“Horrible conditions”

I will never use thus app again. They cost me and extra $120 over what my hotel would have cost. It said it was going to be $ 168 with taxes and fees included. Well inwas charged $249 + an additional $20 when I checked in. The hotel was nasty. The blanket were stained badly just so much was wrong with this room. I stayed at a Red Roof Inn in Fort Pierce FL. If I had the money I would have went somewhere else. I had no way to fund another hotel room. The manager there said there was nothing they could do they were booked full. When I complained to hopper they contacted the manager and they said I never said anything. Which is completely wrong. I'm glad I had brought my only bedding and towels with me. Will not be going back to that location ever again. Or using hopper. Complete rip off both of them. They added charges to my bill. That I never seen or approved then refused to refund them. This whole experience was horrible and the worst i have ever been thru. “Horrible management”

I stayed at the Red Roof in for 3 nights Friday, Saturday and Sunday that just passed. Not happy first the bottom of door was broken so I put a towel down making sure no bugs etc came in after killing a bee. Then I had to be up at 6am for work Monday. 11 something pm there's SO much commotion Upstairs after 20 minutes I open my Door and all I smell is weed and group of young kids playing music partying. I called the desk numerous times no answer. I then sent a Facebook message and it was checked and no response. Then finally get some where and file with BBB and management tried to say the employee didn't answer the phone because they were out dealing with the problem lol yet I didn't see an employee or hear one and this went on for awhile so it's a lie. I would have been happy with a refund but they just lie and trying to justify things that's there's no justifying. Not to mention the comforter is gross and has holes. I also have a video of the noise etc.

“Nasty”

We stayed at the red roof on cool road in Biloxi Mississippi. It's was filthy, the sheets had stains, the bed already had 3 cigarette burns in it was to be a non smoking room. Left two small paper thin bath towels and one wash cloth for two people. Tip for consumers:Yes, the bathroom sink light fixture was hang over the sink by just the electrical cord. Value Quality

“The Red roof inn Vero Beach, Florida...Yikes”

Definitely not a place to bring your family. The drug dealing, prostitutes and rude front desk was enough for me. You couldn't pay me to come back. I do not recommend this place at all. Also, I booked this on the internet meaning they have my card on file. Why is it I still had to leave a $50 deposit that takes 3 days to get back?

“Will Never Use Red Roof again”

Front desk called upset about towels being dirty. Parking lot is black top which causes black dirt to transfer to floors when traveling inside and out. Maid service does not want to do their jobs and fuss daily about doing their jobs. Maids have fussed daily about every room and cleaning them. They stand outside the rooms and fuss about everything. They yell outside the rooms over cleaning. Which is their jobs. They also leave the breakfast area completely nasty every morning. They do not clean it until breakfast is over. Personally we clean our room, sweep, etc. Not maid service. I do NOT recommend staying here period since the employees have such a hard time doing a job they are paid to do. Tip for consumers:I do not recommend this hotel as the employees don't wanna do their jobs. Products used:Towels, bed sheets. Front desk called being ugly about dirty towels due to shoes being dirty from black top parking lot. Service Value Quality

“Decent rooms-some employees angry/defensive.”

I stayed at the Council Bluffs location a few times. The rooms are very affordable & clean. It is fun to bring your pet too. I did notice on my 2nd stay there was a lot of pot & cigarette smoke on the no smoking floor. I also noticed a heavy odor of a product that is used to cover up pot smoke. I mentioned it to a few employees & had documents I printed stating this product was harmful/deadly to animals & children. It could also harm a pregnant woman/fetus or cause miscarriage. I noticed a housekeeper there who was pregnant & I have a pet as well as many guests too. I was trying to advocate for them and myself to prevent any incidents. My intentions were apparently mistaken as rediculous & grumpy & my papers were not read. Some employees seemed to become angry/defensive & the problem got worse. I went home & had to travel to this area again. I thought I would give it another try. I felt unwelcome & had the same issues. I returned home with some interesting things on my surveillance equipment in my room even with a do not disturb sign on my door. If you don't have a pet, no heart/asthma conditions, aren't pregnant then I would recommend this place if you don't mind the smell of cigarette/& pot smoke.

“Getto Hotel”

I travel from NJ to Macon Georgia, I booked a stay at the Red Roof 2620 Riverside Dr Macon Georgia, when I got there it was 2:15, I asked if I could check in early and the manager woman at the front desk said I was not allowed to check In before 3:00 pm, I asked if they could refund my money and all hell broke loose, she said they were not gonna refund my money and then she called and African American thug to intimidate me. I noticed from the beginning that things did not look right with this place, from the worker hanging in front and around the building it reminded me of low income public housing. When I was leaving I seen a trick talking to her John and she appeared to be all skittish from drugs. I asked to speak to someone higher up and the manager said he was on vacation out of the country. I asked for his contact info so I could request a refund, she gave me Mr Patels business card, I left a review and or sent an email, Mr zoatel apologized and assured me he would work on getting to the bottom of this and welcomed me back to stay at this dive of a Hotel, but never addressed my refund concern. I did not stay there, I was driving a $30,000.00 truck with a trailer and felt threatened to leave my vehicle in a lot over night at this dump. Please do yourself a BIG Dold and stay far far away from this place. Tip for consumers:That it is a Ghetto Hotel run by Thugs and low life’s. Products used:Never stayed
