 19th November I now have a control which fully functions all aspects on the TV, at no additional cost.This whole fiasco has lasted almost 11 days to resolve.Finally, I would ask why the correct remote was not sent in the first place?
