Is raycom.co.uk Legit?

I recently ordered a pair of the new Everyday Earbuds Pro. They are average at best. They broke in less than 30 days. I had to ship them back, which took about 10 days to get credit for the return. They decide to charge me full price, an additional $43.00 for a new pair. This product and this company are a joke.

I am disappointed I couldn’t get any help from customer service. I ordered a microphone that costed me $400 but received an empty box and support couldn’t "help me any further", while being unprofessional. Around 2 weeks of mail exchanges for nothing. Nice prices, but receiving the item would have been better. I won’t order again.

Thanks again for the fast shipping to Germany. I bought a 3dio XLR microphone, which was shipped to Germany insanely fast. The priceof the mic was also very competitive. I am very satisfied with my order. I would order again any time. I can recommend this shop.

Having ordered a Zoom F8n with next day delivery I started recieving messages of thanks for ordering, followed by notifications about the transit of my order by DPD. I received a delivery timeslot from them which was not met. I shall not go too deeply into the saga but will say that if it wasn't for a neighbour who was also expecting a package I would never have received my Zoom F8n.The Zoom F8n receives 5stars. However Raycoms response when I informed them of what happened, and asked if they could get an adequate explanation of events from DPD leaves a bitter taste. Their response: ( I will address this issue with DPD and encourage them to consider a closer control on future shipments.Had shipping been charged we would of course reimburse the cost. Even though you were not charged we still would like to make a gesture in recognition of the problems experienced.Please enter the following code at checkout on any future purchase to receive a £10.00 discount, this will cover at least the shipping charge!)Customer Care should be changed to Cutsomer Appeasement!

Good purchase, pricey delivery! I was only given one option for delivery (a very expensive one) and I would have a preferred different options as I didn't need it instantly!

I was sceptical at first because Raycom was selling the items I wanted much cheaper than anywhere else. My doubts turned out to be unnecessary. Everything arrived the next day in perfect condition by a well known delivery company that gave me the option to collect at a local Sainsburys pick up point. (not everyone offers that convenience). Buying on the web site was easy. I needed to ask a question using the contact us page and I got a reply very shortly after. Faultless. I got a true bargain on top end professional equipment.

If you want the cheapest and cheerfullest there are several suppliers out there but if you want the absolute best solutions for your precious field recordings and the ultimate in service and back up. Absolutely fast processing of my order. And a wonderful solid coffee cup inside the parcel. Really nice. And good price for the ordered item (Zoom F8n). Thx a lot Raycom, Gonna use the new Zoom F8n for future live music recordings in Berlin´s dusty streets and on gigs.

Great product easy to use nice and small and light weight unlike other DSLR mics and it is powered from the camera. Performance is much better than the camera's own onboard mic and with the included 'deadcat' windscreen wind noise is minimised. I bought this so that I could use my Panasonic G7 with a Feiyu Tech a1000 gimbal. The set up works a treat. Finally, best price on the internet.

Great customer service, had contacted via the phone about an item that was out of stock, very friendly staff who quickly found out when the item would be available. Placed my order online and got a shipping notification on the day was told item would be available, item arrived the next day. Great and easy experience buying from Raycom.

The website stated an item was in-stock. I ordered it and it arrived the next day. I was informed about the delivery time by both the delivery company and Raycom. The item was new (as advertised), packaged carefully and in excellent condition. I don't think they could have done anything better.

Great service, will happily do business again. Placed an order for two DPA6060’s wired for 3pin Lemo, which they made up for me. The order arrived the following morning. I had contacted other suppliers for the same order but they all said 3-5 days...and they were more expensive. Thanks Raycom...I’ll be back for sure.

Very good service. The carry case for the device was missed from the order but when i pointed it out, it was sent immediately for next day delivery. Mistakes happen, it's how you handle them that matters and Raycom clearly understand service recovery.

First time buying from this company, but not the last for sure. Service was quick and staff replied to my messages in a timely matter.The product i bought had an issue with a power supply and battery door (through no fault of Raycom of course) but Raycom have contacted tech support of the manufacturer and I got the spare parts sent (which fixed it all).Top service, could not recommend more. Excellent Service from Raycom as Usual! Fast delivery on a New Pair of Betso Wideband Compact Antennas. Just used them on a job out in the Philippines for a history channel show involving filming in tropical Jungle and mountains with mixture of hot temperatures, high humidity, the aerials performed brilliantly with my Zaxcom radio mics and using a PSC multi SMA Distro, really like the mounts included with them perfect for the bag setup, highly recommend these attennas!
