Really good straight forward till it came to the payment at the end it wouldn’t go through for at least 20 minutes screen just went dark on my iPad had to try at least 6 times to finely pay it

When I made a claim for roof damage , their claim assessor came quickly and the repair work was carried out to my satisfaction

It was simple to make changes and renew my home insurance online with Quotemehappy. The premium was also very reasonable.

Fairly easy to navigate website, very competitive renewal quote.I dont see how anyone should give 5 stars unless they have been through a claims process.For this reason only its 3 stars from me

After the November 24 storm I found my roof leaking badly. so made a claim for storm damage. An assessor came and said it wasnt damage but wear and tear so I had to pay for repairs, and QMH didnt have to pay out. But when my renewal came they showed I had made a claim for £1600. And put up my premium by 25%. I contacted customer services (by email because they dont have a phone contact) asking QMH if they would requote my renewal price since my claim was not met, but they didnt even give me the courtesy of a reply. Another example of an insurance company happy to take your money but falling short in customer service.I have decided to renew as I am familiar with the policy but have done so out of conveneience not with the feel good factor. ( because I dont want the hassle of switching to a new insurer)

Renewal of policy easy, but one can only rate an insurance company when a claim is dealt with. Fortunately, I have never made use of this facility over some sixty years. I have been with this company for five years and they have quoted a competitive price and dealt efficiently with collecting my annual premium - and give the cover I require. I suspect most people think premiums are expensive unless they have to make a large claim!

Had the renewal quote I was quite impressed given it was considerably less than last year until I noticed the excess had been increased and accidental cover removed! Underhanded and not transparent. Sadly this is the way of things with all insurance companies these days, greedy. I haven't claimed for about 20 years or so, so I resent having to pay more each year. I have renewed purely as I left it too late to shop around but I will not make that mistake again.

I’ve been with quote me happy for home insurance and car insurance for several years now the website is easy to navigate and you can change details without incurring big charges unlike other companies. The only reason I’ve dropped them one star is because when I did need to get hold of them as it’s an online service it was a bit of a nightmare but I’ll put that down to just bad luck on the day

Good building and contents insurance policy at a good price

This experience has been really appalling. I got to the final page and then booted back to the start about a dozen times. It was absolutely infuriating. I finally got there in the end, but not before my previous policy lapsing and me having no home insurance for a day. Not good.

I was looking around for car insurance on compare sites and saw quotemehappy come up. It never mentioned anything about telematics when I was reading through the information. I’ve bought the car insurance and had a message telling me that I would have to download an app which tracks me through my phone and that I would have a black box sent to me. I’ve tried to call them up to complain about the issue and they don’t have a customer service number, the only way is to speak to a bot which has led me to cancelling my insurance and paying more for the fact I am getting same day insurance through another company.

Renewal was easy to do on-line. I could make the changes I wanted without any fuss or difficult search. Overall, improved my cover, and still a reduction on previous year.

So far so good. I've not used their claims department so can't comment on that. I checked on other websites but the quote was much cheaper than I could get elsewhere and £4 less than last year. The renewal process was very easy-to-follow. Can't find fault with anything.

I had to get oxygen in my house for my poorly mum. I notified the company from a safety point of view and they updated my insurance details swiftly without any further disturbance to me and we’re very kind and prompt. There was no extra charge for having this medical item in my propertywhich I thought alleviated the stress that is on our finances at present.
