Is relaxacare.ca Legit?

Alyssa really went above and beyond to ensure I got the best possible deal on a product that I had my eye on for a very long time. I’d really did my research on one of the Ice Barrell products, and inquired into the product with several retailers, but Alyssa easily offered the best pricing over everyone else that I had been dealing with. I really appreciate you guys going the extra mile. I definitely recommend going with these guys for your next purchase. Very highly recommended!

Unfortunately, We had a very BAD experience with Relaxacare from start to finish. To begin, Jason ( owner) and Alyssa ( associate) both falsely told me that the $5000 bed I was purchasing for my 94 year old was in stock and could be shipped within a week. After processing my FULL amount of over $5,000, I receive a call telling me it’s stuck at the border, it took close to two months to arrive. When it finally arrived, we had paid for White glove service only to find that the two installers had never put this bed together before. They lied and said the safety bars could only be in the centre which made it very difficult for my aunt to get in and out of the bed, but it was obvious that they did not want to bothered to adjust them. My husband read the instructions and moved them to the top position the next day. I was also promised a massage kit as a good will gesture for the mattress’s late arrival, but, they did not send it with the mattress . And finally, my aunt found the bed too difficult to use and the mattress too soft and we requested to have the mattress exchanged to the firmer mattress available. We were told, sorry , final sale ( which we were never told upon purchase). They took our money so fast it would make your head spin, but neither Jason nor Alyssa had the decency and respect to call me back to try to remedy the situation. I am appalled by the company as I made it clear that I was purchasing this very expensive bed for my 94 year old aunt, but they did not care in the slightest! I would say RUN don’t walk AWAY from this company!! I would give it 0 stars but it’s not a review option .

We went here to purchase a massage chair, Alyssa was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us decide which massage chair would work the best for us. We tried a couple of different brands and models, and ended up purchasing the right one. Would strongly recommend visiting here if you’re shopping for a massage chair

This was my first time ever visiting the store the sales person I spoke with was Alyssa I spent a long time in the massage chair asking a lot of questions. And at no time did she make me feel rushed or like I spent too much time in the chair. We worked through all of my concerns and what I needed out of a chair. Once I finally settled on a chair. She was very reasonable to deal with and I am completely satisfied with the the price we agreed on. What a pleasant experience it was dealing with her on such an expensive purchase. I highly recommend going to this store if you're in the market for any of their products.

The communication with Alyssa has been wonderful. She is very knowledgable and prompt with answers. I have not received the sauna yet, but will post again, as you have to pay up front for the sauna and am anticipating the delivery and being able to actually use it.

After 2 weeks od holding money they canceled my order because it was my request - it wasn't.

On a budget, I was in search for a foot massager as I've been experiencing sore feet recently due to tons of walking in my new neighborhood. Searching on Google, I came across Relaxacare and took advantage of demo unit that was a fantastic deal. After placing my order, I then realized that I should've noted that I needed this right away, as I was leaving town at the end of the week. I contacted Alyssa at Relaxacare and explained my situation, which she then took back to her team to expedite the process - which involved not only packing and shipping, but also a 72-point quality check on the unit (which I was surprised to hear!). Needless to say, I'm very happy with my purchase and appreciate the kind service Relaxacare offers to their customers.

I ordered the Mercedes’ truck for my daughters birthday . I was amazed by the service I received. They made it a very easy process to find the product I was looking for making sure it was in stock and most importantly making sure that it shipped out and received before my daughters birthday. My family got a sauna from relaxacare, shipping was very fast and most importantly the price is right and we are using the sauna like daily.

I have order the Christmas tree on 3 Dec for my Christmas. however there are no shipping state update on 15 Dec. when I have called the customer service, they just kept saying will send the goods this weeks / next Monday but never come true. the customer service hotline with bad and impatience attitude. one time they just hung up my phone.

I bought a sauna from Relaxacare 3 weeks ago and have already received it! I am very impressed by the companies customer service and quality product, they have so many different options but were able to help me over the phone narrow down my options and give me information on all the different kinds of saunas. When I received the sauna it was fairly simple to put together and didn't take a long time to heat up. I called Relaxacare again after putting it together because I needed some helps with understanding the functions of bluetooth and they stayed on the phone and walked me through it. I am overall very happy I bought from this company because they helped me a lot especially since this was a huge purchase for me. I would highly reccomend contacting them if you have any questions or are interested in a sauna yourself, they know a lot about the products but also the different types of saunas, I tried doing my research online prior but online is very confusing.

Absolutely the worst decision of my online career. Paid, zero response on delivery and when I went to contest the purchase they offered free upgrade. Zero customer service and plenty of excuses. I would have given zero if possible, 60 days later still no resolution. Run away

Bought a new MC-2500. It didn't quite fit me correctly. Jason agreed to deliver me a new MC-1500 (which fits me great) and pickup the MC-2500 (which saved me from having to pay to return it) and included a new Costway rowing machine to offset the cost difference between the two models of massage chairs.His communication, professionalism and product knowledge was great too.

Bought an Alberta Great Lakes hot tub from Jason and the team at Relaxacare. Jason and his team are a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. On the day of the scheduled delivery, there was a small delay. Ashley contacted us to let us know the team was running about an hour behind which allowed us to let our electrician know. The team showed up, delivered the tub and within 4 hours from delivery/electrical hook up we had it filled. Thank you to the whole team at Relaxacare!
