One star is far too much I purchased a dress which looked classy on the site but it turned out to me atrocious, the material is like horrible nightdress material, the size is too small and is altogether I am totally disgusted with the thing, I can’t even describe it as a dress. OMG! Why I didn’t find these reviews before I ordered? Terrible products! They are thieves on the open, stealing whatever they want! DO NoT fall in their trap!
Ordered a sweater, it was a long red one with a hood in the photo like an Elven type/medieval look. What arrived was a thin cotton clingy sweater that has a perfect square cut out the front with no real shape. The hood goes over my head like a swimming cap. I paid £40 ish with postage, don't think it's perfect but I will keep it. Nothing like the picture online though.
Absolute scam.Ordered two different Christmas jumpers. Recieved two, but two sizes smaller than what was ordered and both identical. Would just write it off and pass them on to a young relative, but the quality is absolutely abysmal.Email inbox is full, so any correspondence you send to them bounces back as undelivered, messaging on Facebook just gets you am automated message, yet they continue to post stuff on social media to scam more people.Absolute cheek when they then posted a "new" email address to say to contact it instead, only for the address to be incomplete and all computations of it are undeliverable as well.
Terrible customer service. They advertise free returns but then do not allow you to return for a refund. They give you a 25% credit after making you jump through hoops (i.e. send actual pictures). I have never written a review in my life but this company is garbage.
I ordered a sweater from Rakkiss. The article I received looked nothing like what was advertised online. In addition, the sweater had a stain on it. The Rakkiss website says "We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product", however Rakkiss refused to accept return of the product & merely offered a discount on my next order. My advice - avoid Rakkiss at all costs!
Placed an order and received no reply, inquired about it and was told they were waiting for more orders before sending it on to production. Requested a cancellation and refund on the spot and days later the reply was "Please don't cancel, best wishes" I continued my futile efforts to cancel and was ignored. 5 requests later, they shipped knowing they don't offer refunds or returns once shipped. Yet the tracking # is not good. I mentioned all this on their Facebook page and they are deleting my post. Major scam. They won't let you cancel. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Rakkiss website claims that they "stand by everything they make" with "Easy shipping, returns, and exchanges." This is far from the truth. After receiving an item that did not fit and the quality was less than expected, their customer service has been almost unresponsive. After two weeks of unanswered emails to their customer service, they finally responded with an offer for a 5% credit to use to buy something else "since they are an international trade".
I ordered from Rakkiss.com and never received my order. I got an order confirmation email, and weeks later a tracking number that weeks later is still "not found" and still no product delivered!!! Now I am fighting paypal for a refund. The only contact for rakkiss.com is service at rakkiss.com which sends an immediate email back as undeliverable. I'm so sick of being scammed! I'm just bored always shopping Amazon.

I placed a large order along time ago. Probably a month or so. I still have not received. I have contacted the company and got no answers or explanation. The tracking number provided dose not even work. Very very disappointing. If I do not receive soon will file complaint to credit card company.

WHY WHY WHY Didn't I read these reviews first. The absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered 3 "cashmere" jumpers that took ages to arrive. When they did they looked nothing like the pictures. They were a horrible fleece cheap material. I paid nearly £90 for these so not exactly cheap but I should have known better. Every time I try to contact them they block my email. I commented on their facebook page but they've removed my comments and stopped me from posting. TOTAL SCAM!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
THIS IS A SCAM AND NOT A REAL COMPANY. I ordered from this company. They claimed they couldn't deliver the package to address. They asked to fill in my address on different link. After they had my address they asked again. They won't refund my money seems like a hacker and not a real company. Do not purchase anything! They tried saying that my package was sitting at the post after I had notification for the package being undeliverable. I got the link to comapany site on facebook. The contact us link no longer works for me to get in touch with company.

The dress is really pretty & well made.I am a 2X in size...5'6" & 225lbs. With that in mind I ordered the largest size 5X. As in the past I have learned not to order my size, always go larger. Today I received my dress as 5X and found out that it fits more like an extra large maybe a 1X :`

I ordered from Rakkiss.com and had the absolute worst experience and received the worst product. It took about a month to receive anything and I sent two emails asking about my order before I finally got it. Their website can be deceiving!! This company is in China, but it says that nowhere on the website. They use pictures of white models in country clothing or by the ocean. I don't know where they get these photos from, but the clothes you receive are nothing like the items pictured and the sizing is way different than the size charts. Fake blurry reproductions placed onto cheap material like shirts. I wouldn't pay a $1.00 for a shirt like the ones I received. Then when you finally get the clothing and are so disappointed, there is email upon email correspondence getting the run around to try and return it. After digging up and taking pictures of 8 different items they require, all they want to do is give discounts to get more horrible products. They keep telling me that the shipping returns are paid for by the buyer and it's very expensive to send back to China. Oh, and even if you decide to send it back and they don't want to resell your items, then they won't refund the money. Total waste of 2 months time and I'm out all of my money. What a scam!!!

I purchased a swing set on sale for $98.99 on 6/25/22. I looked up the company and it was legit but my husband questioned about it because on our bank account it says Angel Mortga Alanta Ga for that amount. My daughter did some research found out that the company is lidgit but the website was not. Reviews showed SCAM
Part 2 of the first one Backyard Discovery Bristol Swing said 16 in stock get between June 29th-July 1st for $98.99 on sale. 30 days to return, money back guaranteed. Showed pictures, looked at reviews. But in bank statement said Angel Mortga Alanta Ga. Daughter found different site for them reviews were they didn't get all there parts, some broken. Others said, never got slides. It's been almost a month still have not received anything

l bought a Faliza mens sweater and they sent asian size too small US or CANADA sizes are 3XX for average size in Canada. according the their chart. l tried to get help to reorder and so far after 6 e-mails still no answer they don't want you to send it back to china and have a canadian co. they seem to deal with and they- still have not given me any help. I have decided not to reorder and just want refund. Rakiss seem to be a good co. l have my doubts but only want refund. It looks like l have to pay for returning sweater and would not deal with this co. again. very dissappointed with the whole experience.
