All-In-One computer purchased was very good value and arrived in good condition, but...The stand supplied was not as pictured online, and is clearly not suitable for the computer I purchased - it attaches OK, but the design limits the usability of the machine.They say they didn't receive the 2 messages I sent them via their website, but after posting my initial review here they did get in touch and attempt to resolve the issue.I'm still not overly happy that their pictures online didn't match what I was sent, but it was a cheap, good quality second-hand machine and I can't fault the value.

Quick delivery of product that is clean and well presented with pre-installed software to handle Word and Spreadsheets as well as Audio.Your laptops have obviously been thoroughly tested as my first purchase (over 7 years ago) is still going strong.I would recommend your computers to anyone, as I have recently purchased 3 more for family and friends.

I bought a desktop computer setup, which was as described and came quickly. I was able to set it up with no problems, except that it didn't have a wifi adaptor. I called up recompute and they helpfully sent one out to me that day, for a reasonable price. Would recommend this business.

I have always had great service from recompute, I am on my 3rd reconditioned computer and the last one gave almost 7 years service. I received my new in a very timely manner, however, the computer tech could not download my files via One Drive. There seemed to be a problem with the One Drive program, it appears it was out outdated.

The laptop arrived earlier than the estimated delivery. I also bought two Dell monitors plus the docking station from Recompute, on an earlier purchase. The setup helps with me working from home. The only thing I changed with the laptop was purchasing a 1TB M2 SSD. I will continue to by from Recompute and I have been passing on Recomputes details to work colleagues and family

I am always sceptical buying secondhand online, but I was very impressed with Recompute. I quickly received an email confirming my purchase as well as information as to when I would receive my goods. True to their word my package arrived in time and in perfect condition. My item is in great working order. Would definitely use Recompute again and would highly recommend.

Recompute are an 'old world' master class in business products and importantly, communication. I have purchased a Work Station desktop and laptop from these guys. It was a significant outlay but any other option would mean I have no technology simple as that. They will be my go to from now on. I trust them. Peter

The PC is great and arrived very promptly. My ONLY complaint is bloody Windows 11! God, I wish Microsoft would leave things alone, stop demanding we continually 'UPGRADE' to packages which are harder to use as often as not, waste my time having to learn and more often than not demand continuous upgrades because they are vulnerable or have bugs! Moreover, bloody One-Drive demands MY CLIENTS login or create accounts to access MY DATA they need toe valuate whether to buy or not! None of this has anything to do with Recompute's service, but I need to vent my frustrations with Microsoft somewhere .....

Fantastic experience. I don't like buying online, and I did alot of research looking for the best deals. These guys aren't just a webpage and they provided carefree service was 3 days before the computer turned up the monitor arrived the next and it's been a better deal than I hoped for.

Very good experience. The machine that I bought from recompute works well so far. There was an incident where I cannot start my machine then I made a call, and recompute's staff helped me to find the problem. Well done!

I purchased a refurbished Dell Latitude Laptop that is like new. Came with a 12 month warranty (class leading) This business is very professional and has top products. Communication was top class.
