Is radiatorsonline.com Legit?

Perfect size radiator for my needs as it was difficult to get the right one, good price and quick delivery too. Very pleased with this purchase.

What was great was that RadiatorsOnline advised me quickly of a delay to obtaining the product I ordered and offered option of refund or to wait for supply to come in. I opted in this case for refund and this was promptly processed. So unfortunately I did not obtain the product I wanted the service from RadiatorsOnline was very good.

Item ordered as stated on website as available and it would be delivered in 1-3 working days. When called up to ask when it would be delivered, I got told it's out of stock and not available. How long would have I been waiting for! Currently awaiting my refund. Not good if working to a tight deadline, also item still on website as available, so call up and check before ordering from this site.

Great customer service! There was an issue with the original item delivered directly from a third party supplier, but Radiators Online apologised, arranged for a replacement item to be delivered and the faulty item to be collected and returned. Easy to deal with, efficient, helpful and friendly service. Thank you!

Delivery driver rang when half an hour away and arrived within the allotted time slot.

The product arrived before I was expecting it, which was a nice surprise as we were going away. Therefore we didn’t need to make alternative arrangements.

Ordered a smart radiator thermostat after speaking to staff on the telephone who advised me.The ordering process is simple and hassle free, my order arrived the following day after updates on my delivery and arrived when it said it would.The quality is good and the price competitive. Will definitely order again they have a good range of products too!

Bathroom radiator arrived well packed, on date given.Unfortunately, some damage on different areas, which looked like it was done at the factory on assembly.After a phone call and an e-mail with a few pics to show the damage, a new one was sent out, arriving two days later. New radiator in perfect condition. Great customer service. Thoroughly recommend them.

There were a number of issues with the payment and ordering process, but the team work hard to resolved this and make sure the next day delivery was achieve.

Bought a product online and soon after received notification that it should never have been able to have been sold as it was not in stock. Refund promised. 2 weeks later and no refund. No response from second mail to customer service. Very poor.

Ordered on a Sunday was delivered Tuesday, website didn’t give the option for speedy delivery so was a bit worried it wouldn’t arrive while my bathroom fitters were here, but I shouldn’t have panicked. It was a last minute thought while bathroom was getting fitted to add a Towelrads smart thermostat element and it’s fabulous, no more damp towels in the summer when the heating isn’t on. Excellent service

Really impressed with my towel radiator, it exceeded my expectations, looks really good and was exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was next day as advertised. Slight issue I did not get any tracking info on my order but it was quickly resolved through email. Would recommend this retailer 100%

Really good service from start to finish. Website is easy to navigate, and the radiators are reasonably priced. I made a mistake with the size of the rad, so I contacted RadiatorsOnline by phone and spoke with Sarah who was lovely! She amended the order and issued a refund straight away for the price difference. Delivery was straightforward with no problems. I recommend RadiatorsOnline, and I will be purchasing from them again at some point.
