Melissa Van Dyke was wonderful as well as helpful. She was very easy to speak to and she addressed all our questions. Our selection was very easy once she directed us to our selection. However we did not intend to purchase an adjustable bed, but are really happy and took her advice. We only went to purchase a new mattress.
Pamela Walker was our sales consultant this past Saturday. My wife and I were specifically interested the purchase of a power lift reclining chair. At the entrance, Pam met us with a warm greeting and assisted with the front doors as we are both handicapped. The chairs are located in the back of the store and we were extremely impressed with the patience she exhibited walking by our sides, even at our slow pace. She was very knowledgeable and provided a description of each specific chair as I tried it out. If it wasn't for Pam, we may not have finalized a purchase. When the time comes in the near future for us to purchase more furniture to furnish our new co-op, we will insist on dealing only with Pam.
The salesman was wonderful upfront and honest. He was open-minded and willing to give suggestions. He listened to what we were looking for and even kept my grandson amused while walking through the showroom. He made our shopping experience with a little person very accommodating.
I ordered a bookcase online. Well simple quickly became complicated.Ana Mendez and the crew in shipping and delivery stepped in and helped correct the issue ( missing hardware on delivery ). The original bookcase was replaced and I have since ordered 3 more.Thank you all for such great service from everyone.
You have great furniture for very reasonable prices but what made the trip so good was the sales person, Laura Einhellig who was very personable and professional. She was also very patient with my questions and I ended up purchasing the sofa without going to other stores.
This store is fantastic..The selection of furniture was far beyond my expectation.Our sales person Richard D. was great! He took his time with us and didn’t push like most furniture sales people do.We were very happy with your service and will continue to be a customer going forward.
The saleswoman, Julie, and the lady behind the checkout desk were the best!! I would shop anytime where they worked. Julie was very knowledgeable and took her time to show my husband and myself whatever we wanted. I have to return a mattress and no problem in doing that either. I love when I buy there.
Great merchandise at great prices. John was our salesman. He was straightforward and down to earth. Answered our questions and gave us recommendations based on our needs. The warehouse staff were also spectacular. They wrapped our furniture to ensure our purchases made it home (1.5 hours away on a rainy day). Great experience again.

No pressure to buy. Erik was extremely helpful when we were ready to purchase our new sofa. The entire process took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. We were able to look around without constant interference and all of our questions were answered. We were able to configure our new sofa to our needs and the process was fast and easy. A wonderful experience.
Came in to look for a mattress and box spring which I ended up purchasing. But I would have liked to walk around first and see what’s available and then ask questions rather than having a salesperson stalk me and be right behind me.
Finding what I was looking for was easy, however, I am not pleased with the date of my product arriving changing AFTER I had already placed my order. That is not cool, especially when I have a certain date I need the furniture by and your initial date given met that need. Now the new date is very close to when I have to have it and if it gets delayed again, it will not be here on time. I could have gotten the order from someone else had I known this would be the case.

Not only professional but she went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met during the time I was there, but also the day after when she texted me in order to schedule the delivery. Our salesman, Jack Giter, was excellent- knowledgeable, knew how to steer us to the kind of sofa we were looking for, and courteous. The delivery is another story- you make it very hard to get the Certificate of Insurance that my apartment needs. First, you require that a from be filled out, with info that only our manger would have. Then, you will not send the COI until the day before the September delivery. We have two other deliveries coming a week earlier, and both vendors are happy to send COI's right away and without the paperwork you require. When you charge so much more for your furniture and then impose a large delivery fee (Ashley furniture deliveries are free!), I expect better service.
Our salesperson, Fred was so knowledgeable and guided us to the ideal adjustable bed platform, bed and dresser that are just right for us. We learned how an adjustable bed can improve overall health! Fred, you are a gem! Thank you so much for your kind assistance.
