Is recoilgunworks.com Legit?

Best prepared shipment of ammunition I have received in the past 40 years.Their ammo pricing is unbeatable. I was a bit concerned been my first time ordering from RG. However, even do their automatic order notification system needs some improvement. All the items ordered arrive at a reasonable time, and when I contacted them directly regarding shipment they responded in time.

Can’t get hold of anyone, it’s been 9 days and my order is still processing. By the end of the day if there is no response I will report a fraudulent refund

I can't get a hold of anyone and ordered guns over a week ago but never shipped. I have sent emails and called and nobody replies. I have never experienced this buying from an online dealer!I guess I'll call my credit card company to get a refund.

By far, Recoil had the best price on the firearm I purchased, locally and online. Believe me, I searched around a good bit. Good communication through email and customer service. Ordered a case of 200 rounds Federal Gold Medal Match 308 Win168gr, quick email customer service and delivery under a week at really nice price. Great UPS tracking. Averaged 26$ a box of 20. Much better than other sites I've ordered from.

I ordered my pistol online on Saturday night and picked it up at my FFL on Thursday morning. Recoil's price was $40 less than all other shops I checked out (including the one I buy most of my guns from) and they also gave me free shipping. I will be doing more business with these guys again soon in the future.

Excellent sales and service. At a time when firearms and ammo are at a premium, this company has not fallen into "price-gouging" where so many others have. Prices are up every where, but Recoil Gunworks keeps their prices as reasonable as possible.

Everything arrived as described. The shipping was like Jimmy Johns FREAKY FAST! ordered a pistol Thursday, it arrived in rural Colorado Monday. Took other more well known places almost two weeks.

One month sense my order of almost $400 worth of shotgun ammo. Oder status still reads as "processing" on website. I've received nothing in the mail, nor have I been able to get in touch with anyone. I've sent two messages through their website and sent an email to one of the staff members listed as contacts on the website. I do not trust this business at this point.Revision: A rep. got back with me, apologized, explained the situation and refunded me within reasonable time. The situation pit a glitch in my tactical training schedule, AND I appreciate their efforts and attention. About to give them another shot.

I’ve used Recoil exclusively now for years and figured it’s time to review. Ive made countless ammo purchases with Recoil over the last many years and am happy every time I do. Well packaged ammunition; can't say the same for the big dogs at times.I was skeptical. Historical reviews (now realizing most from 2021 due to transition "About Us". But even through that I perceived earnest commitment and somewhat unreasonable customers.

Send me a 30rd box of ammo instead of a 600rd box of ammo. I have reached out to them via website, email, and phone and still no response after 1 month.Edit: revising to 3 stars: After several unanswered phone calls and emails (using contact info on the invoice), I finally got a response and a refund has been issued for the missing ammo. They made things right and were apologetic and I may be willing to give them another chance at my business in the future.

Fast shipping. Took about 5 days from order date. The Glock 17 (used from Morgan County Indiana Sheriff's Department) I purchased was priced well below what I would have paid for a new gun. Came with AmeriGlo night sights. One magazine. No backstraps. It was in BETTER shape than I anticipated. This is a great company.

I don't think the customer service was there at all.. says makes it easy to purchase online, but actually the opposite. Quick to point the finger instead of getting all the info. I will purchase local and skip the rudeness. Hardly worth 30 bucks savings to be given run around..

Wow. Although these Glock 23 magazines were sold as "used", they appear bramd new and like they've never been loaded with any rounds. I highly recommend getting as many as you need or want before they're gone. Absolutely great service & quick shipping.
