Is quirkparts.com Legit?

Terrible customer service!! They are just shipped parts hoping it fits, good luck getting a correct part number or refund! Take your business to somewhere customers are taking care of.

Ordered a tire rim for my Lincoln. used the VIN # and everything. wrong size came. when i reached out they assured me--by email because noone from this company will talk to you and their phone number listed is useless---that it was the right part. i took it to the tire shop and it WAS NOT the right part. now they are telling me since i ordered the wrong part it is my responsibility to pay for shipping. WORST company i have ever dealt with

Bad customer service !!! No phone number to call if a there is problem ! I was told my ordered was damage in transit, after I called shipping company ,2 weeks of no updates . Shipping company said they notified Quirk Parts that part was damage and stopped the shipment. Quirk says they do track shipments. All this time I’m waiting for a critical part. Don’t order from them !

After waiting for 11 days for the order to ship and after contacting customer 'service' for the 2nd time, was told there's an issue with the order and they don't know if they can fill it...even though the item still shows In Stock on their website. They did offer a refund, so we'll give them 1 star for that. Will never order from Quirk again!!

I ordered a part but never received a confirmation. I inquired about what happened but they sent messages back & forth to me for weeks stating that they couldn't find the order. They eliminated their customer service phone number & think this is a viable replacement. Eventually, after about 3 weeks or so, they claimed that they were out of the part. Don't do business here, they don't know what they're doing. What a waste of time. Pathetically incompetent.

I ordered three parts online for a 2018 Mazda 3. Two parts came in, and I received an email stating that the missing part would arrive at the warehouse in 3-5 days. Three weeks later, I used chat on their website and was told the part was on order. A month out now, I called the associated Mazda dealer who told me that two of that part were in stock. I sent a message to have it sent and was told the same old "the parts are on order". Yet their Ebay site said I could receive the part in 7 days. CAN'T CALL THEM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Stay away from this company. I ordered their part from ebay Motors and i verified according to their charts the part was correct for my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. I had it installed and it did not work at all. This was the second time for the same A/C controller so i figured there was something else wrong other than the controller. I had to wait almost two weeks to get an appointment with the local Jeep Dealer so they could run a full diagnostic on the a/c system. They called and told me the controller was the wrong one and gave me a part # that i needed instead of what they had sent me, even though the ebay chart said it would work. So i had the part removed and touched base with Quirk Parts about returning it and getting the right controller. It took emails back & forth for 6 days before they finally told me i was just past the 30 days even though it was not my fault and i wanted to return it and purchase the correct part from them. They have no PHONE # you can call them on!!Now i am stuck with a $400. controller because the chart that says it fits is not correct for my Jeep.They don't give a crap about us, look at all the bad reviews they have!!

I ordered paint from them they took money from my bank account and never sent the paint. They told me it had to come from the manufacturer and then that they had shipped it. ALL LIES!!! Save your money. I can't even get a refund from them.

Although mostly negative reviews, the delivery was fast, the product is accurate to what i ordered and email reply is ok. I cannot test the product on short notice so i hope it works. Only downgrades for company is the lack of telephone support, generic photo's on the site instead of actual product and the product bag was not sealed but probably opened to add manual and tie wraps. But not sure if that was the reason. Overall happy with experience but room for improvement.

I found it impossible to update my name and phone number. After updating it 3 times I found my old address and phone number on my order confirmation. Could not find a phone number to call so I sent a message about changing the delivery address. I received back a fairly angry e-mail in response to the one I sent. My order was cancelled which is probably for the best. I have removed them from my supplier list. In trying to do many upgrades and refurbishing on my car I'm sadly finding that quality and decent customer service is pretty bad now a days and growing worse.

Had to order a dealer only part that they themselves didnt stock and had to order. Not to mention none of the dealers (Nissan) got back to me about it. Quirk Parts was able to order and ship it within a week and it was a perfect replacement/fit.

Do not use this site! Worst experience I ever had buying parts online. I was sent the wrong part even after verifying the vin. Customer service doesn't respond for a over week and they refuse to refund me. Lost money and still need to buy the correct part somewhere else.

I ordered a wind shield washer pump for my ford f250,and they sent a small o-ring instead. With the part # for the washer pump on the envelope. Upon contacting quirk parts they said the pump was out of stock, and to follow the steps in the e-mail for a full refund. There were no steps. I have had to involve ebay to hopefully get a refund. DO NOT do business with quirk parts they are scammers.

I ordered a pair of accordion type thermoplastic mechanism covers for my jeep sunroof. They sent the pair, but one of the two had been badly deformed before it was put in the shipping sleeve, which means that they knew it was deformed before shipping. They don't answer their phone for obvious reasons - you get routed to a dead end recording. I sent them photos of the damaged part by email. When I sent the parts back to them, they claimed the return tag had expired. Don't ever do business with these creeps. They deserve 0 stars, but the system doesn't allow it.

Terrible customer service. Emails are written in poor English, incomplete sentences, with no name signed to them. I returned some parts, which show delivered 31 Mar via UPS. On 19 April, they claim they were never received. Will be opening a disputed charge with credit card company. This company is not reputable.

I cannot give quirk parts a rating because it is a scam not a business. If you know that people are being scammed by a company with your name you would put out some type of correspondence or warning like most companies. Instead you just state that you have been getting many calls from people who have been scammed. Beware everyone I am not sure about the real quirk parts but be sure that you are not being scammed when ordering.

Not much sense in repeating what everyone else says about this company, but they do not fulfill their orders at all. They tell you one thing and the product never arrives. Someone should really create a class action lawsuit against this company to stop them from cheating folks.

I ordered some parts for my VW Passat on February 3rd. They said processing takes up to 5 days. 10 days later still nothing so I filed a claim and asked for a refund. Once I escalated the claim they all of a sudden had a tracking number and delivery date. I finally got the parts on February 19. I repeatedly asked for a refund but they ignored me. Terrible service and business practices. I recommend going somewhere else for parts

They sent us the wrong part, charged us $176 for shipping. They refunded the cost of the part, but will not ship the correct part because shipping is too high. Finally, after this company saw what was happening, they completely refunded the shipping cost. Thanks listening to your customers.

I ordered a Subaru part from Quirkparts.com and then read the Trustpilot ratings and was in a panic. However, everything went very smoothly and had the OEM part in hand within days. Decided to post because my experience so good compared to others here. Also noted that their Ebay rating is very high.
