Stay away from this website unless you want a doll that looks nothing like what you ordered and was probably made is some sweat shop. I am now something like 15 emails into my complaint and it’s gaslighting BS followed by incremental offers of compensation. I just want my money back. Do you research.

Horrible, just horrible. I ordered four different dolls and received four dolls that are exactly the same. I tried to call the number over and over again and a recording says phone support is currently undergoing maintenance. These are suppose to be Christmas Gifts. I will be contacting the Attorney Generals office. How are such horrible people able to sale in the USA. ordered 3 realistic looking new borns...yeah right they arrived 3 months later and it's absolutely nothing like the dolls they showed in the pics, one is all plastic including clothes at least it looks a bit like a doll but not even my dog likes it! the other 2 came stark naked, they look like gremlins! went to my orders and tried to get the original pics out but they deleted it! i'm absolutely disgusted!

Would zero score if possible , avatar doll arrived damaged as doll box is only put inside plastic envelope , so was completely crushed even had to pop doll head back into shape .Then noticed they had sent wrong Avatar , contacted them , told them it was a present , but all they offer you is a partial refund of 10% . I ordered a silicone doll from panikia.com through PayPal. They got my money but I never received a confirmation email and never heard from them again even after sending continuous emails.
