Is reincubate.com Legit?

I purchased Reincubate's iPhone backup extractor in the hope of doing something that, as it turns out, it isn't designed to do. Feeling a bit silly, I emailed them in the hope of a refund. Amazingly, they replied on the same day and gave me the refund, no questions asked. Although I don't need the functions that the backup extractor provides for the time being, if I come to need them in future I will be so glad to give my custom to Reincubate.

On 25th March 2024, the Company charged my credit card without consent which I have never subscribed to the service in the first place.On 27th March 2024, the Company reversed the charge.The charging and the reverse charge were all done without my knowledge or consent as I realized on 31 March 2024 after checking my credit card statement.Hence I wonder how the company realized the Fraud after 2 days and they did reverse charge? Totally unacceptable.Because of this I need to cancel my credit card and file a dispute form with my Banks.

The application is fantastic except:* Licenses are per computer, not per person. I have two computers that I use for separate tasks. Other programs I use are smart enough to know its all the same user. * Everytime I update to a new version my settings are blown away. Pretty easy to reset but its annoying.

Its a good quality piece of software, however I have a few issues.I paid for the full version yet I still have a watermark.I've had instances where it has randomly changed rotation without any input.I'd like to be able to use my front phone camera rather than always the one at the back of the phone.The watermark issue is the one that most urgently needs addressing as I paid to get rid of watermarks.

When I've tried to use my iPhone 12 today, the experience was terrible: the video was very laggy (the delay raised and raised and raised, reaching over a minute!). The weird part is that the Camo view had a delay, but there was also significant additional delay in Google Meet. Ok, I decided to switch to a wired mode, only to find out that there is no such button or a switch, I had to restart both mobile and Windows apps and turn off radio on a phone to make sure the wireless connection isn't active. If it works in wired mode better I do not know, as my cable isn't in the best shape, but I'm not counting this to the rating of course.

I lost access to Clear Record app (and the hundreds of voice memos I needed), on my IPhone when it auto- updated. App no longer supported or available, so prevented me accessing it. Contacted the CEO of Reincubate, Hans, who amazingly replied with detailed instructions of how his software may be able to help (no promises). IPhone backup extractor DID help and I was able to recover all the data despite not having the app. Super grateful for Hans’s assistance and this great software tool that saved me! The team at Reincubate is STELLAR!! I had two inquiries at two different occasions and I got an almost instant response on both. I bought the iPhone backup extractor initially to activate the ECG and it worked its magic with no efforts! I reached the team out today asking about the Blood Oxygen app activation and learned they are also working on it and they will drop me an email when it's available! Amazing service! Amazing software!

I had become dependent on iDO Notepad on the iPad and it suddenly stopped working - not compatible with iOS any longer. No updates available, data not accessible, App would not open. I had all my internet passwords on there, journals from holidays in Antarctica, New Zealand etc, novels I had started writing, notes, communications. Disaster. Hans at Reincubate talked me through using iPhone Extractor and it recovered all the lost data. Can’t praise him and the company enough.

I came across this app just by searching on Google. So I though that this wouldn't be the best idea. However, when I gazed upon the website, I realized that it couldn't be a scam. With free edition, it gives everything for mobile camera streaming to PC broadcasting softwares. I definitely recommend this and hope they won't change the free plan.

After an iOS update to my iPad I found I could no longer access my ido notepad. I had been using this app to compile years of information and notes. I did some research and I found out the app was no longer available on the App Store. I downloaded the reincubate app and contacted the people there. They immediately responded to my emails and walked me through the retrieval of my data. The experience far surpassed my expectation. I thought my information was gone forever.

Everything worked and functioned great. I got a brand new iPhone and had a freezing issue and support got with me almost immediately to help reconcile my issue. They did this even though at the time I was still trialing the software and had not signed up for pro. I would say that's an incredibly good indicator of a company who stands by and supports their product. I have since purchased a pro license which was easy to activate, plus I shared this experience with another who purchased it and their experience has been the same.

Reincubate saved the day!!!!!!!! I recently got a new iphone and lost access to the iDo Notepad as the app is no longer available. Did some research to get issue resolved and came across Reincubate's iphone Backup Extractor. Hans Christian Hizon rocks!!!! Amazing customer service!!!!!!

I find it amazing that this tool could read and extract my iPhone backup file that iTunes read as being corrupt. I thought I had lost some of my most precious photos, videos and personal documents but this really saved the day and was able to recover all my data in original format too. Really easy to use on top of being quite quick at recovering the data.The support team was great too, they responded quickly to my queries and helped me activate the tool after I had encountered some problems initially.Couldn’t be happier with the product and service 🤩

After downloading a software update on my iPad I no longer had access to IDO Notepad which had almost 9 years of journaling. I thought it was lost until I found Reincubate and the iPhone Backup Extractor. Hans walked me through each step and I was able to recover my writings.
