Fereydoon knows his stuff, however it felt like there needed to be an assistant or two for those who struggled with the material and to handle things like the handouts and check in. It would have been better if there was a class for those who didn’t get the underwriting certification beforehand.

The Deep Dive webinars are informative, inspiring, helps allay fears. The information is detailed and increases your knowledge about the subject matter. It also provides you with ideas. It makes you feel part of a family. Combined withthe others support mechanisms it increases your odds of achieving what the company promises. The speakers are candid. Plus they offer support and make themselves accessible. Bridgette is an outstanding moderator. She asks pointed questions. She plays back what was said to insure clarity and accuracy. She manages the time and keeps the speaker and the audience on point. Finally, it helps you feel like family.

Immersion training 8/16-8-18Mr. Fareyedoon was very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the topic. Very patient with students who were slow knowledgeable understanding. Made time outside of the normal hours to answer questions and ensure the understanding of every student. Mr. Fareyedoon was a prime example of how teachers should model their classes. I am even more motivated and equipped with the knowledge necessary to succeed. Thank you Mr. Fareyedoon.

This has been a long journey trying to get this company to acknowledge the wrong we experienced, and so many more red flags on their part I witnessed trusting this company to be honest and support my goals I paid for.I had no choice but to sue them for their actions.So to the public, I would like to announce that RE-Mentor is Scheduled for Court September 16th to address the issues.But I want everyone to know this will all be public information.We are from New Jersey, I intend to continue to show the public how this company failed me and just took my money without one thing to show for it.For starters! According to documentation, RE-Mentor has been out of business since 2014, but yet the company continued to use this dissolved entity which is the first problem. Do your research ???Keep your eyes on all the Public federal court case checks, on many websites to stay informed on the outcome of the case, Since REMentor attorneys decided to address this matter in Federal Court.

As I planned to get into multifamily investing, I needed to grasp the art of underwriting deals. The Immersion training provided me that and more. I feel more confident approaching brokers and the information to seek while looking for deals. The instructor (Fereydoon) is a great teacher. Thank you to RE Mentor for organizing this event!

We couldn’t understand his accent and his English, sentence structure & word choice was very confusing and hard to understand.In addition to that, He was not a good teacher in a lot of ways-He was not good at explaining things. Some things I had no idea what he was talking about and trying to explain. I had to ask Rick in the next break what he was talking about.One day he literally just sat down and read over the presentation & pages on the manual for hours that we can easily read on our own He is not an engaging teacher or presenter at all. We had two sides of the room where students sat. He sat on one side and Rick and I were on the other side. He was mostly just looking at and talking to the one side of the room right in front of him.When we were trying to raise our hand & comment or have a question he never saw us.Classroom management skillsWe wasted a lot of time. He literally went to every single person to check their work multiple times over the wknd and we all were just sitting there doing nothing. Ppl had a lot of questions of things Rick and I already knew.He started late all the time and went way over after the class times every day when we were just sitting there doing nothing waiting or just wasting time There should be different levels for the class. Rick and I already took the underwriting certification class and Rick has already been underwriting quite a bit. So we were both pretty bored most of the time and felt like we were wasting a huge chunk of time.

I took the 3 day course and found it to be excessively informative. I learned a great deal, and I was in commercial real estate in the 90' as an agent. I wasn't expecting too much info that I didn't already know, but I was pleasantly surprised. Corey did a great as the speaker, and the staff, Mike, and Tamson were very communicative. I highly recommend this company.

Jeff answered all my questions at the underwriting immersion and said he would even answer my calls! Hector is very helpful on our calls and a great mentor and Beatrix is a sweetheart and always gets back to me when she can. Wonderful people.

The Teacher was very knowledgeable about the product. He was easy to follow and appeared to be invested in making sure we were well educated.

Trainer was excellent!! Learned a lot!

Just attended the intro workshop, and I must say that I'm thoroughly impressed with the presentation. It all made sense to me. Now, I've not taken the three day book camp yet, which I'll be taking this June in LA, so the proof will be is in the content offered, although I understand that it's primarily up to me to execute and succeed anyway. I look forward to the training and mentorship. I'll definitely follow up on this post when the time comes :-)
