A beautiful bouguet with a vase was delivered on the date promised, and the recipient was delighted. Several neighbours commented that thay had never seen such a gorgeous bouguet, and the recipient said the flowers were in prime condition without one petal or leaf wilted or out of place.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had! I was blessed in my life to be in a lot of countries and order flowers for my loved ones! I never expected this kind of experience when ordering flowers! The flowers where ment to be sent on the 16 and they where there 3 days later! They claim that this is not their fault because they send the flowers one day in advance from the supposed delivery day. But they know that DHL will be 3 days late! So to sum it up, the worst experience ever!
Ordered a beautiful bouquet for my very dear friend in Germany, and I live in Canada . The whole experience from beginning to end was so easy and I must say we were both extremely pleased with the wonderful service and the beautiful blooms. The flowers were very similar to the picture advertised and were extremely fresh as many of the blooms were just starting to open. Once more the delivery was exactly on time! DHL will not ring recipients if unable to make a delivery. They say this is to guard against fraud?Address was incorrect admittedly my mistake but phone number of recipient clearly on the address. The flowers are paid for so who is being defrauded. Name was in doorbell but still refused to leave on doorstop but instead have non mobile people traveling all over the local town. Need to improve your delivery process as DHL causing more problems than having your own delivery drivers.
The order was not delivered and after raising with their customer service they said that DHL didn’t deliver successfully to recipient (like that wasn’t already clear) and that the person could go to the depot and pick up themselves! The recipient was an 85 year old man who just lost his wife! I asked for a refund as this was not an acceptable conclusion and they have ignored me completely- never use this company.
misleaded me, ordered a rose bouquet 'rose icon' that online shows a ton of roses beautifully put, received 10 roses with more greens than the flowers itself, most of them were red, did not look like the photo and also I bought the large option for 47.50 euro plus vase and chocolate and paid over 70, and when i emailed them they agreed that what we received was a joke but I guess the next day they changed their mind and told me everything's ok here.

Don't use this service! Never ever. We used Regionflorist.de for sending flowers to a relative in the Hamburg region, since her husband sadly had passed away. We paid 50 euro with our card for a medium size bouquet. The flowers were sent out the 18th of May and arrived 7 (!) days later. All flowers were dead. We complained multiple times to the customer service at Regionflorist.deThey refused to give us our money back and opted for sending out a new bouquet. They flat out refused talking to us on the phone and refused giving us their number. It's just awful customer service. They sent out a new bouquet and "promised" express delivery. Again, the flowers arrived after 5 (!) days and half of the bouquet was already dead.Again, the refused us any compensation and it's was really embarressing for us to know that our grieving relative got dead flowers TWICE when her husband just passed away. She got very upset and it felt just horrible.After asking multiple times we finally got half of our money back. Horrible experince!
I wish it would be possible to upload pictures here as proof. I ordered the Jamila bouquet for a friend's birthday. On the website it was beautifully arranged and the website claims professionals arrange the flowers. When my friend send me the pic of what she got, I was horrified as it looked like someone bought half off fuel station flowers and threw in some branches they ripped of a bush without even making the effort of at least cutting the different flowers to a length that would make sense in this bouquet. I sent the picture to customer service the photo of what my friend got, and they just said the number and type of flowers would be correct. That's it. Edit after response from Regionsflorist: Thank you for confirming my point that customers do indeed only pay for amount and number of flowers that are on the photos, and apparently should not expect them to be arranged professionally (as in beautifully).

Terrible.My flowers weren't delivered because the transporter claims the name is not on the doorbell or the adress is not correct (quite a broad excuse). What is worst, they don't provide proof of it but ask you to provide proof of the contrary. You made me miss the 50th anniversary of my aunt simply because your transporter didn't stop to deliver the product (do you think people are so fool in these days? We all know the pressure delivery persons have and the amount of packages that are set on the side to fulfill all deliveries of the day). I bought a plant as a Christmas oresent for my mother who lives in Germany. She is elderly, doesn’t drive and barely speaks German. The courier they use- DHL- attempted delivery and didn’t find my mum at home. Instead of leaving the plant (with pot) at the DHL collection kiosk 5 meters away, they were so kind to bring the plant miles away to a depot for collection. I contacted the company several times, requesting to either attemp redelivery or issue a full refund as my mother won’t be able to make the long trip on public trasports carrying a big plant with pot! Their response was offering 50% discount in future purchase! If this isn’ t obtuse and careless, I don’t know what is. I am very angry and find their customer service simply appalling. Will never use again or recommend. Avoid!
I ordered a potted rose a day before my boyfriend's birthday and it was supposedly to be delivered on Feb 28. I noted to have the flowers delivered at 16:00 but it did not arrive on time (and as of writing, it has not arrived yet).
