I’ve had two cat portraits made, and they were adorably portrayed. I will continue to use this service as long as they are in business.

My daughter lost her dog in a sudden emergency, with no time to prepare. She was devasted so we got her dog in a regal costume. She cried and laughed simultaneously, but they now have that picture hung next to his urn. They will always remember him, and his attitude perfectly matched the picture.

Amazing product and top notch customer service. Definitely plan ahead for gifts - my first order came and was unfortunately the wrong print. However, quickly got in touch with owner on Instagram for a reprint and expedited shipping (also sent full proof for gift-giving purposes) and gave me a free second portrait altogether. In the course of what could’ve been a frustrating mishap, Regal Pawtraits earned all my respect for the five star service and hilarious product. Would recommend 10/10

I sent millions of emails to regal pawtraits asking for a status because i paid extra money to make sure my item arrives faster than others and it actually arrived very late! I still haven’t received a response from them directly and now Im being told from the business, after rating them bad here, that they never got my emails. This is why businesses should never cut employees and only offer an email address to customers thinking they are going to save money like that. Do not waste your money & go with a business that really cares about customer service.

I would definitely order again and would recommend Regal Pawtraits to anyone looking for a unique personal gift.I ordered a portrait of our family dog as a gift for my mom. Molly was a member of the family for 14 years, and being able to celebrate her in royal portrait style makes us smile every time we see it.Ordering was easy and the portrait looks great. It really looks like it belongs in a fine art museum, rather than on our wall.

Update: a couple days after I contacted my bank to cancel payment, I received my order. It's bizarre because the website says it's still processing. The piece itself is decent and looks just like the proof. Very disappointed in the lack of timeliness and responsiveness.I'm pretty sure this is a scam. I placed an order 2 weeks before Christmas and paid extra for rushed production. I quickly received and approved the proof. It has been "processing" for 3 weeks. I've reached out via Facebook, email, and their "contact us" form submission. I've received no response.

Updated review: We had a few technical issues that resulted in longer than usual response times but once we cleared that up, Sofia was nothing but professional and made sure to keep up with communication and that we received our order on time.Portrait was great and my inlaws really loved it and got a kick out of it. Thanks.

The customer service has been excellent. I reached out because initially there wasn’t a product for a male owner and a female pet, but they not only helped me get it ordered, but added it as an official product! They responded quickly, sent a preview of what the finished product would look like, and the product arrived quickly. It’s super high quality and I know my dad will love it.

Terrible service. Completely disappointed.Ordered on the 2nd of December to ensure I got my order in time for Christmas as it was a gift.When checking the tracking info after it didnt arrive, it stated that apparently delivery had been attempted. I can assure that no deliveries were attempted at my address.Emailed and confirmed they had correct address as requested, which they did.Never heard another thing.After around 7 emails chasing a response and also Facebook messages never heard a word!Absolute disgraceful. Stealing peoples hard earnt money.Devastated!

I ordered 2 portraits and they are lovely so much fun and wonderful gifts I will be giving one to my son and his wife tomorrow night can’t wait for their reaction. I will be ordering more for my other sons anniversaries

They sent the order to the wrong address, then the order was sent back to sender by the post office and I have emailed them countless times trying to get in touch with someone about getting the package. I have yet to receive a response or my portrait that I ordered. $150 for nothing. I had ordered from them before without any issues and unfortunately now I can never again. I hope this review reaches someone in their company so they can fix this issue and I’d be happy to delete this review if they did so. Until then I’m very upset about my experience.

I ordered a picture and then a digital so I could send it out with my Christmas greetings . I had so many compliments . Some friends thought we were in costumes . Such a fun way to be pictured with your pet (s) I absolutely loved the experience and highly recommend this company

I ordered a portrait for a co-worker who had to make the awful decision to put her dog down after years of companionship. I recalled a friend had done the same for his co-worker and thought it would be a wonderful commemorative gesture. I asked my co-worker to share some photos of her dog and The Regal Pawtraits Team was kind enough to look at them ahead of time to determine whether a portrait could be made. Due to the circumstances surrounding the commission of the portrait I was reluctant to ask my co-worker for feedback about it, but she recently offered that she loves it so much, has it prominently placed in her home, and that it brings her a sense of solace. Thank you so much to this team for that.
