My review is specifically to do with advertised prices for flats. We’re aware of Quintain living having discounts like getting the first month of rent free, but this is calculated into an average price of the flat and advertised. This means, a flat that goes for 3300 pounds with the first one/two months is advertised as a flat going for 2900 pounds. This feels like false advertising and it would be better if the original price of the listing is kept and the discount is written separately. We’ve reached out to different agencies that advertise Quintain living flats that have had to explain how they calculate this price, and it feels very misleading.

Much thanks for the help and support from Matt. Me and my partener is looking for a short stay in Wembley and that's when we met Matt. He provided us a viewing in Repton Garden with the introduction of the facilities and rooms in details. We had a lot of questions about the renting procedure and he answered all of them patiently. Now we are looking forward to moving in our new flat.

He showed me around the environment, introduced the facilities in details and answered my questions patiently.When the apartment had been leased out, he helped me to find another one and answered my questions in details shortly.He is very helpful and patient. Quintain is ideal for those moving to London and unsure of which area to settle in. We completed the entire process online without needing to pay a deposit. Wembley Park offers all the necessary amenities and excellent transport links. The apartments and communal areas are modern and comfortable, with plenty of facilities for exploring new hobbies.

QL doesn't treat the residents with basic respect. And I caught one of the gentlemen spreading the bad words on me with a group of other QL staff in QL property, just next to a bunch of residents. What kind of company can tolerate this kind of behaviour? If you want to get humiliated in front of the public, just rent at QL. I'm sure you'll provide a lot of tea to the QL staff and make their day too.

Quintain living team is a total scam. The place is nice to live, but they will eat up all your money and never respond/address to your queries where money is involved.I left Quintain Living due to their unexplainable high utility charges , no response/actions for incorrect amount charged. I paid a certain amount for end of tenancy cleaning to a company with which Quintain has partnered for EOT cleaning, I even dropped them email regarding this and still they have sent me an invoice for cleaning and damages. I have sent them numerous emails to provide me pictures for damages , but they are not responding. Also they incorrectly charged me £40 extra for utility and are not returning it to me.

My wife and I have been here at Madison West for 10 months and it has been the best experience. We landed from South Africa and the team has made it the best most comfortable convenient stay. Shane and Team always take the time to chat and make sure all is well. We have recently extended our stay for another year. The team makes living here totally stress free. Looking forward to another year. Thanks so much Shane, Gregg, Mariah and the rest of the the team.

Stayed in Repton Gardens for a year. It is a lovely complex with great amenities. Never felt away from home. Great location and safe space. The residents team has been extremely approachable and helpful always.

Yasmin was amazing at the Canada Gardens event! Met her at Alameda before, seeing her enjoy herself really made me happy, she made her job look soon easy!

Wish I could give 0 star as it doesn't deserve any starsRent - super high and no discounts for existing tenantsUtilities - not charged according to actual usage...watch out the billsEarly termination - one month notice plus two months penaltyExtension - not possible..prepared to pay for 30% more than the usual even with early noticeService - Residents Team overall sincere and nice..but the Leasing/Sales Team are very arrogant and will look down on you if you meep asking questions about the apartments...disgusting

DO NOT RENT with Quintain Living. I moved out of the property in October 2023, over 8 months ago, and Quintain are refusing to repay my deposit despite agreeing the full amount should be paid back to me. I’ve discussed with the new resident, who has also paid a deposit, which has not been protected as mine is still in the TDS holding. I’ve patiently waited for Quintain to resolve the issue just to be told “not much longer now” or actively ignored, so unfortunately it looks like I will have to go through the hassle of small claims court.Save yourself the hassle of this scam and rent elsewhere, it is not worth it.

Landsby East Garden (residents garden) and the flat next door to me (which is empty and is being advertised for rent) has apparently been taken over by many different and random people filming god knows what. Leaving doors open (fire hazard) and using residential property for commercial purpose? Propping up doors because they likely have not been issued any keys. Who are they? Why are they here? Who is getting paid to let them in? Reported it to concierge but they are still here. Taking pictures and reporting to Head office tomorrow. No peace in this place. I am sure my contract states I have the right to quiet enjoyment of my flat.

Living at Canada Gardens, Quintain Living, has been an exceptional experience. Scam Landlord - AVOID AT ALL COSTSDoesn’t answer emails, EVER. Doesn’t help you if you are in danger, and there are baby gangs accessing the building; they smash and break whatever they can. They try to force themselves into the flats and Quintain Living since November 2023 is not DOING ANYTHING AT ALL TO AVOID THIS. THE BUILDING HAS NO CONCIERGE AND NO SECURITY. IN ADDITION the MAIN BUILDING DOORS ARE OPENED SINCE NOVEMBER 2023 (TODAY IS THE 6th APRIL 2024) with random people accessing and threatening residents!!!The Tenants called the Police reporting the issues and STILL NOTHING HAPPENS!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Pretty nice flat. Modern and clean. Staff are Walm and friendly. When Wembley hold any events, it could be a bit noisy but not much concern me. Only small problem for me is a 10 minutes walk to station.

Two weeks ago residents reported a bad smell from pur building.we thought it was a gas leak so we called an emergency gas person to check. They said it was a sewage leak.Quintain did absolutely nothing until it got beyond toxic to the point I residents were nearly vomitting and passing out from the smell.They then sent a message late in the day today to say they were only just made aware which is a complete fabrication as I've got the message from the gas person to confirm that had the information 2 weeks prior.Also reports of a dead cat been left in the residents BBQ area I'm the heat.Only a catastrophic incident will bring their failures truly to light.Thus company is beyond corporately incompetent.

I was charged extra for heat costs randomly when it has never been turned on. On June while traveling abroad for 4 weeks my utilities and electricity usage/cost were higher than usual meaning they are lying about utilities usage.They NEVER clean windows. We were promised they would clean our windows 2x per year, it was longer than 1 year ago since they last did it.
