Our Pre Covid holiday with Rail Discoveries was wonderful but since then they have cancelled two holidays in a row so do not deserve one star. Furthermore having asked for our deposit of over £400 back so we can book with someone else we are still waiting after a fortnight. Have chased and their excuse is that they don't have the account details even though they originally stated they already had them so didn't need them again. Wreaked our holiday and are now impacting another one while gaining interest on money which is not theirs. We are not impressed
