Is rebelger.com Legit?

I bought two rings three years ago and recently a ring and a necklace. The first are still like the first day and I know the recent ones I got will be the same.They are the best of the best at what they do, the products are amazing, long lasting and have character. The CEO Gary is very helpful and instructive.

I ordered a ring and necklace internationally and it did take a while to come so I reached out to customer service and they were super helpful! The resent the items and I got them in time for Christmas! The quality is amazing, as well as the care and packaging of the products. I did have to unfortunately exchange sizes for the ring so I’m actively waiting for that to arrive 😭 Asides from postage delays, I do really enjoy the company and products on the whole!

Selection and quality is great. All items are exactly what is pictured if not better. Know your proper rings sizes is a must. Customer service is excellent. Great place to buy cool stuff! I get compliments all the time.

When my order arrived, i absolutely loved it. Quality is amazing and the packaging is stunning.The ring was too big. I contacted the company to start the exchange process and they responded quickly and kept me updated along the way. I was helped by Gary.Definitely will be a return customer.

TLDR: Fast delivery, beautiful and solid ring, great fast customer service.I live in the UK and bought my first ring ever from this company. It took a week to arrive and came in a nice small box in perfect condition. As it was my first ring I bought a size too high and contacted the owner, Gary, about getting a replacement. He was quick to respond and gave me the option to get a smaller size for half price as shipping it back would be similar price if not more expensive. The new ring arrived in a week also and fits perfectly. I have had it for roughly a month now, the quality is solid and I've accidently hit it on my desk and table a couple of times but signs of damage. Would recommend if you want a solid statement piece.

Customer service, you are treated as a person not a sale.

Drop shipped products. I wouldn't bother buying anything off this website. Literally just marked up rings that are available for sale on Ali Express (Some are listed for under $2, marked up to 40USD on rebelger). Shipping takes about the same amount of time too. Why bother with this scammy website?

Bit of a scam really. When you see what price the rings are advertised for on their website, and then you realise that the rings are actually only worth $2 each when you look on the Customers Declaration from the seller on the parcel; which is actually China.Seriously, don't bother with this scam artist. Buy direct from the seller, on websites such as Ali Express. Like a previous reviewer has said.The exact same rings I originally ordered from RebelGer are on there too, for a small fraction of the price.All you paying for really is the RebelGer presentation box that they come in.

I like the product and the customer service given was stellar. Although there was some challenges with my original ring order, the level of customer service was outstanding. Eventhough I did not get the ring I initially wanted, the team worked with me and allowed me to get a pretty good 2nd choice.

I ordered some rings from Rebelger. I had hoped to receive them before I left on vacation.. .unfortunately the deadline was tight. After all, it was MY fault for not checking the delivery date. I emailed Gary to see if anything could be arranged. Unfortunately because of covid I didn't get them in time. However, Gary was such a pleasure to da with. He always responded quickly. I was thrilled when I got home from vacation and opened my package. It arrived exactly when Gary said it would, my order of several items was spot on accurate and I'm still excited about the quality. I will Def be ordering more in the future. The product was exactly what I was looking for...and it was extremely refreshing to deal with Gary....a guy who stands behind his company and provides exceptional customer service.
