We had to say goodbye to our beautiful girl earlier than expected. She was a huge part of our life for 13 years. We weren’t comfortable keeping her ashes, but with this portrait we can have her in our home and remember and love her every day

NEVER RECEIVED ANY ITEM after they OVERCHARGED ME. I completed the form to place an order and then they charged me $30 over what the form stated. When I contacted them, they told me they could not find an order with the information I provided, including my name, email and the actual confirmation number they gave me! THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY. I could not get any further information from them and had to contest the charge on my credit card.

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I made my purchase. Poorest quality I have ever seen, and the picture looked like something out of a coloring book. The picture I received had the dog in brown and white, but my dog was gray. I wanted something to memorialize her, but I got something that is just going to end up on the landfill. I should have just thrown my money away, as it would have taken up less space there. After contacting the company with their strict return/refund policy, I got a simple "Sorry to hear that. Some errors in customized portraits are unavoidable. Thank you for understanding." Well, I don't understand how a company could act like they will make a product of your animal, yet send you something that looks like a dog that you see on a standard coloring book. What a joke this company is, and it proved to be one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Do your self a favor, and scroll past this one. You will save yourself time and money.

Quality of print on canvas looks NOTHING like what was advertised. Blurry and pixilated. Assembly of the damn thing was a nightmare and the double sided tape doesn't even stick to the canvas! I have to go get staples and make it look even worse. They did get our fur baby correct tho. also did not take 8-12 days as they say more like 3 weeks

I have purchased a canvas art in the past and it was amazing how perfectly well the pet and painting was done. This time I used real canvas farm for my canvas and I received a picture of an animal that looks absolutely nothing like the photo I shared with them. I asked them to redo it twice with the correct image and they refuse. They clearly mixed up the photo I sent them with someone else’s pet. They offer 20 % discount based on my dissatisfaction .. wish I had read the reviews first and found a reputable local company. This ships from Shanghai and took about 3 weeks

Customer service was horrible. I received copies of 3 different dogs with the same background. Almost no background shown and the quality of image was faded. Cheap material and they didn’t give me any option of making it better or return. No effort to make it better. Horrible service. Do a canvas at the pharmacy or Shutterfly that you’ll get a better quality and lower price.

My two canvases arrived and look beautiful and just like my dogs, captured their character perfectly. Tracking information was accurate and I'm happy with the product.

Extremely disappointed in Real Canvas Farm. The end product I received was hastily made & looked nothing like the picture of my St. Bernard - Beasley that I sent them. The quality of the material they used was very cheap. I wished I had read the reviews posted on Trustpilot before placing my order. I'm hope with PayPal's help I may be able to recover my $$$.

I had my 15 year old mastiff & my 12 year old, 3-legged chihuahua in a photo that I sent. Waited weeks and in the meantime, my mastiff passed. Then the canvas arrived, it was self assembled & cheap material. The dog representing my mastiff was a yellow lab and the 3-legged chihuahua was what looks like a fox. I’d happily give them zero stars if that was possible. I thought the piece would be a memorial to my beloved fur babies; however, it’s just a mockery.

The idea is brilliant (pet paintings from photo), but the application is terrible. My nephew’s white Jack Russell dog just died and I wanted to gift him a painting as a memorial. I uploaded multiple photos of his dog & selected a background. What I got was an image of a long-hair white terrier (not even close), however, the background was correct. No quality control or Scam.

Thankfully, they used the picture I sent and did not return clip art; however, the canvas was crooked, the cheap wood they adhered the canvas too was flimsy and there was so much extra adhesive on the wood not covered by the canvas I couldn’t release it from my hand! They didn’t cover the wood with the canvas, it was just thrown together. Very poor quality! I do not recommend especially for the money.

Actually they don't deserve any stars. The picture they sent me isn't even my dog. I complained, got no response $62 for a piece of crap. Another Facebook BS company.

The product is poor in quality- I’m told the items are hand made and that’s the reason the canvas is “floppy” and loose. Not the fault of the seller but the postman delivered to an are of my home where it sat in the rain- so between the terrible product and then getting wet - this company would not refund and didn’t offer to “redo”. Said it clearly stated NO REFUNDS in their policy- The picture I selected was abstract and it looks nothing like my dog- DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I received a canvas on a broken frame. There was no evidence of damage to the packaging, so it appears the corner brace broke because it is made of cardboard. The company will not replace the canvas because of expensive shipping costs. They offered a partial refund which has not been received and now they’re claiming I canceled my PayPal payment. I did not, but I will. Do not purchase anything from this company!

It’s a scam. I only realised after I had already ordered that the pictures they use for advertising had been stolen from another business’ website. Product has never arrived and I don’t expect it will- the email address, business name, domain name and PayPal ID are all completely different. Am currently chasing refund through PayPal.

Complete SCAM!!! They don't return emails, and after a month I received an AI cartoon of my pet, which looks nothing like the photo provided. When I asked for a revision, I was told they don't offer such a service even though their website clearly stated otherwise. I'm disputing the charge with my CC as this is most likely a shady business to collect deposits and not deliver on their customer orders.

The entire package was well packaged and protected with no damage or blemishes. The colors of the piece are vibrant, the detail is great, making my dog look even more adorable and lively. It has now become a highlight in my home decor.Overall, this shopping experience has exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and look forward to purchasing more high-quality artwork from here in the future. Thank you!

Absolutely ridiculous waste of money. Do NOT trust the reviews on their website. The flimsy, cheap material piece of crap they sent looks nothing like the image I sent. It doesn’t even really look like a dog. I’m torn between laughing and fighting for my money back. Think I’ll just give it to the dog to chew up. Avoid this place!

Proof looked nothing like my dog. I let them know immediately and then they stopped all communications. 19 days later I requested a refund and they responded with an auto reply. I am going thru my cc company. Mary Johnson was the recipient. She did not purchase. Don’t know how to change this.
