I emailed Reebok the same day of placing an order to request a cancellation. The customer service representative provided me with a phone number to call. I only read the email the following day. I called the number and was told that order is already packaged and will be shipped.I opened the order today and noticed that the price was discounted quite possibly on the same day I received the order. purchased a pair of shoes a week ago online at Reebok.ca . Credit Card was charged right away, a week latter shoes have not shipped. Customer support has limited hours makes you leave a message and they never call you back. they are Open 9-5 eastern time so they close at 2PM on the West Coast, ridiculous. Two emails and just one very polite response they will look into it with no follow up.I wouldn't trust online purchases with them again.
They usually have good sales and the quality of items is great. The only issue I actually have with Reebok is returns. It literally takes them up to 30 days to refund you not 3-5 days like their website states. Although they ship quickly and I am usually happy with my purchase they make exchanges and refunds annoying. Most online retailers refund a lot faster.

I bought a pair of basketball shoes through Sport Chek. About 5 weeks after waring them, one of the loops that the laces passed through broke. I sent a warranty claim to Reebok, and a couple of days later they gave me a gift card to reebok.ca for what I paid. Terrific customer service.

“Unsatisfied with new zig dynamica STR women's shoes”

The last time I bought a pair of zig shoes was 10 years ago they were amazing, but with everyday wear and tear I needed a new pair. I bought the zig dynamica STR shoes. Omg was I ever upset got ready for my run on the treadmill, 20 minutes in my feet are going numb and sore. I don't no if they have to be broken into, but the last pair I bought I was able to run right away. I will never be buying shoes from Reebok ever again. Similar to some other people online, I got my order on a sale item (50% off) purchased online during the Black Friday Sale cancelled on me after a month of no communication from Reebok. I have placed my order on their website on Nov 26, paid for it in full and received confirmation email. After waiting for 3 weeks, I have emailed them twice and then called several times. Every time I was assured that my order is getting shipped to me "by the end of the week" and then nothing would happen. I have purchased 3 items online in June 2021. I returned 2 of them. Since, I have been waiting for the refund to be processed (almost 6 months now). “Failed runners”

I bought a pair of Reebok's 2 months ago(sparingly used)and got caught in a rainstorm with them on. They got thoroughly soaked, so I left them 2 days to dry out, After drying out, on my next walk the glue on the soles came half off& because I was still 1 mile from home & couldn't walk with the 1/2 soles flapping - I forced the other half of the soles off & walked home. Out of my last 5 orders. 3 wrong pairs have been sent in the wrong boxes. Zero quality control before shipping. Basically a cheap knockoff version of the American site. Crap releases. “Order shoes - received only the t-shirts, very deceiving”

Absolute fraud! They advertised a nice deal on shoes, so I bought a pair of them with a couple of t-shirt to complete the order and benefit of the free shipping. After few hours they sent me an e-mail saying that they will reimburse me the shoes. Here's the scenario: you spend over $100 on a pair of sneakers that wear out in the sole within five months. The rubber is bubbling and popping; water and rocks are working their way into the shoes, under the insoles. The company claims that they have a 2-year warranty on shoes, so you reach out to them for help, thinking this might be a dud pair. You submit a warranty claim, which goes unanswered for a month. You call them instead and are told the wait time is three hours. You try the chat function on their website, which says there are 14 people ahead of you... 18 hours later there are still 2 people ahead of you, and when it's finally your turn, it says there are no representatives available. You try contacting them via social media and are ignored. You write a negative review of the product and experience on their website and they reject your review. "Here's a link to our review guidelines," they say. The link leads to the homepage. Finally, you take your pair of shoes and throw them in the garbage, where they were likely designed to go in the first place, with the intention that you would buy a new pair very soon afterwards. Garbage product that gives pain and no comfort. I had wore first time and gave me wounds in my both feet. I had to cut front open in $160 shoes.

My experience with Reebok was awful. I bought a $160 pair of shoes, discounted from $300.00. Had to return them after just 10 wears as the soles bubbled out/holes in soles, and the front seams were coming undone. I contacted warranty and they supposedly sent me an email to respond to about my shoes, yet no email came in. They had to give me another case number. After the new case number i finally sent the pictures and description of the shoes. Heard nothing. I then called customer service and they said that they havent received the claim. They then reissued me another claim number and asked if i could provide them with another email address... and i said no. And what i looks like is that the email was already attached to my previous claim number, basically meaning that they did receive the claim but just didnt care. So after creating a few claim numbers bc they just didnt want to send me warranty I finally received my voucher to use on their site. Well the darn voucher was not valid... so now i am still getting the run around about this voucher. After 8 months of hell i finally reached out to visa and they solved the problem. During all the times that I have spoken with customer service it was just a joke. The lying and the complete ignorance and lack of care for the customer. It didnt matter how kind you were to them. The last person that I spoke to just decided to leave the online chat saying that she had resolved my requests when she blatantly did not. I told her that 8 months of waiting for a voucher with them constantly giving me a new voucher code that did not exist was not resolving my issue. Please do not buy from them, unless you are certain that their product holds up and you would not have to ever get in touch with the customer service

I ordered from Rebook.ca not to long ago as they were having a ridiculous sale and I managed to snag shoes that were normally $110 for $35! Normally I would never think to shop at Rebook. As a matter of fact, I've only ever purchased Rebook items through other retailers or from their stores and I didn't love the quality of their clothing, but I decided to give them another chance. I ordered the Club C 85 sneakers and a couple of clothing items. I was shocked to receive an email the next day saying my order had shipped because I didn't read any reviews prior to pushing the "Place Order" button but I did read them after and I can't tell you how nervous I was! The reviews are soooo bad lol. So I got my items and while I'm happy everything went well with shipping, I'm pretty much reselling everything I purchased. The clothing items were ok. I found the quality of their leggings to not be awesome and a sports bra I bought was HUGE. Their sizing is weird. The shoes are also not that high quality so I'm happy I got them for $35 because to be real, I would never spend over $40 for their sneakers. The quality just isn't there. I decided I'd keep a T-shirt I got from them to work out in but that's it. I'm giving them 4/5 stars simply because I'm impressed with how fast they shipped and I received my items, aside from that, their quality is nothing to be gushing over. Also, their Canadian website has so many flaws. It hasn't been updated since 2019 and their customer service has terrible grammar, which I don't blame the person for but you just can't have someone working for you that cannot type basic English in an email. It's just not a good look. I won't be purchasing from the website again as I think Rebook's clothing/shoe quality is not good. Tip for consumers:Be careful. I sent an email inquiring about my item. NO RESPONSE. I called and was PUT ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES! Spoke with a customer service representatives and was told my item would be reshipped and I would receive a new tracking number by email. NO EMAIL, NO PARCEL, NO RESPONSE to second email inquiry.
