rapyd.net Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives rapyd.net a medium-risk trust score on the platform: 66.9. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Known. Vetted. Low Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 66.9 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to rapyd.net's industry. The algorithm detected a slightly lower risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, noted in the Known. Vetted. Low Risk. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying vigilant and using common sense when engaging with this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning rapyd.net, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between rapyd.net and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of rapyd.net. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of rapyd.net, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. rapyd.net is likely a safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether rapyd.net has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether rapyd.net boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, rapyd.net.

i needed some guidance and had great technical phone support, thank you Bethany Wooton. Thank you also for your patience and support.
Graham was a great help setting up my new card machines .
Bethany was very helpful, friendly and patient in talking this technical luddite through how to set up my card terminal on WiFi following a house move.
Graeme provided all the information we required and acted professionally throughout.Over the last few days I have dealt with the help desk staff who have been extremely helpful and made the transition period seamless.
Simon and his team at the company was a great help in getting us set up to do business, no hassle always on hand good old fashioned service Well done to Patrick NWL Pub Co
Ordered second A920 pro card terminal with Graeme, from order to setting up within 3 days, very quick and efficient. Thank you so much Graeme.
After signing up and emailing their support back and forth to get things setup, it turns out a business apparently needs 2M USD minimum annual transaction volume and a 12m history. Why can this not be stated at the start before even bother with onboarding. Thanks Rapyd for wasting my time!
I've used Rapyd for many years to provide our card payment services - they are great to deal with, very quick to sort out any technical enquiries and haven't handed on any price increases in a long time (very unusual in the last few years!). Our account manager Kirsty is fantastic, really helpful and quick to offer any assistance needed. Highly recommend them for businesses looking to take away the hassle of organising your card machine payments.
Account stopped working, income transfers doesnt work, support emails are not true, they just not telling NO, but in reality this system doesnt work anymore,.
If I could give no stars at all I would!! I’d never even heard of this company until I tried to purchase something on Costco’s website last night. It directed me to a Rapyd payment company and since I’ve never shopped on Costco before, I didn’t think anything of it. Turns out, Costco has NO clue about my transaction at all and THIS COMPANY STOLE $59.39 from me under the guise of being affiliated with Costco. They may do some legitimate business with some of the consumers who purchase their services, BUT, their other way of keeping afloat is STEALING like a bunch of thugs! I’m a single mom and EVERY dollar counts for us..they don’t even care that I exist while they’re becoming millionaires off of thievery! Thanks for stepping on the little guys!
I use your virtual terminal and it is 100% reliable and so easy to use.Funds come across quickly and fees are very good. Then I have a lovely account manager called Kirsty Martin who checks in on me every two months to check everything is running smoothly and if I need any other help.I get constant phone calls and visits to the shop to change providers who promise this that and the other, and I tell them politely why would I swop when I have a 100% perfect service.
Their CSV exports do not include transfer destinations, or even descriptions.Their UI is horrendous. Click every single individual transaction to find out some sort of details.Good luck to you and your accountant, using this "platform" for more than 1 transaction per month is going to be a time killer. For the ridiculous monthly fee of 99 US$ you can get yourselves into a world of headaches. After telling them you want to close your account, they will start a survey, which if you ignore, will continue charging the monthly fee!!!I never thought something could get even worse than PayPal.
Scammers! There were fraudulent credit card transactions with a total value of over USD 6K. Rapyd's 2FA had not worked, yet still there were hundreds of small card transactions. After half a year of writing back and forth a meagre USD 1.6k were refunded, rather than all of the transactions voided. "Not our problem" was basically their answer.Avoid at all cost. Go with Statrys or another payment provider, but do NOT use Rapyd! Scammers! They will probably reply "sorry that our service wasn't up to par, but we're learning every time, etc. etc.", but ultimately they don't do anything. Thieves. Is there anyone else with a similar experience with Rapyd? Perhaps join forces and sue them?
We have been using Rapyd for a few years since their the only option we have in my country. This is by far the worst service and worst-managed company I have ever witnessed. They've made numerous mistakes and 1 and a half year later we are waiting for answers or resolution. Avoid at all costs because whatever your circumstances, Rapyd is not worth it. Delivering paper money by mail would be more efficient then to have to deal with them.
Dont ever ever ever use this conpany. Its one big huge scam. They dont reply to important emails. They inventing hidden fees, they stole our money after we terminate our account. Customer service is taking up to 2 weeks to reply. Dispursments is not working 1/3 of the times.DONT EVER use this frauds.Go to Stripe and get treated with dignity.
I CANNOT PAY ANYONE IN USA DENMARK SOUTH AFRICA BVI.THERE IS ALWAYS SOME ERROE MESSAGE.I CANNOT TOUCH MY MONEY, EVEN THEIR VIRTUAL CARD ISNT WORKING, WHICH MEANS MY MONEY IS UNACCESSIBLE AT ALL!SUPPORT DOESNT GIVE YOU MUCH SUPPORT.THEY STILL DEDUCT MY BANK CHARGE, I HAVE USD 9000.00+ IN TH ACCOUNT, IT IS LITERALLY ROBBED/ STOLEN BY THEM.TOTAL SCAM BANK!
Rapyd EU is an israhelli payment service provider that scams people with unauthorized account debits! Most likely to finance the ongoing genocide. To get your money back search for "monetary authority of singapore contact". Click on "GET STARTED" and choose "I want to report a suspected scam.". At some point you will come across a contact form. Good luck!
Impossible to get a hold of anyone to receive basic confirmations regarding account information and updates. All we need is an email confirmation of our balance at a certain date and I've been pushed around in circles for months speaking with Justin, Natalia, Praveen and others.Baffles me that a company can struggle so much with such a basic task.
Impossible to make a payout. Technical service takes for ever to reply and gives explanation of things tried already and the new fees of HK$99 ?! Ah yes plus my money that disappeared before the transition from NEAT $28,000!!!! How is that ?!! Almost three months somewhere but customer service hopeless ! Terrifying even. Manager is un efficient and refuses to give the physical address for my lawyer to bring a letter. If other customers had same experience please let me know ctandyou at gmail com, I am going to do a class action.
Terrible experiece. They bougth Neat that was working perfectly and then they started to randomly charge 99 USD per month. An account we don't even use. Without any email notification to tell you that. We found 5 months of stolen funds we never authorized to take, while not even using that terrible platform.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
